目前,很多高校成立心理咨询中心,引进先进的心理测评设备,并配备专业的心理咨询师,旨在帮助大学生解决心理健康问题。但高校心理咨询师职业定位存在咨询师职位模糊、职业存在冲突、咨询工作缺乏评价机制、咨询师专业水平不高等问题,各高校必须加强管理机制,推行职称评定政策,做好咨询师的培训工作,关注心理咨询师的个人成长。旨在明确高校心理咨询师的职业定位,促进心理咨询师职业的快速发展,从而更好地服务于高校心理咨询建设。 相似文献

心理咨询师是我国中学心理教师的一个专业角色,然而在实际工作中,心理教师对心理咨询师的角色认同情况并不一致。采用质性研究方法,通过个案访谈,得出的结论是中学心理教师对心理咨询师的角色认同有三种:第一种,不认同自身是专业心理咨询师,在发生角色冲突时,将角色主要定位在心理健康教育教师上;第二种,认同学校心理咨询师的专业角色,并想着力发展这一角色;第三种,认同包括心理咨询师在内的多角色的整合,探索我国文化背景下本位化的心理健康服务模式。 相似文献
