本文研究了用阿拉伯树胶(ArG)代替聚乙烯醇(PVA—124),与Tritonx—100共存下的BiI_4~-和碱性染料丁基罗丹明B(BRB)显色体系。结果表明,该缔合物的表观摩尔吸光系数在λ_(max)=600nm,ε_(600nm)=1.84×100L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),为现有水相光度法中灵敏度最高值。Bi(Ⅲ)含量在0~1.6μg/25ml范围内符合Beer定律。同时,作了水质、试剂和人工混合液中铋的回收试验。稳定性和回收率较PVA—Tritonx—100体系有所提高,结果尚满意。  相似文献

研究了2—(3,5—二氯—2—吡啶偶氮)—5—二甲氨基苯胺与铑(Ⅲ)的显色反应,在PH4.0~5.2范围内,试剂与铑(Ⅲ)形成稳定的紫红色配合物、配合物形成后,提高酸度至0.72~mol.L~(-1)盐酸溶液,其中最大吸收峰红移至614nm,,灵敏度显著提高,表观摩尔吸光系数ε_(614)=1.40×10~5L·mol~(-1)、cm~(-1),铑含量在0~0.72μg、mol~(-1)内符合比尔定律。所拟方法操作简便,灵敏度高,用于储化剂中微量铑的测定,获得满意结果。  相似文献

研究了Bi-3,5-Br2-PADAP-Tritonx-100显色体系,显色速度快,体系稳定,灵敏度高,干扰元素少.若选用F-掩蔽Fe3+离子,邻二氮菲掩蔽Cu2+可直接用于纯铅或合金中痕量铋的测定.实验条件PH=4乙酸-乙酸钠介质;配合物的组成为Bi(Ⅲ)3,5-Br2-PADAP=12;最大吸收波长λmax=598 nm;摩尔吸光系数ε=1.0×105L·mol-1·cm-1;0~40μg范围内铋遵守朗伯比耳定律.此法系目前光度法测铋灵敏度较高体系之一.测量结果满意,操作简单方便.  相似文献

本文拟定了一种微量镓(Ⅲ)的测定方法:当有聚乙烯醇存在时,在PH3.6的醋酸—醋酸钠缓冲溶液中,镓(Ⅲ)能与溴邻苯三酚红及邻菲啰啉形成兰紫色三元配合物,λ_(max)=615nm,镓(Ⅲ)的量在0.095~35μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律。其表观摩尔吸光系数ε_(615)=3.69×10~4,此法用于铝合金中微量镓(Ⅲ)的测定,相对偏差小于3%,结果准确度高。  相似文献

本文采用荧光熄灭法在水相中研究了席夫碱试剂l—(4—羟基水杨醛缩氨基)—8—羟基—3,6—萘二磺酸钠(HSHND)测定痕量Al(Ⅲ)的方法和条件。在PH=4.2的邻苯二甲酸氢钾缓冲体系中,试剂的激发波长λ_(ex)=356nm,荧炮发射波长λ_(em)=418nm,铝(Ⅲ)浓度在0.5—3.0μg/10mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为0.2μg/10mL。本法的灵敏度及选择性好,操作简便快速,无需加热。用于水样中痕量铝的测定,结果满意。  相似文献

本文探讨了表面活性剂对 Fe(Ⅲ)—SCN 显色反应的增效作用,研究了Fe(Ⅲ)—SCN—Tween—80显色体系的最佳条件。体系的最大吸收波长为485nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为ε=1.6×10~4L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。在0~1.6ugFe(Ⅲ)/ml 符合比耳定律。方法灵敏、快速,用于自来水样品测定,结果满意。  相似文献

建立了分光光度水相快速测定铅的新方法。在pH=4.0的Clark-Lubs的缓冲溶液中,痕量的Pb2+在KI存在下使孔雀绿在700nm处的吸光度增加,Pb2+浓度与吸光度呈线性关系。线性范围0.8~5.2mg/L,摩尔吸光系数为2.6×104L·mol-1·cm-1,相对标准偏差为3.4%(n=11)。方法操作简便,快速,用于工业废水中铅的测定,结果令人满意。  相似文献

该文研究了铁(Ⅲ)-钴(Ⅱ)-邻菲罗啉体系的显色反应,pH=4.0时,铁(Ⅲ)、钴(Ⅱ)、邻菲罗啉间生成红色配合物,其吸光度稳定,在3小时内无显著变化。配合物的λ_(max)=510nm,ε_(510)=1.0×10~4L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),钴含量在0~8μg/mL范围内符合比耳定律。此方法的变异系数为0.55%。  相似文献

Different nations have different social cultures, and the social culture of every nation is developing with the development of the nation, language is greatly influenced by social culture, which enables language to possess national and historical characteristics. Word is the smallest, independent, meaningful linguistic unit of language. It can well reflect the national and historical characteristics. From synchronic aspect, the social and cultural influence on word meaning is mainly embodied in conceptual and associative meanings of word. The incorrespondence of word meaning is a phenomenon that exists in both conceptual and associative meanings of word among different languages. From diachronic aspect, the development of social culture causes some changes of word meaning to some extent. This paper looks at the way drama works to bring a model of an arts curriculum into reality. He also shows how drama is valuable when discussed as a separate, autonomous subject in the school curriculum as opposed to one subsumed within English. He argues for a view of the arts and gives an example of a sequence of work in an English GCSE class based around Arthur Miller's play View from the Bridge. From this he draws out several strands about the relationship of the drama curriculum to the individual students and teachers, the school, and to culture.
