规范伦理的外显性和易操作性深刻影响了道德教育实践，其道德教育模式带有明显的“知性特点”，显得抽象枯燥和苍白。德性伦理以挑战规范伦理的面目兴起，反映了当代道德理论研究的最新进展。德性伦理重新找回了道德的根基，即人本身，有着现实的合理性，它与规范伦理有着密切的契合性，两者互为补充。德性伦理运动的出现对我国当前的成人道德教育也有着重要的启示作用，必须重视成人教育的德育功能，并且要在规范伦理和德性伦理之间找寻合适的道德教育模式。 相似文献

环境伦理已有的理论建构主要是规范伦理向度的建构.规范伦理向度建构面临着规范生成困境、规范有效性问题、规范与行动之间的逻辑距离、规范普遍性与主体差异性的矛盾等诸多困境.事实上,环境伦理在德性伦理向度的建构不仅可能的,而且可以有效地超越规范伦理向度的各种困境.德性伦理向度的建构思路包括传统德性伦理德目意义的拓展以及具有环境美德的新型道德人格的建构. 相似文献

随着社会的转型与文化的多元，基于规范伦理的道德教育在目的、内容和方法等方面都面临着深层次的困境。要克服这些困境，道德教育必须把视野拓展到规范理论之外，从德性伦理那里寻找新的基点。这是由德性伦理的内在性、超越性与自律性所决定的。从根本上说，道德教育是介于规范与德性之间的，其可能的发展路径是：以德性养成为目的、以道德规范为内容。要实现这种道德教育，至少需要从以下方面入手：(1)转换道德教育的目的；(2)提供道德实践的机会；(3)发挥制度教化的作用；(4)融合传统美德的教育。 相似文献

德性伦理学与规范伦理学之间的论战使得道德教育一直徘徊于德性至善的高标与伦理规范的底线之间,不知何去何从。从社会存在的层面来看,德性与规范都是构成道德存在的基本要素,规范是公民在社会生活中应尽的义务和人际间善意的约定,德性则是不可强求的个人选择。从规范到德性的发展过程是道德价值逐次提升的过程。学校道德教育应根据学生的个性特征,在不同阶段和时期分别予以相应的道德教育内容,使学生逐步成为能够自由、理性地践行道德的公民。 相似文献

当代教学伦理研究主要呈现三种取向:规范取向旨在建构教学中的规范和标准,强调道德义务与责任,重在规约教学主体的行为,指向教学伦理的合法性;美德取向热衷于揭示教学的内在德性,强调对教学主体的道德关切,重在涵养教学主体的德性和内在品质,指向教学伦理的向善性;语境取向致力于探寻教学的道德环境与情感,强调实际道德境遇,重在教学主体的伦理反思和情感体验,指向教学伦理的合现实性。这三种取向各具所长,也各有局限。今后的教学伦理研究需要考虑三者的关联与融通,即如何在社会规范、个体美德与实际境遇之间寻求契合互补、动态平衡,实现教学伦理合法性、向善性与合现实性的统一。 相似文献
