Cu-12% Fe (in weight) composite was prepared by casting, pretreating, and cold drawing. The microstructure was observed and Vickers hardness was measured for the composite at various drawing strains. Cu and Fe grains could evolve into aligned filaments during the drawing process. X-ray diffraction (XRD) was used to analyze the orientation evolution during the drawing process. The axial direction of the filamentary structure has different preferred orientations from the radial directions. The strain of Fe grains linearly increases with an increase in the drawing strain up to 6.0, and deviates from the linear relation when the drawing strain is higher than 6.0. With an increase in the drawing strain, the microstructure scales of Fe filaments exponentially decrease. The density of the interface between Cu and Fe phases exponentially increases with an increase in the aspect ratio of Fe filaments. There is a similar Hall-Perch relationship between the hardness and Fe filament spacing. The refined microstructure from drawing deformation at drawing strains lower than 3.0 can induce a more significant hardening effect than that at drawing strains higher than 3.0.  相似文献

采用OM,SEM,EDS,TEM,EBSD,XRD等分析手段,研究了稀土和热处理对M42高速钢组织和性能的影响规律.结果表明,M2C是M42高速钢主要的共晶碳化物类型.稀土处理后,M2C共晶碳化物形貌由规则层片状变为不规则环状.尽管二者形貌差异明显,但具有相同的微观结构和晶体取向特征.与层片状碳化物相比,环状M2C共晶碳化物热稳定性较差,高温加热时更易发生分解和球化,使碳化物尺寸明显细化.小尺寸碳化物在淬火加热时易于溶解,提高了淬火后基体中合金元素的固溶度,使M42高速钢硬度增加了1.5 HRC.  相似文献

为了探讨18K白金中的添加元素及其配比与18K白金的抗腐性及加工性能的关系,文章分析了含NiK白金和含PdK白金的成分配及添加元素,并对不同成分配比的K白金做了人造汗液腐蚀试验、熔融试验.结果表明Cr,Mn的添加可增强K白金的漂白效果;Co的添加可使K白金的表面光洁;含NiK白金中补口成分配比Ni(33%--40%),Cu(32%~39%),Zn(13%-14%),Ag(13%~15%),Si(0.3%~0.4%)的合金抗腐性及加工性能相对较好,但颜色还有待改善.  相似文献

采用刚塑性有限元法,对Ti60合金锭坯镦粗过程进行了有限元模拟,重点分析了锭坯各部分应力、应变的分布变化规律.结果表明:锻锤对锭坯端面的温降有较大的影响,应尽量避免长时间接触,以免端表面塑性严重下降,产生裂纹,间断镦锻有利于改善镦粗效果;端面、表面是高应力区,是加工缺陷的多发区,尤其是端面与表面交界处同时又是高应变区,极易出现缺陷,倒角处理有缓解作用;端面附近存在较大的变形死区,需要在后续工艺改善该区变形量,换向镦拔可以提高锭坯整体的变形均匀度,有利于成品的综合性能.本文模拟结果可以为钛合金镦粗工艺设计提供参考.  相似文献

对DC53K模具钢的退火工艺进行了研究,结果表明:加热到900℃保温3h的退火工艺退火效果较好,其退火硬度在21.9HRC左右,退火组织获得了类似共晶碳化物十二次渗碳体+索氏体基体组织。另外,850℃×4h后720℃×4h的等温退火工艺对DC53K模具钢的退火效果并不理想。  相似文献

采用Lorentzian法和非晶计算理论,分析少量稀土Y取代Fe对Fe78 Si9 B13非晶合金微观结构的影响,从微观结构变化的角度对合金非晶形成能力及热稳定性的变化做出相应解释。结果表明:随着Y含量的增加,合金的第一近邻半径逐渐增大,原子排布有序度降低,非晶漫散射峰的半高宽增大;非晶合金的配位数和堆垛密度均随着Y含量的增加先增大后减小,分别从短程序和中程序的角度反映出原子密排程度随Y含量的增加先增后减,这与合金非晶形成能力和稳定性的变化趋势相一致。  相似文献

研究了春白菜田小菜蛾幼虫空间分布型及其抽样技术.通过频聚集度指数的测定、M*-M回归和Taylor幂法则分析,结果表明,小菜蛾在春白菜上为聚集分布,空间分布的基本成分是个体群,个体间相互吸引,应用Blackith的种群聚集均数检验了聚集的原因.根据Iwao抽样公式,获得了在各种密度下的最适抽样数,建立了序贯抽样模型.  相似文献

The characteristics of microstructure, mechanical property and corrosion behavior of Cr26Mo3.5 super stainless steel joints by pulse tungsten inert gas(P-TIG)welding and laser welding were investigated. The results indicate that the widths of the center equiaxed grain zone(EGZ)and the columnar grain zone(CGZ)increase with the increase of heat input in both welding processes. The precipitates of Nb and Ti carbides and nitrides are formed in the weld metal(WM)and the heat affected zone(HAZ). The joints by laser welding show better tensile and corrosion resistance properties than those by P-TIG welding due to the heat concentration and lower heat input. The tensile strength and elongation increase with the decrease of heat input, and the fracture mode of the joints turns into ductile-brittle mixed fracture from ductile fracture when the welding method turns into P-TIG welding from laser welding. Moreover, the corrosion resistance of all joints declines slightly with the increase of heat input. Hence, laser welding is more suitable for welding Cr26Mo3.5 super stainless steel in engineering applications.  相似文献

使用自组装法制备得到SiO2颗粒,测试得到其平均孔径约为3.61nm,此孔径大小与模板十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)的分子层间距有关。将自组装得到的SiO2颗粒依次浸泡于硝酸银(AgNO3)溶液和硫代硫酸钠(Na2S2O3)溶液中,反应后光照此混合液得到复合材料Ag-SiO2。此复合材料的微观结构可通过X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、紫外-可见光谱(UV-Vis)及红外光谱(FT-IR)来表征,产物为球状复合颗粒,其中Ag纳米粒子被均匀的锁定于SiO2颗粒中,避免了Ag粒子的聚集。在抗菌性测试中发现此复合颗粒的抗菌性优于单一纳米Ag,文中还讨论了此类抗菌剂的作用机理。  相似文献

捅善芒:采用化学分析、金相检验等分析方法,对4Cr13不锈钢模具在使用中发生开裂的原因进行了分析。模具的内壁离断裂面不远处有一条横裂纹,裂纹长40ram,裂纹中间有小孔洞存在。分析结果表明:4Cr13模具组织中有大量共晶碳化物是导致裂纹产生的主要原因。通过改进4Cr13钢的冶炼、浇注,锻造工艺,减少钢锭中碳化物量,可以消除4Cr13模具中共晶碳化物缺陷,使其裂纹发生率降低。关键词:4Cr13模具;共晶碳化物;裂纹中图分类号:TF764.1文献标识码:B文章编号:1672—9994(2013)03—0013一03  相似文献

The effect of rare earth (RE) elements on the morphologies and sizes of Si phases in the hypereutectic Al-Si alloys modified with P was investigated.The results show that the addition of La element to the hypereutectic Al-Si alloys can enhance the effect of P element on the modification of the primary Si phases.In the multiplex modification of RE-P,the primary Si phase is refiner and the shape of the eutectic Si is changed from long needle-like to short rod-like.Moreover,the agglomeration rate of the primary Si phase is slowed greatly.Even the melt is held for 6 h,the average size of the primary Si phase is still satisfied.The results analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) indicate that La is richer at A1-Si interface than that inα-Al or primary Si phase.The higher the La content in the Al-Si interface,the smaller the primary Si phase.  相似文献
