采用问卷调查法对河南省农村特岗教师职业认同与工作满意度的现状以及二者之间的关系进行探讨.研究发现,农村特岗教师有较高的职业认同和工作满意度,具体表现为:女教师在职业情感和职业价值观方面的认同程度显著高于男教师,并且教龄和任教科目也是影响其职业认同和工作满意度的重要指标.相关分析数据显示,农村特岗教师职业认同和工作满意度之间存在显著正相关,即高职业认同会带来高工作满意度. 相似文献

采用元分析技术考察我国特岗教师职业认同现状以及与性别、任教学段、学历的关系。在中国知网等数据库以“特岗教师”和“职业认同”为关键词检索2009年1月-2021年5月的相关文献,共筛选其中17篇文献、2755名特岗教师纳入研究。采用随机效应模型进行数据处理,得到以下结果：(1)我国特岗教师职业认同的整体处于较高水平;(2)特岗教师职业认同与性别、任教学段相关显著,与学历相关不显著;(3)男性特岗教师的职业认同水平低于女性特岗教师,小学及以下学段特岗教师的职业认同水平高于小学以上学段特岗教师;(4)特岗教师职业认同与性别、任教学段不受调查地域、测量工具、出版时间的调节。 相似文献

通过文献资料、问卷调查和访谈对宁夏农村特岗教师挫折感现状分析发现,挫折感是困扰西部农村特岗教师发展的主要问题之一。自实行"特岗计划"以来,挫折感对特岗教师的正常教学、教师职业的快速成长、职业态度及教师队伍的稳定性等都带来了较大影响。因此,根据特岗教师挫折感特点及成因,需要提出一些针对性消除建议。 相似文献

采用教师职业认同量表对236名特岗教师进行调查,探索特岗教师职业认同的现状及特点。结果表明:特岗教师的职业认同水平较高,特岗教师的职业归属感在不同年龄、婚姻状况、工作年限、户籍所在地上差异显著。回归分析结果表明,政策看法、总体生活满意度、周课时量、任职时间能联合预测职业认同15.0%的变异量。提升特岗教师的待遇、提供进修学习的机会、厚植乡村教育情怀、培养积极人格特质,可以提高特岗教师的职业认同。 相似文献

"特岗教师计划"自实施起促进了农村教育事业的发展,但特岗教师的特殊性及工作环境的艰苦性引发职业适应性问题制约着"计划"的有效实施。特岗教师职业适应性问题主要表现为心理适应性问题、思想适应性问题及行为适应性问题。针对问题,本文提出了4个对策,即完善国家政策、加强政府宣传管理、健全学校用人制度以及提高教师自身素质,以缓解特岗教师职业适应性问题。 相似文献

河南省计划从2009年实施"特岗计划",在三年服务期已满之际,为了掌握留下来的特岗教师职业认同感的现状,选择了河南省三个县的110名特岗教师,采取问卷调查与访谈法,从性别、职业动机等不同角度进行调查分析。调查研究结果表明:特岗教师的职业认同感程度较高;性别不同的特岗教师职业认识和职业预期存在显著性差异,其他无差异;职业动机不同的特岗教师职业认同的各纬度均存在显著性差异。在此基础上,结合实际提出一些建议,以期为农村教师队伍建设发展提供一些启示。 相似文献
