Reliability tolerance design of electromagnetic relay during its design period plays an essential role in guaranteeing the consistencies of reliability and output characteristic. The reliability tolerance design can ensure that the products would work well under the influence of disturbing factors (including internal interference, external interference, and machining dispersion). Com- pared with static characteristic, dynamic characteristic of electromagnetic relay can describe its operating process better. This article researches influence of the three kinds of disturbing factors on the dynamic characteristic of electromagnetic relay based on calculating dynamic characteristic. Then, the dynamic reliability tolerance design method of electromagnetic relay is discussed considering three kinds of disturbing factors. Conclusions reached can help to assure the reliability of electromagnetic relay from the beginning of design.  相似文献

Tolerance design, including tolerance analysis and distribution, is an important part of the electronic system’s reli- ability design. The traditional design needs to construct mathematic model of material circuit, which involves large amount of workload and lacks of practicability. This paper discusses the basic theory of electronic system’s reliability tolerance design and presents a new design method based on EDA (Electronic Design Automatic) software. This method has been validated through the application research on reliability tolerance design of the DC hybrid contactor’s control circuit.  相似文献

In this paper,a special-purpose CAD/CAM software package,BliskCad/Cam,based on a commercial CAD/CAM software Unigraphics is developed to reduce difficulties in CNC-EDM of the shrouded turbine blisks.The software package con- sists of five modules such as electrode design,path searching,and machining simulation module.Functions of BliskCad/Cam include parametrical reconstruction of 3-D model of the blisk,intelligent design of complex shaped electrode,automatic gener- ation of NC codes,search of interference-free tool path for multi-axis NC-EDM and machining simulation,etc.Experimental verification is conducted by using BliskCad/Cam and the results show that it satisfies the requirements,and can realize pre- cision machining and reduce accessorial time remarkably.  相似文献

Geometrical Product Specification and verification (GPS) is an ISO standard system coveting standards of size, dimension,geometrical tolerance and surface texture of geometrical product. ISO/TC213 on the GPS has been working towards coordination of the previous standards in tolerance and related metrology in order to publish the next generation of the GPS language. This paper introduces the geometrical product specification model for design, manufacturing and verification based on the improved GPS and its new concepts,i.e., surface models, geometrical features and operations. 高校图书馆拥有非常丰富的实体图书资源,一般仅面向本校师生开放,由此出现资源利用率低、分配不均等问题。为解决上述问题,提出一种基于Unity3D的图书馆虚拟阅读系统,通过Unity3D软件进行环境模拟和搭建,再使用C#语言实现人机交互,将虚拟阅读和虚拟漫游相结合,实现在虚拟环境中行走与阅读。实验表明,该系统可让用户沉浸在虚拟环境中学习和阅读,能够满足大众阅读需求。  相似文献

应用Web3D引擎开发的计算机仿真系统或虚拟现实系统均需在Web浏览器上运行,需要其能快速下载和运行,并且尽量不需下载特定插件。采用基于JAVA技术的开源Web3D引擎开发的三维系统可以满足上述要求,开发的展示系统可以实现三维图形的旋转、缩放等交互功能。此外,在系统开发过程中对引擎中不完善的部分进行了必要的修正。  相似文献
