慢性幽门螺旋杆菌感染、血清TNF-α变化与脑梗死相关研究 总被引：2，自引：0，他引：2
目的:检测血清中TNF-α含量的变化,用以研究慢性幽门螺旋杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染与脑梗死的关系。方法:采用病例对照的研究方法,选择急性脑梗死患者65例为病例组,健康体检者50例为对照组。用13C-尿素呼气实验检测Hp感染,用酶联免疫吸附法定量检测血清中TNF-α的含量。结果:①病例组与对照组的Hp阳性率分别是32.3%和14.0%,病例组明显高于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义;②28例Hp阳性者血清中TNF-α的含量平均值20.08±8.82pg/ml。87例Hp阴性者是15.07±5.30pg/ml,Hp阳性组明显高于Hp阴性组,两组比较有统计学意义。结论:慢性Hp感染是急性脑梗死的一个危险因素,慢性Hp感染可引起血清中TNF-α的含量增高,后者是导致急性脑梗死的发病机制之一。 相似文献

目的：探讨谷胱甘肽S-转移酶（GST-π）在慢性胃炎持续幽门螺杆菌（H Pylori）感染胃粘膜组织中的变化及其与H Pylori感染的关系。方法：将内镜及胃粘膜活检病理证实的138例慢性胃炎（其中慢性浅表性胃炎96例，慢性萎缩性胃炎42例）。分别用13C呼气实验及病理切片改良Giemsa染色检测HPylori，按H Pylori检测结果分为H Pylori阳性组（87例）及H Pylori阴性组（51例）；用S-P免疫组化检测GST-π，观察与比较两组间胃粘膜组织中GST-π的表达，计算各组GST-π表达率，将所得结果输入spss统计学软件进行统计学处理。结果：本研究H Pylori阳性87例，平均阳性率63．04％；GST-π阳性共58例，平均阳性率为42．01％。其中慢性浅表性胃炎组HPylori阳性61例。阳性率为63．54％；慢性萎缩性胃炎组H Pylori阳性26例，阳性率为61．91％，两组间HPylori阳性率无显著差异（X^2=-0．0006，P〉0．05）。慢性浅表性胃炎组GST-π阳性37例，阳性率为38．54％；萎缩性胃炎组GST-π阳性21例。阳性率50％．两组间阳性率无显著差异（X^2=1．14，P〉0．25）。两组合并后H Pylori阳性亚组中GST-π阳性率为32．18％显著低于H Pylori阴性亚组的GST-π阳性率58．82％（X^2=8．30，P〈0．005）。结论：持续H Pylori感染可降低胃粘膜GST-π的表达，削弱GST-π对胃粘膜损伤的保护作用。 相似文献

目的：探讨微生态制剂联合兰索拉唑、克拉霉素片、阿莫西林胶囊在幽门螺杆菌感染治疗中的疗效及安全性。方法：将118例慢性胃炎或消化性溃疡且经快速尿素酶试验、病理切片染色镜检、13C-尿素酶呼气试验检测幽门螺杆菌任何两项阳性患者随机分为联合治疗组60例,常规三联方根除治疗（兰索拉唑＋克拉霉素＋阿莫西林胶囊）加0．35g双歧杆菌片0．7g2次／d,口服,与抗菌药物间隔2h服用,疗程14d。对照组58例,常规三联方根除治疗（兰索拉唑＋克拉霉素＋阿莫西林胶囊）不使用双歧杆菌,疗程14d。治疗结束4周后复查”C－尿素酶呼气试验。比较两组根除率及不良反应发生率。结果：联合治疗组根除率80％,对照组根除率77．5％,两组间差异无统计学意义（P〉．05）,但是联合治疗组不良反应发生率6．7％与对照组不良反应发生率22．4％比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：常规三联疗法结合双歧杆菌片在幽门螺杆菌感染治疗中不良作用少,患者依从性较好,值得临床推广和应用。 相似文献

目的：探讨在慢性胃炎胃黏膜组织中谷胱甘肽S-转移酶-π（GST-π）与幽门螺杆菌感染的关系。方法：对内镜及活检病理证实的118例阳性慢性胃炎患者用S-P免疫组化检测GST-π并给予标准根除治疗,5周后用胃镜复查并检测Hp和GST-π,根据Hp检测结果分为Hp根除组和未根除组,观察与比较Hp根除前后不同组Hp胃粘膜组织中GST-π的表达。结果：118例经Hp根除治疗后97例Hp转阴,根除率82．2％,GST-n阳性率较Hp根除前差异非常显著（44．92％ vs 75．26％,X^2=18．97,P〈0．01）,Hp根除组与Hp未根除组GST-π阳性率分别为75．26％和47．62％（X^2=6．38,P〈0．05）,差异显著;Hp未根除组Hp根除前后GST-π阳性率无明显差异（X^2〈0．001,P〉0．05）。结论：Hp感染可降低慢性胃炎胃粘膜GST-π的表达。 相似文献

目的：测定冠心病患者肺炎衣原体（CPn）感染情况，并与健康对照组比较．探讨CPn感染和冠心病的关系。方法：采集100例冠心病（CHD）患者空腹静脉血，健康对照者60例，采用ELISA法对血浆中CPn IgG进行检测。结果：100例冠心病人血浆CPn IgG阳性51例，占51．00％；60例健康对照组血浆CPnIgG阳性20例．占33．33％。冠心病组CPn IgG阳性率高于健康对照组，经X^2检验，X^2=4．472，P=0．029，两组肺炎衣原体感染比较有统计学意义。结论：冠心病组血浆CPn IgG阳性率高于健康对照组，肺炎衣原体在冠心病的发病过程中起到一定的作用。 相似文献

目的：探讨藻酸双脂钠（PSS）治疗急性脑梗死患者血液成分变化及疗效。方法：急性脑梗死患者158例，随机分为两组。对照组：78例，常规治疗；治疗组：80例，在常规治疗基础上，应用藻酸双脂钠注射液100mg加入0．9％氯化钠静脉滴注，每日一次，连续观察14d。对比分析二组治疗前后脂蛋白（a）、血脂、纤维蛋白原等血液流变学指标．并动态观察治疗前后临床神经功能缺损评分。结果：藻酸双脂钠可降低全血粘度、血浆粘度、血小板聚集率、纤维蛋白原及血清TC、TG、LDL，与治疗前比较有显著性改变（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）；与对照组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）．但对脂蛋白（a）无影响；近期预后较常规治疗组好（P〈0．05）．结论：藻酸双脂钠可改善血液高粘滞状态，起到降低纤维蛋白原、抗血小板聚集作用，可改善近期临床神经功能缺损程度。 相似文献

目的观察中药胃复春联合奥美拉唑、阿莫西林及克拉霉素标准三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌（Hp）阳性慢性胃炎的临床疗效及用药安全性。方法将100例Hp阳性的慢性胃炎患者随机分成两组,两组患者均先口服奥美拉唑、阿莫西林及克拉霉素治疗7d,之后用奥美拉唑治疗35d。治疗组加用胃复春,对照组不用。疗程结束后4周复查胃镜,行Hp检测并评价临床疗效。结果两组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）;两组Hp阴转率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论胃复春联合奥美拉唑、阿莫西林及克拉霉素标准三联疗法治疗Hp阳性的慢性胃炎疗效显著,Hp阴转率较高,不良反应少,有较高的临床应用价值。 相似文献

目的：探讨老年脑梗死患者血清和脑脊液（CSF）中C-反应蛋白（CRP）的水平及临床意义。方法：对20例老年脑梗死患者进行血清和CSF中CRP的检测，分析血清CRP与CSFCRP的相关性。结果：直线相关分析显示，血清CRP与CSFCRP水平呈正相关（r=0．9606，P=0．01）。结论：老年脑梗死患者CSF出现CRP的基础可能是血脑屏障受损。 相似文献

目的：了解面部皮肤病患者蠕形螨感染情况．方法：采用挤粘结合法对大连市２１０名面部皮肤病患者进行蠕形螨感染调查．结果：总感染率为９１．９０％，男女感染率和感染度间无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）；男女皮肤病患者均以重度感染多见，且感染率有随年龄的增长而增高的趋势；毛囊蠕形螨为优势螨种；蠕形螨面部寄生部位正确排序为鼻、额、下颌、颊部；不同职业间蠕形螨感染有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），以学生感染率最低为碎６９．５７％，以工人、服务行业从业人员感染率最高，分别为９７．３０％和９６．８８％． 相似文献

目的探讨肝脏疾病临床诊断中血清总胆汁酸（TBA）测定结果的临床意义。方法在日立7600型全自动生化分析仪上检测272例肝病患者（急性肝炎98例、慢性活动性肝炎54例、肝硬化71例和肝癌49例）的血清TBA、ALT,并与健康对照组比较。结果各种肝病患者的TBA、AIT均显著升高。急性肝炎、慢性活动性肝炎TBA与ALT升高显著,敏感性高,但肝硬化、肝癌两项指标阳性率结果差异明显（χ^2=60．553,P〈0．001）：TBA阳性率高达90％以上,而ALT阳性率仅为20％左右。结论TBA测定对于监测慢性肝病,尤其是肝硬化的早期诊断价值很大,是一项很具实用价值高敏威性的肝功能诊断指标。 相似文献
