我国传统养生学理论极为重视“静”的养生、健身价值。然而,受西方竞技体育思想影响,我国长期以来,以竞技体育作为健身运动的方式,强调更高、更快、更强的运动理念。时至今日,这种运动理念已经越来越不适应当前健康体育和全民健身运动发展的要求。本文以我国传统养生学中“静养观”、“动静平衡理论”为基本出发点,从现代医学理论和研究角度,阐述了健身运动中“静”与“动”的辨正关系,以及“动静平衡”对人体健康的积极意义,揭示盲目强调运动负荷的竞技运动对人体健康的负面作用。对当前的运动健身活动提出了针对性的建议。 相似文献

劳动力简单再生产刚性是我国必须正视的最基本的国情，“劳动-收入”转换率偏低已成为扩大内需、促进协调发展、构建和谐社会的重大障碍。本文以马克思的劳动价值理论为基础，重点从宏观角度论述了掌控“劳动——收入”转换的方法；阐述了“劳动——收入”转换的现状、问题和“劳动——收入”适度转换的现实意义；揭示了劳动力（L）与生产总值（GDP）的三种弹性（I）关系以及与I相对应的工资（W）弹性（i）的三种关系，并在建立直线回归方程的基础上对适度“劳动——收入”转换率量度进行实证分析。提出了保持适度劳动收入转换的相应政策建议，以期实现“劳动——收入”转换的良性循环。 相似文献

文章采用SEC(Surveys of Enacted Curriculum)分析工具,以2012～2014年历史高考试卷为样本,分析了近三年历史高考试卷与《课程标准》之间的“一致性”状况.结果表明,近三年历史高考试卷逐步体现了试卷考点与《课程标准》知识主题之间、试卷的认知水平考核难度与《课程标准》的认知水平学习要求之间的“适度一致性”.高考改革是推动历史高考试卷与《课程标准》之间逐步走向“适度一致性”的根本原因,认识并坚持高考试卷与课程标准之间的“适度一致性”原则,对普通高中各科的教学均具有重要的引导性价值. 相似文献

对教育的思考离不开对生命的求索。教育活动的生命性、实践性和面向未来性决定了教育需要适度智慧，是一切艺术中最复杂的实践艺术。通过对教育与生命之间关系的思考，由教育的生命性、实践性生发出教育的适度智慧问题，从学习者的年龄特征、个体差异与教育内容或中介这三个方面谈寻教育适度智慧的内在依据。在当前，“教育的适度”需要“改革的适度”来保障：在改革的价值取向上，要“破立有度”；在变革的速率控制上，要“疾徐有度”；在改革的关系把握上，要“收放有度”。也就是说，适度智慧不仅需要理论思考，更需要在实践中体悟和把握。 相似文献
