为了探索新的稻草利用途径,开发一种基于稻草的环保复合材料,对羧甲基纤维素与稻草的热压复合进行了研究。将稻草进行短切,以水为混合及复合助剂,先使羧甲基纤维素与稻草在常温常压下进行混合,然后在热压机上进行加热加压复合。研究了羧甲基纤维素用量、热压温度、热压时间对复合材料拉伸力学性能及硬度的影响。结果表明,复合材料的拉伸强度随羧甲基纤维素的用量的增加而增加,随热压时间及热压温度的增加先增加后减小,在羧甲基纤维素用量50%,热压温度120℃,热压时间10 min时,复合材料的拉伸强度为1.52 MPa。复合材料的硬度受加工条件的影响较小。  相似文献

以萘和乙酰氯为原料,经Friedel-Crafts酰基化反应生成中间体α-萘乙酮,然后该中间体与羟胺盐酸盐发生肟化反应制得α-萘乙酮肟.研究了三氯化铝的用量、反应温度、乙酰氯加入方式对酰化反应的影响以及水用量、羟胺盐酸盐用量、碱用量对肟化反应的影响.适宜的反应条件为:酰化反应的乙酰氯与三氯化铝的摩尔比为1∶1.5,反应温度为(25±2)℃,乙酰氯以0.3 mL/min的速度加入;肟化反应的α-萘乙酮∶羟胺盐酸盐∶水∶碱(摩尔比)为1∶1.5~2.0∶4.30~34.0∶5.0.在此反应条件下,产物总收率达87.0%.改进后的实验具有合成过程操作方便、分离提纯程序简单、安全等优点,对工业生产及实验教学有积极的指导意义.  相似文献

以高温预处理稻草秸秆为原料,分别进行纤维素酶、木聚糖酶单因子和正交试验,探索秸秆适宜工艺条件。结果表明:在1∶8的酶解固液比条件下,添加纤维素酶15 FPU/g底物和木聚糖酶200 IU/g底物,于50℃温度下酶解48 h,将获得82.13%的还原糖得率。说明以纤维素酶及木聚糖酶处理稻草秸秆是可行方法之一。  相似文献

通过对里氏木霉ACCC30449分泌的纤维素酶酶解条件比较,初步发现该菌株产生的纤维素酶的最适作用pH值为5,利用菌株产纤维素酶分解处理不同比例搭配的玉米秸杆和稻草,结果表明玉米秸杆:稻草= 3:1的时候,纤维素的分解速率最高。  相似文献

以焦亚硫酸钠与甲醛、水进行反应,生成羟甲基磺酸钠。本实验研究了物料比、反应温度、反应时间对羟甲基磺酸钠产率的影响,最终确定了一条合成羟甲基磺酸钠的最佳工艺路线,当物料比为:n(甲醛)∶n(焦亚酸硫钠)=2.6∶1,反应温度为85℃,反应时间为1h时,产率为93.03%。  相似文献

钠基膨润土因具有诸多优良性能而得到了广泛应用。通过分析钙基膨润土钠化改性原理,对钙基膨润土钠化改性进行试验研究。分别考察不同钠化剂、反应温度、反应时间、钠化剂加量、体系pH值等因素对钠化效果的影响,并对改性后钠基膨润土进行元素分析。结果表明:采用碳酸钠为钠化剂,加量为原土矿质量的4%,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为2h,pH值为8~9时,膨润土改性后膨胀容由原来的8mL/g提高到27mL/g,胶质价由原来的12mL/(15g)提高到73mL/(15g);改性后的膨润土为典型的钠基膨润土。  相似文献

提出了一种简单的纤维素改性方法(多巴胺改性),并加入交联剂(聚醚酰亚胺)进行交联,得到了高强度、高模量的微纤化纤维素膜。改变多巴胺聚合时间、多巴胺浓度以及交联剂的用量,探索纤维素膜力学性能的变化。结果表明,多巴胺聚合72 h,多巴胺浓度为1 mg/mL以及聚醚酰亚胺加入量为30%时,得到的微纤化纤维素膜力学性能较优异。该方法反应条件温和、环保且容易实现,既为微纤化纤维素的化学改性提供了思路,也为制备高性能纤维素复合材料奠定了基础。  相似文献

During interview with English majors, it was found that a majority of students expressed disappointment with their experience of English literature classes. Students' dislike of learning English literature appears to be the major problem of teaching English literature in China. Reader response approach is a good way to solve this problem. In this paper, I explain the rationale behind the reader response approach, such as its origin, definition, features, assumptions, and strategies. Then I illustrate how reader response approach works as a teaching strategy by presenting several teaching models.
