【目的/意义】随着人工智能与教育知识服务的深入发展,教育信息化管理成为大数据时代推动教育教学管 理科学发展的基石。然而,由于大数据方法在教育信息化管理应用的发展时间较短以及教育系统的复杂性,教育数 据信息化管理在教学管理及教学服务方面发挥的作用依然存在不足。【方法/过程】本文通过阐释大数据视野下教 育信息化管理的内涵,分析了高校在该方面的现状及存在问题,基于数据驱动思想与Apriori算法构建了一个新型 的教育信息化管理系统,并提出相应的信息化建设对策。【结果/结论】结果表明,本文所构建的管理系统可以为管 理者、教师和学生等不同对象提供课程设置评价、课程群关联性分析、人才培养、就业指导、学生学习效果侧写等更 加精准全面的管理服务。【创新/局限】提出了数据驱动的教育信息化管理系统及建设对策,为大数据技术在教育信 息化、智能化、全面化、定制化管理方面的应用提供了可参考的新思路和新模式。但是由于教育信息化影响因素较 多,未对影响高校教育信息化建设因素做全面的解析。  相似文献

Clinicians, healthcare providers-suppliers, policy makers and patients are experiencing exciting opportunities in light of new information deriving from the analysis of big data sets, a capability that has emerged in the last decades. Due to the rapid increase of publications in the healthcare industry, we have conducted a structured review regarding healthcare big data analytics. With reference to the resource-based view theory we focus on how big data resources are utilised to create organization values/capabilities, and through content analysis of the selected publications we discuss: the classification of big data types related to healthcare, the associate analysis techniques, the created value for stakeholders, the platforms and tools for handling big health data and future aspects in the field. We present a number of pragmatic examples to show how the advances in healthcare were made possible. We believe that the findings of this review are stimulating and provide valuable information to practitioners, policy makers and researchers while presenting them with certain paths for future research.  相似文献

Information technology has recently seen a huge progress in innovative healthcare technologies that rendered healthcare data bigger. Connectivity on 7/24 basis between human to device and device to device have a crucial role in individuals’ lives. Therefore, Mobile Cloud System (MCC) has become an indispensable tool. Parallel with the rapid developments in the Internet of Things, convergence has become an important issue. Our proposed method, accordingly, can be converged with mobile-cloud environments with cloud computing in handling healthcare information. This study uses Virtual Dedicated Server (VDS) as 4 VCPU and 8 GB RAM and proposes a model based on the Android based mobile phones for stroke patients with cardioembolic (689) and cryptogenic (528) subtypes. The system set up through this study has two basic application elements which are mobile application and server application. Artificial Neural Network (ANN) module is beneficial for classifying the two stroke subtypes while server application is used for saving the data from the patients. Accordingly, our model guarantees availability, security, and scalability as a system for stroke patients applying Stroke dataset for ANN algorithm, Multilayer Perceptron Algorithm (MLP), which has been done for the first time in literature with big data in this scope. The main contributions are: (1) The outcomes will display an individual unique social insurance framework. (2) The outcomes will be utilized for the distinguishing proof of stroke-related data to be gathered by cell phones that are Android based. (3) Stroke patients will find out about their condition of well-being through an ANN application programming interface, which will provide a sort of organization for the patients. Overall, an efficient and user-friendly stroke determination human services framework has been presented through this Healthcare System for patients.  相似文献

[研究目的]将大数据技术引入构建服务于中小规模组织的情报系统时面临技术难度大、资源获取困难以及用户使用门槛高等困难。因此,提出一种大数据环境下基于分工协作的情报系统构建方法,该方法可以有效解决中小规模组织构建情报系统时所面临的这些问题。[研究方法]通过对基于第三方的大数据环境下情报系统构建的三层模型和基于分工协作构建大数据情报系统的典型场景的阐述,提供了一种初步的可行技术解决方案,最后对基于分工协作构建大数据环境下的情报系统所面临的管理困难进行了探讨。[研究结论]基于分工协作构建情报系统是大数据环境下情报学研究的一个重要方向,通过建立技术参考模型和典型应用场景可以为相关技术标准和实现方法的进一步确立提供参考。  相似文献

[目的/意义] 大数据下中小企业对竞争情报网络信息源的依赖性不断上升,但存在使用障碍。本研究旨在探究大数据下企业竞争情报网络信息源的使用行为,为企业竞争情报工作提供参考。[方法/过程] 基于经典信息源分类,针对现有研究不足,创新性地将大数据下竞争情报网络信息源分为社会化媒体类、互联网公开类、互联网商务类。通过问卷调查与深度访谈方法进行研究。[结果/结论] 研究发现,社会化媒体类网络信息源的重要性增强,但传统信息源的作用不容忽视,质量是影响网络信息源使用的首要因素。  相似文献

Research on the adoption of systems for big data analytics has drawn enormous attention in Information Systems research. This study extends big data analytics adoption research by examining the effects of system characteristics on the attitude of managers towards the usage of big data analytics systems. A research model has been proposed in this study based on an extensive review of literature pertaining to the Technology Acceptance Model, with further validation by a survey of 150 big data analytics users. Results of this survey confirm that characteristics of the big data analytics system have significant direct and indirect effects on belief in the benefits of big data analytics systems and perceived usefulness, attitude and adoption. Moreover, there are mediation effects that exist among the system characteristics, benefits of big data analytics systems, perceived usefulness and the attitude towards using big data analytics system. This study expands the existing body of knowledge on the adoption of big data analytics systems, and benefits big data analytics providers and vendors while helping in the formulation of their business models.  相似文献

This paper evaluates the use of sales information systems (SIS) in the UK financial services sector. The study is based on a quantitative survey of a sample of sales and marketing managers in banks, building societies and insurance companies. Seventy-two usable responses were received and our analysis reveals that the systems that have been adopted are being used to provide information for little more than mailing lists. Further, the aspirations for our respondents for further data capture and analysis are low—such that their overarching goals of improving customer retention, customer relationships, and customer acquisition are unlikely to be achieved. This mismatch between our respondent's data capture and their strategic goals is associated with the further finding that our respondents place more importance on technical barriers to implementing SIS—such as fragmented market and sales information, high cost of development and poor data quality—as compared to the lowered importance placed on organizational barriers. Importantly, the latter barriers have been recognized in the literature as the true barriers to achieving the strategic potential of marketing information. We argue that the future promise of sophisticated use of the capabilities of current SIS is thus likely to be compromised, due to the lack of awareness, amongst our respondents, of the criticality of organizational and strategic barriers.  相似文献

The increased availability of social media big data has created a unique challenge for marketing decision-makers; turning this data into useful information. One of the significant areas of opportunity in digital marketing is influencer marketing, but identifying these influencers from big data sets is a continual challenge. This research illustrates how one type of influencer, the market maven, can be identified using big data. Using a mixed-method combination of both self-report survey data and publicly accessible big data, we gathered 556,150 tweets from 370 active Twitter users. We then proposed and tested a range of social-media-based metrics to identify market mavens. Findings show that market mavens (when compared to non-mavens) have more followers, post more often, have less readable posts, use more uppercase letters, use less distinct words, and use hashtags more often. These metrics are openly available from public Twitter accounts and could integrate into a broad-scale decision support system for marketing and information systems managers. These findings have the potential to improve influencer identification effectiveness and efficiency, and thus improve influencer marketing.  相似文献

管理信息系统是以管理人员为主导,帮助企业实现信息化的重要工具和手段。然而,现有的管理信息系统的相关研究缺乏对管理人员自身需求与特质的研究。研究旨在构建符合管理人员认知需求与认知偏好的,管理人员所喜爱的管理信息系统。本文立足于传统的Web系统的相关研究,以管理人员的任务目标和自身的基础属性与特征属性为关联因素,构建了管理信息系统自适应导航模型,提出了从底层数据到静态关联信息集,最终到动态信息集的构建思路。管理信息系统自适应导航模型的构建以管理人员信息需求为中心,首先以岗位职责、信息需求、业务活动等要素为任务导向构建静态模型,其次以管理人员自身特质和偏好关联动态模型,最终构建出符合企业自身实际情况,满足管理人员信息需求和认知偏好的信息系统自适应导航模型。  相似文献

基于Web of Science(WoS)数据库,本文运用文献计量学方法和可视化工具对比分析了2009-2016年中美大数据研究论文的跨学科性发展态势,研究内容包括跨学科性(Rao-Stirling Index)测度、核心学科分布以及跨学科性与引用影响的关系,并应用VOSviewer将两国的学科分布进行了可视化呈现。结果显示,尽管中美两国论文的跨学科性都在逐年增强,研究期间美国论文的跨学科性始终高于中国。美国的大数据研究参考的学科数量更多,且学科分布更均衡,涉及的主要学科包括数学与计算机科学、生物医学与健康科学以及社会科学与人文科学;中国的大数据研究涉及学科较少,主要集中在数学和计算机科学领域。论文涉及的学科数量与被引百分位显著相关,美国论文的跨学科性与引用影响之间存在一定相关性,但中国论文的这种关系不显著。  相似文献

[目的/意义]为提高用户信息检索的精度,为用户提供更为精准化和个性化的信息服务。[方法/过程]在梳理用户画像研究成果的基础上,提出了信息后组织的服务方式,进而设计了基于用户画像的信息后组织系统,并探讨了该系统的实现方法,最后利用"豆瓣网"平台中的数据对所设计的模型进行了实例验证与分析。[结果/结论]实验结果表明,基于用户画像的信息后组织系统可提供精准度更高的信息检索结果集,可体现相似用户之间偏好的细微差别,验证了所设计系统模型的可行性与优势。[局限]实例验证中的用户样本集数量较少,也尚未对用户画像的动态修正进行验证。  相似文献

Electronic Health Record (EHR) can promote awareness or knowledge about healthcare among patients and healthcare professionals to improve collaboration between different governmental bodies, and enhance healthcare quality. The aim of the study is to identify the critical farctors affecting the physicians’ adoption of EHR in healthcare system of Bangladesh by extending the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) to include Personal Innovativeness in Information Technology and Resistance to Change. A cross-sectional survey questionnaire was used to collect data from 300 participants in different private and public hospitals in Dhaka, the capital city of Bangladesh. The study used partial least square (PLS) method, a statistical analysis technique based on the structural equation modeling (SEM), to analyze the collected data. The results of the study determined that Social Influence (β = 0.19, P < 0.05), Facilitating Conditions (β = 0.19, P < 0.05), and Personal Innovativeness in Information Technology (β = 0.19, P < 0.05) had a significant influence on physicians’ Behavioral Intention to adopt the EHR system, whereas Performance Expectancy (β = 0.08, P > 0.05), Effort Expectancy (β = -0.02, P > 0.05), and Resistance to Change (β = 0.03, P > 0.05) had no significant influence. The findings suggest that policymakers should increase the adoption of the EHR system by developing social strategies to encourage physicians to stimulate each other to use the EHR system and ensuring technical sufficiency, training to facilitate the use of the EHR system. In addition, the policymakers should identify physicians who possess a propensity to experiment with new information technologies as well as reduce existing challenges and barriers such as computers crush, poor infrastructure with erratic power supply etc. Moreover, we identify future research areas that provide scholars opportunities to push theoretical and empirical boundaries and offer further insights into the study of the EHR system.  相似文献

【目的/意义】在线健康信息平台逐渐成为人们获取健康信息的主要来源,通过对在线健康信息平台的评价,可以帮助其改进自身建设情况,更好地为用户提供健康服务。【方法/过程】本文基于信息构建理论的四个核心要素,即信息组织、信息标识、信息导航和信息检索,构建评价指标体系,并融合了用户评价法、专家评价法和客观评价法提出了具体的量化策略。然后选取28个婴幼儿健康信息平台为样本对评价指标体系进行验证。【结果/结论】评价结果发现,婴幼儿健康信息平台在信息标识方面表现较好,但是系统交互功能、网站地图建设、信息检索功能等方面存在不足。  相似文献
