雅典城邦是个公民集体,公民是“属于城邦的人”,其权力包括土地所有权以及建立在此基础上的社会与政治权利。由于需要雅典城邦首数度晨雅典人接纳为雅典公民,但本质上雅典公民是个闭塞、排外的集体,排他性最终使其走上人数日工被外邦灭亡之路。 相似文献

城邦的本质特征是公民团体.梭伦把公民权总结为三个要素:公民的人身自由、政治权利和土地所有权.可以说,公民与非公民经济上唯一真正的区别就在于能否拥有一块土地,这是贯穿希腊城邦发展史的一条铁则,仅出现过一些少有的例外.因此,一个外邦人即使十分富有,也是不能购买土地的.拥有土地既是公民的特权,又是公民权的有力保障.正是由于土地在雅典公民的政治和经济生活中占有极其重要的地位,所以我们对雅典公民家庭经济的考察从土地开始. 相似文献
