The genus, Ainsliaea DC. from China is revised in this paper. Three
species, A. nana Y. C. Tseng, A. pingbianensis Y. G. Tseng and A. trinervis Y.
C. Tseng, are newly described; two species, A. chapaensis Merr. and A.
angustifolia Hook. f. et Thoms. ex C. B. Clarke are new records for China and
two new combinations, A. apteroides (Chang) Y. C. Tseng and A.
macrocephala (Mattf.) Y. C. Tseng, are made. In addition, one species, A.
hypoleuca Diels ex Limpr. and four varieties, A. bonatii Beauverd var.
arachnoidea Beauverd, A. pteropoda DC. var. leiophylla Franch., A. elegans
Hemsl. var. tomentosa Mattf. and A. glabra Hemsl. var. tenuiculis (Mattf.)Chang, are reduced to synonyms. 相似文献

The Present paper is a preliminary result of study on three genera,
Dubyaea, Syncalathium and Soroseris of the tribe Lactuceae (Compositae) in China.
The genus Dubyaea in China so far known consists of 14 species, of which
six are described here as new: D. pteroponda Shih, D. lanceolate Shih, D.
muliensis Shih, D. panduriformis Shih, D. cymiformis Shih and D. jinyangensis
Shih. In addition, one new combination, i.e.D. bhotanica (Hutch.) Shih, is
made.
There are six species in the genus Syncalathium in Chinese flora, of which one
species is described here as new. This is S. orbiculariforme Shih. A new combina-
tion, S. pilosum (Hand.-Mazz.) Shih, is made in the paper.
The genus Soroseris comprises nine species, of which three are described here
as new, S. teres Shih, S. chrysocephala Shih and S. qinghaiensis Shih. Three new
combinations, i.e.S. trichocarpa (Franch.) Shih, S. hirsuta (Anth.) Shih, and S.erysimoides (Hand.-Mazz.) Shih are made in the present paper. 相似文献

结合长期风速记录,利用Gumbel分布计算设计风速极值,并采用Monte-Carlo法模拟台风作用,推导了风速和风向的联合概率分布。利用Lawson和Penwarden舒适度判别准则,分析风洞试验中Irwin探头的实测风速结果,评估了超高层建筑行人高度风环境舒适度并检验了风环境改善措施效果。结果表明,风气候分析对评估行人高度风环境舒适度有重要影响,部分重要区域（北侧裙房入口、三层室外阳台、东南连桥、西北裙房屋顶等）不满足舒适度要求。采取防风减风措施后,改善了大部分区域的舒适度,而西北裙房屋顶仍不满足舒适度要求,需要调整功能布局。 相似文献

本论文分析了低层大气急流的季节变化.原始数据是美国的编号为03937的站点2002-2004年的数据,笔者对数据中经向风和纬向风这两个参数进行处理.通过对其拟合处理,运用IDL软件编程输出图形,发现低层大气急流的季节变化规律,即经向风的风速随着高度的变化幅度小,纬向风的风速随着高度的升高变化幅度比较大,春冬季急流最大,而夏季急流最小. 相似文献

Patent trolls (or sharks) are patent holding individuals or (often small) firms who trap R&D intensive manufacturers in patent infringement situations in order to receive damage awards for the illegitimate use of their technology. While of great concern to management, their existence and impact for both corporate decision makers and policy makers remains to be fully analyzed from an academic standpoint. In this paper we show why patent sharks can operate profitably, why they are of growing concern, how manufacturers can forearm themselves against them, and which issues policy makers need to address. To do so, we map international indemnification rules with strategic rationales of small patent-holding firms and large manufacturers within a theoretical model. Our central finding is that the courts’ unrealistic consideration of the trade-offs faced by inadvertent infringers is a central condition for sharks to operate profitably. 相似文献
