旅行商问题是典型的NP组合优化问题。提出一种旅行商问题求解应用上的改进遗传算法。引入贪心算法优化初始种群,在轮盘赌选择基础上,融入最优保存策略和掺杂算子进行选择操作,以保证群体的多样性;基于两点三段随机交叉算子优化交叉结果,基于启发式倒位变异算子提高算法的收敛速度;给出了求解旅行商问题系统的体系结构。实验结果表明,改进的遗传算法具有更好的寻优能力。 相似文献

在柔性作业车间调度问题模型的基础上,针对资源约束作业车间调度问题及多目标柔性作业车间调度结合的问题,建立了资源约束下多目标柔性作业车间调度问题的数学模型,提出了启发式活动调度算法与遗传算法结合来对模型进行求解。选择操作采用轮盘赌选择方式;交叉操作采用基于活动启发式算法的交叉算子;变异操作采用基于领域搜索的变异。最后分析了一个具体调度结果实例。 相似文献

函数优化是遗传算法应用的一个方面,标准遗传算法通常采用的是轮盘赌选择、单点交叉和变异等基本操作算子,其缺点是全局收敛性差,易造成“不成熟”收敛现象。研究表明,GA的收敛性主要是由选择算子实现的,轮盘赌选择易产生较大的随机误差,基于期望值和轮盘赌的混合选择策略则能够改善此误差。仿真结果表明,混合选择能够有效地提高GA对全局最优解的搜索能力,较好地改善“早熟”现象的产生。 相似文献

在深入分析自动组卷问题的基础上,比较了几种常用组卷算法的优缺点,提出了分组四维编码的改进自适应遗传算法。该算法的编码方案为分组四维编码,使用模拟正态分布的分组轮盘赌选择算子进行种群选取,对交叉和变异算子的概率,根据个体的适应度值分布特点进行非线性自适应调整。实验结果表明,改进后的遗传算法很好地实现了组卷功能,在效率和质量上都明显优于传统遗传算法组卷,具有很好的实用性。 相似文献

传统蜂群算法采用随机法生成初始解,随机性大,难以掌握解的分布。针对这些问题,结合佳点集方法与正弦映射法,提出改进的ABC算法。使用佳点集理论构造蜂群算法的初始解,解决传统随机法构造初始种群对蜂群算法寻优的影响|使用正弦映射法优化轮盘赌算法,克服复杂的高维度项目难以跳出局部最优与负收益度问题。将改进的ABC算法作为WNN网络参数调整算法,利用ABC算法扩大最优解范围,提高搜索速度与精度,从而获得较好的短时交通预测准确度。仿真实验表明,IABC WNN预测模型算法相对误差小,稳定性好,预测精度高。 相似文献

标准粒子群优化算法对空间所有区域等概率搜索,降低了算法效率。借鉴遗传算法的思想,本文提出一种带随机选择机制的改进粒子群优化算法。该算法将适应值选择和粒子状态更新方程结合起来,通过赌轮算法选择机制使得粒子在适应值较小的区域尽可能的降低搜索概率,在最优解可能区域尽可能加大搜索强度,从而提高算法搜索效率。通过标准进化计算测试函数测试,实验结果表明对于复杂优化问题该算法优于标准粒子群优化算法和遗传算法。 相似文献

在已知静态环境的条件下,提出一种改进蚁群算法,用以解决基本蚁群算法的收敛速度慢、效率低、易陷入局部最优解等问题。在传统蚁群算法的基础上,首先通过自适应改变挥发系数来使初始时刻的蚁群搜索能力加强、范围扩大,避免陷入局部最优解;其次将轮盘赌算子利用到状态转移规则中,有效地提高了解的质量和算法的收敛速度;最后通过精英选择操作,有效地提高了算法的全局搜索效率和收敛速度。通过对不同TSP实例仿真结果表明:改进后的蚁群算法在较少的迭代次数下得到的解非常接近问题的最优解,验证了该算法的可行性和有效性。 相似文献

针对遗传算法求解有障碍物的机器人路径规划问题,不同的遗传选择策略,求解性能各有差异.为此,构建平面内含有不同障碍物的四种测试场景,障碍物分别选取矩形、圆形及其混合图形,在相同实验参数下,分别采用轮盘赌策略、君主策略、锦标赛策略三种选择策略进行求解.经过重复实验,统计所求最短路径长度的均值和标准差,结果表明锦标赛策略比其他策略求得的最短路径长度均值和标准差都更小.因此,锦标赛策略在这类问题求解中具有更好的求解性能. 相似文献

Aninequality is established, which reveals that the difference between the squared circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex andthe squared distance between its circumcenter and barycenter times the squared circumradius of its inscribed simplex is not lessthan the 2(n-1)th power of n times its squared inradius, and is equal to when the simplex is regular and its inscribed siplex is atangent point one.
