Micron grade Sn powder, VG32 oil and active pharmaceutical were mixed and the Nanometer Sn lubricant additives were prepared. Nanometer additives with different Sn concentrations were used in Steel-brass Tribo-pair for friction and wear test. The activating method to nano-Sn and surface of brass samples was investigated, and the method to form relatively thick friction coating on samples was discussed. Surface elemental distribution, coating thickness and its surface appearance were analyzed with X-ray photoelectron spectrum (XPS), auger electron spectrum (AES) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) respectively. The result shows that the ultra-thick friction coating (approx 20 μm), with abundant tin and well combined with substrate, has formed on the brass sample. The friction coating revealed superior performance of friction reducing and anti-wear properties. Therefore, the results possess practical significance to self-repair usage on steel-brass tribo-pair in mechanical systems.  相似文献

采用Zeta电位测定手段研究了ATO(Sb掺杂SnO2)包覆TiO2粉体的包覆机理,用XRD、TEM、XPS和LCR数字电桥等对包覆粉体的物相、形态、表面元素组成及其导电性能测试分析加以佐证,并建立了相应的包覆模型.结果表明,ATO包覆TiO2粉体的机理是色散吸引力和粒子间的静电力共同作用的结果,当pH=2时ATO与TiO2与Zeta电位产生的协同静电作用最佳,与XRD、TEM、XPS和LCR数字电桥等实验分析的结果相一致,由包覆模型计算的单层最大包覆量15%的结论与试验的包覆粉体电阻率转折临界点吻合.  相似文献

原油破乳剂能够破坏原油中油和水的乳化状态,促使油水分离,对原油进行脱盐、脱水,所以破乳剂的选择对脱后含盐的合格率有直接的作用。通过对原油破乳剂的改进,使脱盐原油的合格率提高到98%,降低了能耗和加工成本,满足生产的要求。  相似文献

以二甲基硅油(500mm^2/s)为主要原料,选用非离子表面活性剂span-60与阳离子表面活性剂1831为复配乳化剂,采用转相乳化法,探究了乳化温度、乳化时间、乳化剂配比、硅油用量等因素对硅油乳液性能的影响.最佳工艺条件为:硅油用量为10%(相对乳液总量),乳化剂配比为span-60:1831=0.47:0.53,乳化剂用量为5%(相对乳液总量),乳化温度为90℃,乳化时间为60min.此条件下制得的硅油乳液外观均匀、细腻、无颗粒,具有良好的水溶性和稳定性.  相似文献

TiC增强涂层以钛铁粉、铁粉、铬粉和碳的前驱体(蔗糖)等为原料,通过前驱体碳化复合技术制备了Fe-Cr-Ti-C等离子熔覆复合粉末,并通过等离子熔覆技术在Q235钢表面成功原位合成.采用SEM、XRD和EDS对涂层的相组成和显微组织结构进行了分析,并在室温干滑动磨损条件下测试了该涂层的耐磨性能.结果表明,等离子熔覆涂层由原位合成的TiC相和(Cr,Fe)7C3共晶相与奥氏体相构成,与基材完全冶金结合.涂层中碳化物TiC呈现梯度分布,并且涂层的熔合区和中部区域TiC颗粒形状大多呈现粒状,涂层的表层区域部分TiC颗粒呈现树枝状.涂层的硬度从表面到熔合区相差不大,平均显微硬度约是HV02750,是基体金属的3.2倍.涂层磨损质量约是基体金属的1/12,具有良好的耐磨性能.  相似文献

采用高温热氧化方法制备了锌掺杂Ti/SnO2/Sb2O3电极电催化电极,对Zn含量不同的电极进行研究,并探究新电极在工业上的应用。结果表明,Sn、Sb和Zn元素不同摩尔比(1:0.1:0、1:0.1:0.000 1、1:0.1:0.001、1:0.1:0.005)中比例为1:0.1:0.005的电极的电催化活性最高,分形维数为2.64,该电极对工业废水中污染物苯酚具有一定降解作用。  相似文献

在小洼油田现有生产条件下,研究集输管网中液体的流动状态,并采用从井口加入药剂的方法,改变原油乳状液相态,达到改变液体与管壁摩擦方式的目的,从而降低乳状液在井筒和集输管路中的摩阻损失,实现减少抽油机、外输泵等设备能量消耗,改善联合站原油脱水条件,降低药剂使用量等积极效果,取得良好的经济和社会效益。  相似文献

ZiO2 was prepared by the hydrolyzation method in (NH4)2SO4-modified TiCl4 solution, and TiO2 photocatalysts were obtained by accelerating the precipitation of TiO2 powder in a high-temperature water bath. The photocatalysts were characterized by Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectrum and UV-Vis (Ultraviolet-Visible) spectrometry techniques, and the photocatalytic activity in phenol-contaminated water was investigated. The results showed that photocatalysts calcined at 400 ℃ had a specific surface area of 138.2 m^2/g and an average particle size of 9 nm, and a significant increase in thermal stability of anatase phase. At the calcination temperature of 700 ~C, the crystal form of TiO2 started to change into rutile (anatase: 97%, rutile: 3%). The activity of TiO2 photocatalysts prepared with (NH4)2SO4-modified TIC14 solution was markedly stronger than that without (NH4)2SOg-modified TIC14 solution. Maximal photocatalytic activity was observed at the mole ratio of Ti:(NH4)2SO4= 1:2, the water-bath temperature of 90℃ and the calcination temperature of 700 ℃.  相似文献

研究了在MgCl2-Ca(OH)2--CO2体系中,气液法制备碳酸钙晶须的形貌和影响条件.结果显示,在此条件下制备的是具有较好形貌和高长径比,且分布均一的文石型碳酸钙晶须,并利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X-射线粉末衍射(PXRD)和傅里叶转换红外(FT—IR)光谱图等手段对其进行了表征.其最佳制备工艺为:反应温度为80℃,CO2的流量为5mL/min,搅拌速度为250r/min,MgCl2溶液浓度为0.4mol/L.  相似文献

以硝酸铝[Al(NO3)3.9H2O]和硝酸钇[Y(NO3)3.6H2O]为原料,碳酸氢铵[NH4HCO3]为沉淀剂,PET400为分散剂。采用共沉淀法制备了YAG前驱体粉末,分别用直接干燥和共沸蒸馏对YAG前驱体粉末进行脱水处理。用X射线仪、扫描电子显微镜、粒度分析仪等测试手段对产品进行表征。结果表明:采用共沉淀法,在1200℃煅烧1h,相对于直接烘干,共沸蒸馏制得的YAG粉末纯度更高,粒度更细,分布更均匀,团聚较少。  相似文献

This study aims to prepare a composite polyurethane coating through a facile synthesis process. Titanium dioxide, which is a component of the prepared hydroxyl acrylic resin polyurethane varnish, was partially substituted by wollastonite, and an optimal substitution ratio was obtained. Analyses based on scanning electron microscope, powder X-ray diffraction, and Raman scattering measurements demonstrated that the addition of wollastonite caused nearly no change in the basic structure of the coating. Coating with a substitution ratio of 25% showed high thermal stability, good cover effect, considerable moisture-proof and water resistance ability, great acidic and basic resistance, and improved performance and hardness in performance tests. Furthermore, the production cost was reduced significantly at this substitution ratio.  相似文献

采用动电位扫描结合SEM和XRD等技术研究先进电子制造封装过程中Sb掺杂对64Sn-35Bi-1Ag钎焊料在3%(wt.)NaCl溶液中腐蚀和电化学迁移行为影响。结果显示:Sb掺杂前后腐蚀电流密度(Icorr)随着Sb含量增加而有较显著的变化。其中当Sb含量小于1%时,随着Sb含量增加,其腐蚀电流密度(Icorr)减小。当Sb含量大于1%时,其腐蚀电流密度(Icorr)随着Sb含量的增大而增大;不论掺杂多少量,Sb掺杂后,钎料的腐蚀速率显著的增大,说明Sb掺杂后64Sn-35Bi-1Ag更易被腐蚀。电化学迁移结果显示,Sb掺杂前后,枝晶生长的速率显著不同,且枝晶成份有较大差异,掺杂后大于掺杂前,说明Sb掺杂不利于先进电子制造和封装技术。  相似文献

对用粉末冶金(烧结)法制得的多晶VO_2材料进行了X-射线结构分析和R-T曲线的实验研究.结果表明,纯的VO_2多晶材料升温时在338K发生数量级约为10~3倍的绝缘-金属转变,掺杂Cr的VO_2样品转变温度向低温方向偏移。当样品中含有5%以上的V_2O_5或样品淬油时,其R-T曲线将变得平坦.  相似文献

In order to separate ZSM-5 zeolite powders from solution easily, a series of magnetic ZSM-5 zeolites were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis with the addition of magnetic Fe3O4 panicles during the crystalline process. The products were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), infrared (IR) spectrum, energy dispersive X-ray (EDX), specific surface area, magnetic susceptibility and adsorption capability. It was found that the magnetic ZSM-5 zeolites had good magnetism and the magnetic susceptibility increased with the increasing amount of Fe3O4 panicles. Compared with the pure ZSM-5 zeolite, the adsorption capability of magnetic ZSM-5 zeolites was acceptable. When the magnetic zeolites were used to adsorb Pb^2+ from solution, the magnetic zeolite powder could be conveniently separated with magnetic separation technology.  相似文献

采用2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚丙二醇(PPG)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)等合成了阴离子水性聚氨酯乳液,然后对羟基硅油乳液共混改性,研究了共混乳液的稳定性及在织物整理剂方面的应用。结果表明,共混乳液的离心稳定性、耐碱性好;当阴离子水性聚氨酯预聚体、去离子水和羟基硅油乳液的质量比为1:3:10时,共混乳液整理的织物柔软回弹、柔软滑爽,并有较好的抗静电、抗起毛起球性能。  相似文献

以硝酸钾为中心金属离子,1,4-苯二甲酸(H2BDC)、1,3,5-苯三甲酸(H3BTC)及混合物(H2BDC+H3BTC)为有机配体,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂,采用溶剂热法合成三种K-MOF晶体。通过X射线粉末衍射(PXRD)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)及热重(TG)等方法对样品进行表征,考察不同配体对K-MOF的影响。结果表明:K+与H2BDC配位得到的长条状晶体,与H3BTC配位得到粉末状晶体,H2BDC与H3BTC同时存在时,K+优先与H3BTC配位得到粉末状晶体。K-MOF具有良好的热稳定性,在350℃内能保持结构的热稳定性。  相似文献
