过往的教育实践中由于对集体主义的机械理解,使得集体主义教育理念发生异化,即强调个人对集体的绝对依顺和服从,导致个人自由个性的丧失,使个体成为丧失主体性的残缺的存在,无益于和谐集体的建构.从马克思关于真实集体主义的立场出发,应该在教育中树立以促进个人自由发展为主线的集体主义理念,个人只有在集体中才可能是自由的,集体为个人自由发展提供条件和保障,从而使得教育在造就丰富个性的人的同时,也迎来集体的盎然生机. 相似文献

群育是培养人的合群性的教育,它既强调个性又防止极端个人主义,既注重群体又避免整齐划一,是极端个人主义和过分强调整齐划一的狭隘集体主义的调和。群育并非新鲜概念,它在我国传统教育理念中已经存在,目前港澳台地区及新加坡教育中仍明确提出群育目标。现阶段重新认识和引入群育,有利于厘清个人与群体的关系,以人们易于接受的理念和方式培养学生的合群能力及合作精神,丰富和发展集体主义教育。 相似文献

This article examines the concept of choice with reference to liberal and non-liberal educational settings. It analyses the concept in Western liberal thought and in communitarianism, and discusses the challenges of implementing liberal democratic education in African societies (particularly former socialist countries like Tanzania) where the concept is becoming central in socio-political and curricular reforms. The purpose of this article is to understand the Learning in Regular Classrooms (LRC) initiative for inclusive education in China. First, the paper reviews the policy, legislation, and practice in relation to the LRC. It then goes on to explore the specific social–political context of the LRC, and compares the Chinese LRC with the Western approaches to inclusion and integration. The research discusses the impact of national culture on the processes of knowledge management (KM) in Higher Education. In particular, it focuses on the extent to which teamwork approaches to IC development are favoured in individualistic and collectivist cultures.
The study was carried out in two phases. The first, aimed at generating emerging theory, involved interviews in a Higher Education Institution (HEI) in an individualistic culture (UK). The second, aimed at testing emerging theory, utilised questionnaire responses from researchers in an individualistic (Australia) and collectivist society (Slovenia). The results revealed that, in the first phase, the absence of teamwork resulted in feelings of isolation and reduced research output. In the second, there was a statistically significant correlation between engagement in teamwork and membership of a collectivist society on the one hand, and engagement in teamwork and increased research output. This article shows the value of teamwork in facilitating KM, and the extent to which it is facilitated in a collectivist culture. 相似文献

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to explore the societal orientations (individualist vs. collectivist) of educational aims, in constructions of teacher professionalism framed by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Teaching and Learning International Survey (TALIS) insight and lesson reports. The critical discourse analysis of OECD TALIS documents suggests that the OECD discourse on teacher professionalism attested to a dual orientation: individualist and anti-collectivist. Our results contribute to the theoretical understanding of the educational aims of the OECD, which lead the global discourse in education, and of the cultural orientation that is part of its conceptualization of new professional teaching.
