作为古希腊人本主义重要的文学载体的古希腊悲剧,充分体现了古希腊理念的核心——即重视人的主体价值,彰显人类在德性之于苦难的过程中所展现出的有尊严的人性。本文以"有尊严的‘死亡’"这一新的命题来作为论述的核心,在阐述希腊悲剧主题的基础上,分别从主人公的德性、反抗过程中的自由意志和勇于承担死亡的态度来详细论述古希腊悲剧中所蕴含的人本主义精神,最后结合悲剧中雅典娜的形象对这种精神做出理性的评价和反思。 相似文献

托马斯·哈代,这位处在维多利亚时代和新时期交界线上的著名现实主义小说家、诗人,从年轻时就深受希腊文学的影响。从哈代创作的小说中可以看到希腊神话的影子,也就是古希腊神话原型。本文试图从原型批评理论的视角,将哈代的代表作《苔丝》的主人公苔丝与其古希腊原型美狄亚进行比较和分析,从而探讨哈代小说中人物的悲剧之源,揭示哈代小说中人物虽被毁灭但不可遏制的生存欲望和生命力。这些人物悲剧增加了历史、文化的厚重感,增强了其小说的普遍意义。 相似文献

海明威在《老人与海》中塑造的主人公圣地亚哥，是一个英勇奋战的失败者。他在大海上与厄运顽强搏斗，最后的战利品却是一副残剩的鱼骨，这种以失败而告终的结局将悲剧色彩推向高潮。悲剧艺术，实际上就是拿被毁灭的美给人看，美的规律就此产生，因而其感染力是强烈的、长久的。然而，圣地亚哥的自信、勇气、力量和尊严震撼人心、催人奋进，崇高美由此产生。悲剧通过丑对美的暂时的压倒，强烈地展示了美的最终的必然的胜利。《老人与海》特殊审美魅力就在于由悲剧美超越到了崇高美。 相似文献
