以间歇碳化法制备纳米碳酸钙的工艺为基础,以压电超声波辅助合成为方法,以实现工业化生产优质的纳米碳酸钙为目的,确定了超声辐照下纳米碳酸钙的合成反应罐结构及合成装置系统的设计,并探讨了超声波辐照下工艺过程各影响因素与纳米碳酸钙粒径的关系。图示了反应体系的传热、传质效果及与粒径的关系。结果表明,影响压电超声在碳化法合成纳米碳酸钙的粒径主要因素有料浆初始温度、C a（O H ）2乳液浓度、C O 2的流量。在自制的装置中,制备出10～30nm 优质的纳米碳酸钙产品,为纳米碳酸钙粉料的生产提供了另种方法。 相似文献

研究了双峰中密度聚乙烯(BMDPE)与纳米碳酸钙不同配比复合物的流变行为与力学性能.讨论了复合物的组成、剪切应力和剪切速率以及温度对熔体粘度和膨胀比的影响,测定了不同配比熔体的非牛顿指数(n)、熔体流动速率(MFR)、粘流活化能以及习用屈服应力,断裂应力和断裂伸长率,用扫描电镜观察了纳米碳酸钙在复合材料中的分散情况.结果发现:纳米碳酸钙可以均匀地分散在BMDPE中,少量的纳米碳酸钙就可以明显提高材料的力学性能,在较高的剪切速率下还可以改善材料的加工性能. 相似文献

以自行研制的打孔碟片为填料，利用pH计及电导率仅确定氢氧化钙在旋转反应器中的碳化时间，用超滤膜分离氢氧化钙与碳酸钙；探讨了气体浓度、转速、分散剂等操作条件对碳化过程的影响，结果表明：氢氧化钙与二氧化碳反应生成纳米碳酸钙的过程中，气体浓度、转速、分散剂影响反应时间、产品粒度及粒度分布；利用旋转反应器制备出平均体积当量直径为30—40cm，粒度分布很窄的菱形纳米碳酸钙，而且在碳化过程中，碳酸钙不易在碟片填料中结垢。 相似文献

以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵（CTAB）为有机模板,加入到丙三醇和水的混合溶液中制备碳酸钙并在其母液中进一步合成羟基锡酸锌包覆碳酸钙.通过XRD,SEM,TG-DSC分别对产物的晶型、形貌、热解行为进行了分析,并研究了CTAB浓度对碳酸钙的形貌和晶体结构的影响.结果表明：碳酸钙为枝状文石型碳酸钙,羟基锡酸锌较好的包覆在枝状碳酸钙表面,当CTAB质量浓度为2.2 g/L时,枝状晶体形态最好. 相似文献

采用碳酸钙与少量氧化镁对含铬废水进行除铬处理。实验考察了碳酸钙及氧化镁的用量、搅拌时间、温度及pH值对处理结果的影响,探讨了碳酸钙处理含铬废水的机理。结果表明,在pH为2-3范围内,吸附处理剂用量:碳酸钙约9g.L-1和氧化镁约0.09g.L-1,搅拌时间30min,常温下操作,铬的去除率可达99%以上。对含铬在10mg.L-1左右的废水,一次处理即可达标排放。使用过的碳酸钙与氧化镁回收后,可再次用于处理含铬废水。 相似文献

选取HX-1500碳酸钙和PVC活性碳酸钙应用在PVC扣板生产中,考察了不同种类碳酸钙对扣板生产过程中的加工性能和制品颜色的影响,分析了碳酸钙种类对PVC扣板的横向和纵向拉伸、弯曲、冲击强度等力学性能的影响。结果表明,在相同的配方条件下,碳酸钙目数增加,熔体挤出性能变差,加工电流增大,制品略微变黄;但冲击强度有非常明显的改善。 相似文献
