为了提高图像插值的恢复效果,提出了一种基于图结构正则化稀疏表示的双层伯格曼迭代算法.该迭代算法的外层用于约束图像观测数据,内层用于更新图像块的学习字典和稀疏表示系数.引入的图结构正则化稀疏表示约束可以有效地自适应图像块的局部结构,对于严重受损的情形也能得到精确的恢复结果.此外,在内层迭代中改进的稀疏表示和简洁的字典更新策略使算法能快速地趋于收敛.数值实验结果表明,所提出的算法可以有效地恢复图像,在主观视觉效果和客观量化标准上要优于目前已有的算法.  相似文献

In this paper, a two-level Bregman method is presented with graph regularized sparse coding for highly undersampled magnetic resonance image reconstruction. The graph regularized sparse coding is incorporated with the two-level Bregman iterative procedure which enforces the sampled data constraints in the outer level and updates dictionary and sparse representation in the inner level. Graph regularized sparse coding and simple dictionary updating applied in the inner minimization make the proposed algorithm converge with a relatively small number of iterations. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can consistently reconstruct both simulated MR images and real MR data efficiently, and outperforms the current state-of-the-art approaches in terms of visual comparisons and quantitative measures.  相似文献

为了克服磁共振图像重构精度低的问题,方便医生诊断与治疗,提出一种将组稀疏残差去噪和近似消息传递相结合的磁共振图像重构算法。在基于迭代软阈值的去噪近似消息传递(D-AMP)重构算法中,滤波的去噪算法将使用基于组稀疏残差约束(GSRC)的图像去噪实现。实验结果表明,基于组稀疏残差去噪的磁共振图像重建算法可有效缓解重建图像局部细节信息损失量大的问题,提高了图像重建性能,具有良好的鲁棒性。  相似文献

稀疏表示能够有效地表示图像的固有特征,利用KSVD学习算法对30幅自然图像训练得到了鲁棒的字典,利用“滑窗”策略对两幅源图像进行分块,使用OMP算法在字典上对各图像块进行稀疏分解,分解后的系数采用系数绝对值选大法进行融合,进而得到融合后和图像块.理论分析与实验结果表明,该方法能够有效地对已配准的待融合图像进行融合,融合后的结果无论是视觉效果还是客观评价参数均优于文中对比方法的效果.  相似文献

为解决一部分纹理数据在运用加权核范数最小化处理低秩矩阵逼近时出现丢失的问题,提出一种基于稀疏表示与加权核范数最小化的图像去噪算法。稀疏表示用于辅助重构清晰图像,加权核范数最小化用于图像块样本的低秩矩阵逼近。通过分析纹理数据找出熵较大的非平滑块,运用一种奇异值维纳滤波,从其差异矩阵中找出丢失的部分纹理信息,并将其与低秩去噪结果融合。实验结果表明,该算法能够保持图像的细小纹理,去噪效果更好,具有良好的鲁棒性与泛化性。  相似文献

传统的预测编码是通过将图像转化为预测差来消除像素间的冗余度,从而实现图像压缩。为了进一步减小预测差的熵,提出了一种基于图像分割的改进型预测编码算法。实验结果表明,该算法具有比传统预测编码更好的压缩效果。同时,还比较了各种不同的分割方法对图像压缩性能的影响。  相似文献

In this paper, a CMOS image sensor(CIS) is proposed, which can accomplish both decorrelation and entropy coding of image compression directly on the focal plane. The design is based on predictive coding for image decorrelation. The predictions are performed in analog domain by 2×2 pixel units. Both the prediction residuals and original pixel values are quantized and encoded in parallel. Since the residuals have a peak distribution around zero,the output codewords can be replaced by the valid part of the residuals' binary mode. The compressed bit stream is accessible directly at the output of CIS without extra disposition. Simulation results show that the proposed approach achieves a compression rate of 2. 2 and PSNR of 51 on different test images.  相似文献

为去除常出现在图像采集和日常摄影中的摩尔纹噪声,提出一种由样条小波生成的紧框架下的稀疏信号恢复算法。该算法利用摩尔纹噪声的频域特性确定受影响的傅里叶频谱区域;利用图像在给定紧框架下的稀疏性,根据压缩感知理论实现数据在傅里叶频谱上的非线性插值。实验结果表明,相比传统频域滤波算法,该算法恢复图像的峰值信噪比更高,更符合人的视觉审美,在去除摩尔纹噪声的同时,还可有效保留图像边缘信息。  相似文献

基于Davis提出的分形图象编码的小波理论,本文提出一种有效的小波域四叉树分形图象编码方案.在此方案中,利用小波系数的零树减少域块的个数,以降低表示分形编码局部信息所需要的比特代价;并对编码方案中采用的一组标量量化器、小波子树自量化器和判决树进行全面的熵约束最优化.实验结果表明:在低比特率下,编码方案的峰值信噪比性能比已报道的结果提高了约1dB.  相似文献

Fast algorithms for reducing encoding complexity of fractal image coding have recently been an important research topic.Serach of the bast matched domain block is the most computation intensive part of the fractal encoding process.In this paper,a fast fractal approximation coding scheme implemented on a personal computer based on matching in range block‘s neighbours is presented.Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is very simple in implementation,fast in encoding time and high in compression ratio while PSNR is almost the same as compared with Barnsley‘s fractal block coding.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose a sparse overcomplete image approximation method based on the ideas of overcomplete log-Gabor wavelet, mean shift and energy concentration. The proposed approximation method selects the necessary wavelet coefficients with a mean shift based algorithm, and concentrates energy on the selected coefficients. It can sparsely approximate the original image, and converges faster than the existing local competition based method. Then, we propose a new compression scheme based on the above approximation method. The scheme has compression performance similar to JPEG 2000. The images decoded with the proposed compression scheme appear more pleasant to the human eyes than those with JPEG 2000.  相似文献
