当前自动驾驶汽车发展所面临伦理困境的一个核心问题是:是否应该将道德规范嵌入算法结构以及应当以何种方式嵌入。在面对未来可能的交通事故时,屏蔽信息而依靠“道德运气”进行随机选择和基于完全信息的人工智能系统自主抉择都存在严重困难,因此应当为自动驾驶汽车预设“道德算法”。而对于如何决定“道德算法”的问题,鉴于现有道德原则间的相互冲突、道德决策的复杂性以及人类道德判断的情境化特点,基于某种人类既定的道德原则或道德规范是不现实的。  相似文献

现在经常听到这样的议论:社会转型时期,旧的伦理规范已经不能适应社会发展的需要,而新的规范体系还没有建立起来,因此,就难免存在道德紊乱的现象。这种议论多了,便影响到许多对伦理问题缺乏深入思考的人们,以为今天一些不符合道德标准的行为是因为标准过时了。其实仔细推敲起来,这种说法是站不住脚的。因为自古及今,道德的一些基本原则并没有发生变化,譬如说不许无故杀人,要讲信义,不许偷盗等等,而“道德黄金律”是一条普遍的道德法则。  相似文献

本文针对汽车驾驶中存在的安全隐患的客观形势,从驾驶员在驾车过程中面临的常见安全隐患出发,通过采用大量参考文献的分析法、对比法,分析了常见的汽车安全隐患,研究了对安全隐患的防范对策,希望给汽车驾驶员的工作提供有效的参考。本文首先从驾驶员检查工作不到位、驾驶员不能保证安全车距、驾驶员驾车过程中注意力不集中三个方面入手,分析了常见的汽车安全隐患,其次,从加强对道路交通的设施建设工作、加强驾驶员的技能培训、大力开展安全驾驶宣传三个方面入手,研究了汽车驾驶安全隐患的防范对策,最后又通过结束语的形式总结了运用安全隐患的防范对策对驾驶员安全驾驶产生的重要影响。  相似文献

工程伦理的审美维度是一种特殊的伦理审美活动,它伴随着工程实践的发展而逐渐显现。随着工程伦理从角色伦理责任到面向公众的伦理责任的转变,工程伦理的审美维度也通过工程师面对道德困境时的道德情感中体现,并通过与道德感的转化和超越,以美引善,从而使工程活动更加人性化,最终实现为人类谋福祉的至善。从真善美和谐关系建立方式来讲,工程伦理审美应该是建立在以工程伦理为基点的真善美的统一。本着这一理论观点,文章从哲学高度和审美视角,探讨有关工程伦理的审美维度研究。  相似文献

The essential difficulty about Computer Ethics' (CE) philosophical status is a methodological problem: standard ethical theories cannot easily be adapted to deal with CE-problems, which appear to strain their conceptual resources, and CE requires a conceptual foundation as an ethical theory. Information Ethics (IE), the philosophical foundational counterpart of CE, can be seen as a particular case of “environmental” ethics or ethics of the infosphere. What is good for an information entity and the infosphere in general? This is the ethical question asked by IE. The answer is provided by a minimalist theory of deseerts: IE argues that there is something more elementary and fundamental than life and pain, namely being, understood as information, and entropy, and that any information entity is to be recognised as the centre of a minimal moral claim, which deserves recognition and should help to regulate the implementation of any information process involving it. IE can provide a valuable perspective from which to approach, with insight and adequate discernment, not only moral problems in CE, but also the whole range of conceptual and moral phenomena that form the ethical discourse.  相似文献

Robot ethics encompasses ethical questions about how humans should design, deploy, and treat robots; machine morality encompasses questions about what moral capacities a robot should have and how these capacities could be computationally implemented. Publications on both of these topics have doubled twice in the past 10 years but have often remained separate from one another. In an attempt to better integrate the two, I offer a framework for what a morally competent robot would look like (normally considered machine morality) and discuss a number of ethical questions about the design, use, and treatment of such moral robots in society (normally considered robot ethics). Instead of searching for a fixed set of criteria of a robot’s moral competence I identify the multiple elements that make up human moral competence and probe the possibility of designing robots that have one or more of these human elements, which include: moral vocabulary; a system of norms; moral cognition and affect; moral decision making and action; moral communication. Juxtaposing empirical research, philosophical debates, and computational challenges, this article adopts an optimistic perspective: if robotic design truly commits to building morally competent robots, then those robots could be trustworthy and productive partners, caretakers, educators, and members of the human community. Moral competence does not resolve all ethical concerns over robots in society, but it may be a prerequisite to resolve at least some of them.  相似文献

After reviewing some of the difficulties caused by spam and summarizing the arguments of its defenders, this paper will focus on its present legal status. It will then dwell on spam from a moral point of view and address some of the ethical implications associated with transmitting this unsolicited commercial e-mail. It will attempt to sort out the conflicting rights involved and develop a viable case that even if we prescind from its social costs, spam is ethically questionable under certain conditions. Moreover, given the current volume of spam and its negative impact on the Internet environment, the transmission of spam can also be characterized as an asocial act primarily because of the significant externalities which it generates. As a result, spam cannot be justified from the perspective of duty-based moral philosophies that emphasize the need to conform to the legitimate norms of the community.  相似文献

Some kinds of technological change not only trigger new ethical problems, but also give rise to questions about those very approaches to addressing ethical problems that have been relied upon in the past. Writing in the aftermath of World War II, Hans Jonas called for a new ``ethics of responsibility,'' based on the reasoning that modern technology dramatically divorces our moral condition from the assumptions under which standard ethical theories were first conceived. Can a similar claim be made about the technologies of cyberspace? Do online information technologies so alter our moral condition that standard ethical theories become ineffective in helping us address the moral problems they create? I approach this question from two angles. First, I look at the impact of online information technologies on our powers of causal efficacy. I then go on to consider their impact on self-identity. We have good reasons, I suggest, to be skeptical of any claim that there is a need for a new, cyberspace ethics to address the moral dilemmas arising from these technologies. I conclude by giving a brief sketch of why this suggestion does not imply there is nothing philosophically interesting about the ethical challenges associated with cyberspace.  相似文献

At present, the focus of marketing research is mostly on the influencing factors, composition, and measurement of brand equity. The meta-combined brand equity analysis is based on two main research perspectives: financial perspective and customer perspective. While the financial perspective is based on the incremental discounted future cash flows that would result from a branded product's revenue over the revenue of an unbranded product, the brand equity from the customer's perspective is the consumer's reaction to brand marketing behavior, the impact on brand knowledge. The decision-making of marketing behaviors often faces choices related to ethics. Therefore, once the moral value of a company through marketing behavior is recognized by consumers, the ethical behavior presented in this article through marketing behavior will make consumers feel more about the brand. How does the brand equity of your customer's products affect you? In this experiment, shopping groups with the same shopping experience were selected. During the survey process, all customers in different periods and the same time were selected as far as possible based on the practicability of the survey. The study survey covered 4 main aspects; customer satisfaction, overall overview of customer satisfaction; the advantages and disadvantages of marketing strategies through quantitative analysis and to put forward reasonable marketing strategy improvement opinions and suggestions to improve customer satisfaction. Using the technique of parameter prediction of the financial industry, the experiment proved that the non-standard promotion behavior, the integrity of the enterprise and the social responsibility are three aspects (P<0.05) that have an impact on the customer's brand equity among the corporate marketing components. It was a detailed study of the current state of brand marketing strategies and customer satisfaction, found key indicators of brands that could improve customer satisfaction, and presented corresponding suggestions for optimizing marketing strategies. It shows that. It has the importance of good guidance and references to improve customer satisfaction in the industry.  相似文献
