欧洲高等教育一体化的趋势 欧洲高等教育一体化的过程是发生在欧盟的正式范围之外,而博洛尼亚宣言(1999)明确地指出高等教育一体化的目标通过“诸国政府合作”达到。诸国政府的解释似乎是一个好的开端,但这就意味着其他解释性的框架是行不通的吗?记住Rosamund的“主权谈论”有一个参与者涉及认为它不管是否有理,由于这样的推理“模仿了这个国家将其自身行为合理化的词汇”。换句话说,博洛尼亚宣言中清楚地提到作为达到一体化手段的诸国政府合作,可能与其说是反映过程的实际的(根本的?)推动者,不如说感觉是在演戏。  相似文献

针对近年来对欧洲一体化研究的状况,文章提出了3个值得思考的问题:(1)什么是"一体化"?(2)欧洲一体化就是欧盟一体化吗?(3)欧盟一体化仅包含其深化吗?并作出了初步的回答。一体化至少包括三个方面的内容:一体化是两个或两个以上的行为者组成一个新的行为者的过程;是有关行为者政治、经济等活动的体制化;一体化以主权的让渡为前提。同时,不宜用欧盟一体化来代替欧洲一体化,欧盟一体化既包含其深化,又包含其扩大。  相似文献

欧盟东扩是欧洲一体化的重要组成部分。欧盟东扩是无数个力相互作用形成合力的结果,这些“力”主要有:促进生产要素的自由流通,推动欧洲经济发展;维护欧洲的和平与稳定;古典文明和基督教为欧盟东扩提供了内聚力;早期一体化的实践为欧盟东扩提供了历史的经验和教训;法德的轴心作用。以上这些“力”分别构成了欧盟东扩的经济动力、政治动力、文化动力和社会动力。  相似文献

政党对欧洲一体化的作用问题颇为复杂,不同类型、不同国家和不同时期的政党在欧洲联盟的不同机构中所发挥的作用也不一样。从西欧的政治史看,在欧洲一体化进程中所起作用最强、影响最大的有基督教民主党、社会党(含社会民主党和工党)、自由党和保守党。政党对欧洲一体化的作用具有不同的表现形式。欧盟组织体制上的特点决定欧盟政党在组织和活动上的特点以及它在欧洲一体化中的作用方式。欧盟既具有“国家的欧洲”的一面,也具有“政党的欧洲”的一面.是两者的矛盾统一体,但矛盾的两个方面不是均等的,就目前来说,“国家的欧洲”是矛盾的主要方面,但从发展的观点看,随着欧洲一体化程度的提高,“国家的欧洲”将逐步向“政党的欧洲”过渡.但只要民族国家依然存在,完全的“政党的欧洲”就不会出现。  相似文献

欧盟民众的“共同体感”的建立是推动一体化的强大力量,对决定未来欧盟的社会整合程度具有决定性意义。欧盟越来越认识到欧洲认同建设的重要性,并采取了一系列政策措施来加强欧盟民众“共同体感”的建构。根据欧洲机构民意调查数据,与对本民族的认同相比,欧盟民众的“共同体感”还远未深入人心,但通过欧盟有意识的建构,随着一体化的推进,欧洲人的集体认同感也在增强,人们越来越意识到欧盟的存在,欧洲认同正处于一个渐进的发展过程之中。  相似文献

This special issue illustrates how research on peer collaboration is influenced by different theoretical perspectives. In the first part of this commentary, the role of theory in each article is discussed. The authors use connections among theory, research questions, and study methods to identify how theory affected the work of each group of researchers. They then make the case that the real need lies in the integration of those theories and in the integration of all findings relevant to applied questions of collaborative processing. Following a brief review of relevant theories, the authors demonstrate how a cohesive, integrated theory of group processes can be adopted.  相似文献

本研究调查中专学生英语学习策略。主要探讨阅读策略是否有最高的使用频率;高分组和低分组之间及男女生之间在阅读策略使用上的差异。结果显示,阅读策略的使用频率不是最高,但明显高于听的策略和词汇策略的使用频率;高分组与低分组学生之间及男女生之间在阅读策略使用的频率上存在显著差异。最后,建议英语教师应引导和训练学生使用更主动的阅读策略。  相似文献

Mixed-methods (MM) designs have gained increasing interest in educational research. Still, many studies collect quantitative and qualitative data but report these data separately and do not attempt to integrate them in practice. The aim of this article is to discuss the purposes and processes of integrating qualitative and quantitative data in an MM classroom interaction study. Issues regarding mixing and integration, including how to overcome integration barriers, are discussed. Based on this outline, the study then presents details about the various integration processes adopted in a recent MM study on classroom interaction in Norway. The possibilities and challenges of integration to produce new knowledge and a deeper understanding throughout the research process in classroom studies are illustrated with a specific focus on points of interface. A key issue is whether the new knowledge obtained in an MM study is more than the sum of the individual quantitative and qualitative parts. Using selected questions from the MM alphabet proved a helpful heuristic for guiding the iterative processes of integration and provided richer explanations and an enhanced understanding of the implementation and impact of a complex classroom intervention initiative. The study provides a new methodological contribution to the MM literature by examining the integration processes and challenges faced in a specific study.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to examine how faculty technology literacy and technology training impact the integration of technology into their pedagogy. This required a quantitative examination of how faculty technology literacy skills relate to pedagogical practice (integrating technology into their pedagogy), while controlling for training. Respondents surveyed in this study consisted of faculty members from the fifteen peer institutions of the University of North Dakota. In this second article, three of the original research questions are addressed. The inferential results of the study showed significant correlations between technology literacy and pedagogical practice integration.  相似文献

Massive population shift is a current global reality – especially given some of the latest development on European shores; some are calling it a humanitarian crisis. Although the United States (US) receives a large number of immigrants (documented and not) and about 70,000 refugees each year, it is certainly not the only nation to do so. Industrialized nations that receive migrants through immigration policies are typically referred to as “receiving” nations. The article addresses two main questions: (1) how well immigrant students across 17 receiving industrialized nations are doing according to the Programme for International Student Assessment (otherwise known as PISA), and (2) how are educators, immigrant and refugee parents and students experiencing integration in the school context. The education of immigrant and refugee students is a complex global issue that requires better understanding, collaborative attention, and long-term investment of several stakeholders.  相似文献

In this article, the authors explore a growing awareness of problems and current developments in classroom and schoolwide research on subject matter integration. Schwab's four common places—including the learner, the teacher, the content, and the context—provide a framework for examining subject matter integration from a language arts perspective. Two lines of classroom-based research are examined that were conducted in response to the lack of integration within the curriculum: Explanation and Responsive Elaboration in Reading and Cognitive Strategies in Writing. As a result of these two lines of research, researchers became more aware of the importance of understanding the complexity of integrating process into content within the context of the classroom and the school. A major shift toward schoolwide integration in two Professional Development School settings is described that was created in response to these research findings. Teachers and researchers within specific contexts generated and implemented integrated instruction and curriculum content collaboratively. The authors conclude with emerging questions and principles for stimulating thinking among teachers and researchers who work toward furthering understanding of language and subject matter integration within specific contexts.  相似文献

This article provides an overview of the recent immigrant phenomenon in Japan and explains the complexity of the social integration (SI) of Nikkei Brazilians. Through the research, factors that explain the degree of social integration (SI) of Nikkei Brazilians are identified. Basic data include triangulated results from a survey of 80 people and interviews with 8 individuals. This mixed method case study presents a formula for assessing the degree of SI (SI score), empirically tests and questions several key hypotheses derived from previous literature, and explores the possibility of developing a new non-conventional theory to explain this phenomenon.  相似文献

This article is based on the outcomes of the study entitled “The application of learning outcomes approaches across Europe”, which was funded by Cedefop and completed in 2015 (Wi?niewski et al, 2015 ). The study, aiming at exploring the implementation of the learning outcomes approach in European countries, addressed two major questions: (1) to what extent and how the shift to learning outcomes has been influencing education and training policies and strategies at macro (national) level and teaching practices at micro (institutional) level in EU and EFTA member countries, and (2) to what extent and how political priority given to learning outcomes has influenced institutional practices in the training of education and training professionals. The study, covering 33 EU and EFTA member countries and all sub‐systems of education, used empirical evidence from country case studies and also from a limited number of institutional case studies focusing on initial teacher education. The study demonstrated a significant progress in the use of the learning outcomes approach in most countries and in all sub‐systems, but also major implementation challenges. This article presents the outcomes of the study using an analytical framework combining three analytical perspectives: (1) curriculum development and delivery (2) European integration, and (3) governance and policy implementation.  相似文献
