A novel H filter design methodology has been presented for a general class of nonlinear systems. Different from existing nonlinear filtering design, the nonlinearities are approximated using neural networks, and then are modeled based on linear difference inclusions, which makes the structure of the desired filter simpler and parameter turning easier and has the advantages of guaranteed stability, numeral robustness, bounded estimation accuracy. A unified framework is established to solve the addressed H filtering problem by exploiting linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach. A numerical example shows that the filtering error systems will work well against bounded error between a nonlinear dynamical system and a multilayer neural network.  相似文献

In this paper, the problem of robust H filtering for uncertain systems with time-varying distributed delays is considered. The uncertainties under discussion are time varying but norm bounded. Based on the Lyapunov stability theory, sufficient condition for the existence of full order H filters is proposed by linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach such that the filtering error system is asymptotically sable and satisfies a prescribed attenuation level of noise. A numerical example is given to demonstrate the availability of the proposed method.  相似文献

In this paper, the event-triggered non-fragile H fault detection filter is designed for a class of discrete-time nonlinear systems subject to time-varying delays and channel fadings. The Lth Rice fading model is utilized to reflect the actual received measurement signals, and its channel coefficients own arbitrary probability density functions on interval [0,1]. The event-based filter is constructed to reduce unnecessary data transmissions in the communication channel, which only updates the measurement signal to the filter when the prespecified “event” is triggered. Multiplicative gain variations are utilized to describe the phenomenon of parameter variations in actual implementation of the filter. Based on Lyapunov stability theory, stochastic analysis technology along with linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) skills, sufficient conditions for the existence of the non-fragile fault detection filter are obtained which make the filtering error system stochastically stable and satisfy the H constraint. The gains of the filter can be calculated out by solving the feasible solution to a certain LMI. A simulation example is given to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

In this paper, a new approach to robust H filtering for a class of nonlinear systems with time-varying uncertainties is proposed in the LMI framework based on a general dynamical observer structure. The nonlinearities under consideration are assumed to satisfy local Lipschitz conditions and appear in both state and measured output equations. The admissible Lipschitz constants of the nonlinear functions are maximized through LMI optimization. The resulting H observer guarantees asymptotic stability of the estimation error dynamics with prespecified disturbance attenuation level and is robust against time-varying parametric uncertainties as well as Lipschitz nonlinear additive uncertainty.  相似文献

This paper focuses on the problem of robust H∞ filter design for uncertain systems with time-varying state and distributed delays. System uncertainties are considered as norm-bounded time-varying parametric uncertainties. The delays are assumed to be time-varying delays being differentiable uniformly bounded with delay-derivative bounded by a constant, which may be greater than one. A new delay-derivative-dependent approach of filter design for the systems is proposed. A novel Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional (LKF) is employed, and a tighter upper bound of its derivative is obtained by employing an inequality and using free-weighting matrices technique, then the proposed result has advantages over some existing results, in that it has less conservatism and it enlarges the application scope. An improved sufficient condition for the existence of such a filter is established in terms of linear matrix inequality (LMI). Finally, illustrative examples are given to show the effectiveness and reduced conservatism of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper addresses the robust H filter design problem for a class of uncertain fuzzy neutral stochastic system with time-delay through Takagi–Sugeno (T–S) fuzzy model. By constructing an augmented Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional, some novel delay-dependent stability criteria for uncertain fuzzy neutral stochastic system with time varying delay are obtained in terms of linear matrix inequalities. By using the integral inequality in the neutral stochastic setting combined with delay decomposition approach, the H fuzzy filter is designed to guarantee the corresponding filtering error systems robustly asymptotically stable with a specified H performance index. At last, two numerical examples are presented to show the less conservatism than the previous results.  相似文献

This paper investigates an H2/H filter designing for networked systems perturbed by multiple noises. The measurement transmission from the sensor to the remote filter is completed via a communication network in simultaneously presenting of data transmission time-varying delays, data packet dropout and data sequence disorder. Since the filter will receive delayed and disordered information, a zero-order-hold (ZOH) or a logical-ZOH (LZOH) is firstly employed for resorting the chaos data sequence. Afterwards, a hybrid H2/H filtering scheme is designed for accurately estimating the target output. By Itô formula and a novel free-weight method, the almost surely mean square exponentially stable (ASMSES) condition of the error system is conveniently obtained and the corresponding filter design method is finally presented. By the proposed method, not only the ASMSES with a pre-scheduled H2/H performance can be achieved, but also the convergence rate of overall system is pre-regulable. In addition, it has been point out the dynamic filtering performance of LZOH scheme should be better than ZOH ones due to less time-varying delays are introduced and more latest measurement information are employed. Numerical examples are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods.  相似文献

This paper investigates the problem of robust H filtering for switched stochastic systems under asynchronous switching. The so-called asynchronous switching means that the switching between the filters and system modes is asynchronous. The aim is to design a filter ensuring robust exponential mean square stability and a prescribed H performance level for the filtering error systems. Based on the average dwell time approach and piecewise Lyapunov functional technique, sufficient conditions for the existence of the robust H filter are derived, and the proposed filter can be obtained by solving a set of LMIs(linear matrix inequalities). Finally, a numerical example is given to show the effectiveness of the proposed approach.  相似文献

This paper is devoted to the investigation of the delay-dependent H filtering problem for a class of discrete-time singular Markov jump systems with Wiener process and partly unknown transition probabilities. The class of stochastic singular model under consideration is more general and covers the stochastic singular Markov jump time-varying delay systems with completely known and completely unknown transition probabilities as two special cases. Firstly, based on a stochastic Lyapunov–Krasovskii candidate function and an auxiliary vector function, by employing some appropriate free-weighting matrices, the discretized Jensen inequality and combining them with the structural characteristics of the filtering error system, a set of delay-dependent sufficient conditions are established, which ensure that the filtering error system is stochastically admissible. And then, a singular filter is designed such that the filtering error system is not only regular, causal and stochastically stable, but also satisfy a prescribed H performance for all time-varying delays no larger than a given upper bound. Furthermore, the sufficient conditions for the solvability of the H filtering problem are obtained in terms of a new type of Lyapunov–Krasovskii candidate function and a set of linear matrix inequalities. Finally, simulation examples are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method in the paper.  相似文献

In this paper, the problem of H filtering for neutral systems with mixed time-varying delays and nonlinear perturbations is investigated. Some new delay-dependent sufficient conditions are presented to ensure that the filtering error system is asymptotically stable with a prescribed level of H noise attenuation. In addition, the design procedures for the existence of such filter are presented in terms of a set of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Slack variables and convex combination technique are adopted to reduce the conservatism of obtained results. Finally, three numerical examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the problem of event-triggered dynamic output-feedback H control for networked control system with sensor and actuator saturations. The event-triggered scheme combined with sensor saturation is first introduced to judge whether the newly sampled signal should be transmitted to the dynamic output-feedback controller or not. Under this scheme, the concurrent closed-loop system is first modeled as a control system with an interval time-varying delay and nonlinear items. Through constructing the Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional and employing linear matrix inequality approach, sufficient conditions for H asymptotical stability are derived for the networked control system; furthermore, under the above stability condition, a dynamic output-feedback controller and the corresponding event-triggered parameters are co-designed through linear matrix inequality approach. Lastly, a numerical example is employed to prove the practical utility of this method.  相似文献

A linear matrix inequality based mixed H2-dissipative type state observer design approach is presented for smooth discrete time nonlinear systems with finite energy disturbances. This observer is designed to maintain H2 type estimation error performance together with either H or a passivity type disturbance reduction performance in case of randomly varying perturbations in its gain. A linear matrix inequality is used at each time instant to find the time-varying gain of the observer. Simulation studies are included to explore the performance in comparison to the extended Kalman filter and a previously proposed constant gain observer counterpart.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the robust non-fragile filtering for a class of networked systems with distributed variable delays. We model such a complex delay system with an augmented switched system. For the filtering implementation uncertainty, a stochastic variable is employed to indicate random occurrence of the filter gain change, and a norm bound to measure the change size. The suitably weighted measurements are proposed for filter performance improvement, instead of direct use of the measurements themselves which may have significant delays and degrade the performance. With some improved stability and l2 gain analysis for the switched systems, a new sufficient condition is obtained such that the filtering error system is exponentially stable in the mean square sense and achieves a prescribed HH performance level. A numerical example is given to show the effectiveness of the proposed design.  相似文献

A full order fractional-order observer is designed for a class of Lipschitz continuous-time nonlinear fractional-order systems with unknown input. Sufficient conditions of existence for the designed observer and stability of state estimation error system are developed by reconstructing state and using general quadratic Lyapunov function. By applying fractional-order extension of Lyapunov direct method, the stability of the fractional-order state estimation error system is analyzed. Due to the conditions involving a nonlinear matrix inequality, a new sufficient condition with linear matrix inequality (LMI) is reformulated, which makes the full order fractional-order observer implemented easily by using Matlab LMI toolbox. Examples are taken to show the effectiveness of the proposed approach by numerical simulations.  相似文献

Robust fault detection for a class of nonlinear time-delay systems   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
In this paper, the robust fault detection filter (RFDF) design problems are studied for nonlinear time-delay systems with unknown inputs. Firstly, a reference residual model is introduced to formulate the robust fault detection filter design problem as an H model-matching problem. Then appropriate input/output selection matrices are introduced to extend a performance index to the time-delay systems in time domain. The reference residual model designed according to the performance index is an optimal residual generator, which takes into account the robustness against disturbances and sensitivity to faults simultaneously. Applying robust H optimization control technique, the existence conditions of the robust fault detection filter for nonlinear time-delay systems with unknown inputs are presented in terms of linear matrix inequality (LMI) formulation, independently of time delay. An illustrative design example is used to demonstrate the validity and applicability of the proposed approach.  相似文献

The H filtering problem for distributed parameter systems with stochastic switching topology is investigated in this paper based on event-triggered control scheme. The switching topology which subjects to a Markovian chain is considered in filter design because of the communication uncertainty of practical networks. An event-triggered mechanism as a sampling scheme is developed aiming at the benefit of reducing the computation load or saving the limited network resources. Based on some novel integral inequalities, the improved delayed method is proposed for the H filtering control problem with event-triggered scheme. Moreover, by employing stochastic stability theory, filters with Markovian jump parameters are designed to guarantee that the stochastically mean square stability and H performance of the underlying error system. Finally, in order to illustrate the applicability of the obtained results, numerical examples are presented.  相似文献

This paper investigates the problem of event-triggered filter design for nonlinear networked control systems (NCSs) in the framework of interval type-2 (IT2) fuzzy systems. A novel IT2 fuzzy filter for ensuring asymptotic stability and H performance of filtering error system is proposed, where the premise variables are different from those of the fuzzy model. Attention is focused on solving the problem of event-triggered filter design subject to parameter uncertainties, data quantization, and communication delay in a unified frame. It is shown that the proposed event-triggered filter design communication mechanism for IT2 fuzzy NCSs has the advantage of the existing event-triggered approaches to reduce the utilization of limited network resources and provides flexibility in balancing the tracking error and the utilization of network resources. Finally, simulation example is given to validate the advantages of the presented results.  相似文献

This paper studies the robust stabilization problem of a class of uncertain Lipschitz nonlinear systems with infinite distributed input delays. A novel robust predictor feedback controller is developed and the controller gain can be obtained via solving a linear matrix inequality. It is shown that the proposed robust predictor feedback controller can globally exponentially stabilize the concerned uncertain nonlinear system with infinite distributed input delays. The key to the proposed approach is the development of several new quadratic Lyapunov functionals. The obtained results are extended to the case of systems with both multiple constant input delays and infinite distributed input delays. It is noted that the obtained results include some existing results on systems with constant input delays or bounded distributed input delays as special cases. Finally, two examples of Chua’s circuit and spacecraft rendezvous system are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed robust controllers.  相似文献
