现代职业教育体系的构建是建设高质量教育体系的重要组成部分。当前,我国职业教育改革发展的一个重要方向和趋势,就是从过去作为层次的职业教育,向作为类型的职业教育转变,也就是职业教育从原有的教育大体系分离出来,成为与整个普通教育体系并行的独立体系。但从长远来看,构建作为类型的、与普通教育完全分离的职业教育独立体系并不是一种适当的选择。要从深层次提升职业教育的社会地位,真正建立起现代职业教育体系,走“职普融通”的职业教育体系构建之路才是一种重要选择。因此,与建设高质量教育体系相适应的现代职业教育体系构建的关键要素是“职普融通”。“职普融通”是完善现代教育体系、真正搭建人才成长“立交桥”的关键一着;是培养德智体美劳全面发展的高素质技术技能人才、实现育人与育才有机统一的重要一环;是提升职业教育地位、从深层次破解和纠正歧视职业教育的根本所在。建立“职普融通”的现代职业教育体系的关键在于本科教育,构建与普通教育既相对分离,但并行不悖、相互融通,又层类交错、有机统一的现代职业高等教育体系框架是建设高质量职业高等教育体系的重要路向。 相似文献
