AbstractUn schéma analytique est proposé pour l’ensemble des Hants, adhésifs et vernis anciens. Il intéresse essentiellement la fraction des constituants peu ou non altérés par le vieillissemente. Quatre méthodes analytiques sont utilisées successivement; les essais de solubilité, la spectrometrie d’absorption infra-rouge, la chromatographie en couche mince et pour terminer, la chromatographie en phase gazeuse. Les étapes s’enchaînent de manière que tous les types de matériaux soient envisagés sans présomption. L’étude détaille l’identification des polysaccharides, des protéines, des cires, des résines, des goudrons, et des huiles susceptibles d’applications anciennes. La séparation de divers mélanges tels que cire et résine ou huile et résine est également envisagée. La méthode est concrétisée par son application à des analyses réalisées à l’Institut royal du Patrimoine artistique, Bruxelles. 相似文献

Materials at the Library of Congress (LC) by and about Russian émigrés take every form and are distributed throughout the library's many custodial divisions, classification schedules, catalogs, and Web pages. Identifying and locating these materials, whether in print, archival, or even digital collections, may require creative thinking and an understanding of the library's sometimes complex organization. The author attempts here to provide a preliminary overview of the library's Russian émigré collections and some guidance for beginning research on these collections. AbstractDuring 1977–78, a conservation project was undertaken by the Federal Government of Canada to preserve the weathered hull of the HD-4, an experimental hydrofoil craft built at the laboratorie of Alexander Graham Bell in Baddeck, Nova Scotia. After achieving a world marine speed record of 70·86 m.p.h. (114·01 km.p.h.) in 1919, the craft was beached on the shore of a salt water lake. Forty years’ exposure to severe weathering caused wood rot, metal corrosion and the disintegration of the canvas covering. Due to the deteriorated condition of the craft and the loss of most of the external structures, complete restoration was not desirable or practical. The aim of the project was therefore, to stabilize the wooden hull, while preserving its weathered appearance. 相似文献
