高校教师流动的过度寻利性导致了工具合理性的对价值合理性和交往合理性的僭越。高校在教师流动中过度短视化行为对高校长远发展的制约超过了短期效益溢出。高校教师流动的理性失范加剧了学术劳动力市场的分割。因此高校教师流动度需要以学术共同体繁荣、学术劳动力市场生态化、高校师资队伍建设多元化与教师个体发展相协调作为其流动合理性的限度,并强化高校教师的学术责任承担以降低教师流动行为的高寻利性;以高校教师人才头衔动态评价机制促进高校教师流动的理性化;以高校教师流动的协商、补偿等机制强化教师流动的契约管理;以师资队伍建设的评价机制改革促进高校教师引入的理性化。 相似文献

高校人才流动尤其是人才的横向流动给高校组织与教师个体带来的影响，是近年来高等教育学界和高校人事管理关注的热点。高校教师的横向流动根据不同的流动参照点，可以划分出多种类型的横向流动。当然，无论是何种横向流动，高校教师的横向流动的张力都存在清晰的主要因素张力作用线，即教师个体的职业动机、科研组织的效能规则以及教师资源不均衡分布及阶层化的社会流动驱力，在引导或加剧高校教师的多向度流动。只有对高校教师的流动类型和流动模式作出科学合理的判断，才能有利于高校及社会相关部门更加合理地通过流动来配置高校师资。 相似文献

本文揭示了高校教师数量的增加与扩招、教师资源配置范围的有限和教师资源的流动不足是我国高校教师队伍水平偏低的主要原因，从而表明除了对教师进行培训以外，还必须从淘汰这条途径来进行师资队伍建设。本文就高校实施“淘汰制”的前提条件与可能性也进行了探讨，并指出高校实施“淘汰制”已有法律依据，同时必须注意处理好传统教育体制与国际接轨的问题和如何维护教师的人格与尊严的问题。 相似文献
