【目的】基于不同文献类型,对信息科学与图书馆学期刊的5年影响因子(5IF)进行矫正,以期明确基于文献类型矫正影响因子在信息科学与图书馆学期刊中的应用价值。 【方法】 以SSCI信息科学与图书馆学30种期刊为研究对象,在分析文献类型的基础上,提出5种矫正5IF,传统5IF也由计算获得;将各刊的传统5IF、矫正5IF与总被引频次、2年影响因子、特征因子、SJR值、SNIP值做Spearman相关性分析。【结果】 各矫正5IF与传统5IF在期刊评价中有较强的一致性,各矫正5IF之间也有强相关性;传统5IF和各矫正5IF与期刊其他各评价指标间均呈显著正相关,且相关系数差异很小。【结论】基于文献类型矫正影响因子的方法不建议应用于信息科学与图书馆学期刊。  相似文献

期刊累积影响因子与年度影响因子的比较研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
【目的】 探讨期刊累积影响因子(cumulative impact factor,CIF)与年度影响因子(annual impact factor,AIF)应用于期刊评价的效果。【方法】 选择符合条件的14种眼科学SCI来源期刊,分别计算各期刊不同时间窗口的CIF。以期刊问卷调查评分(SQJ)作为期刊真实影响力的近似标准,比较CIF与AIF的期刊评价效果。【结果】 AIF与SQJ呈高度正相关(r=0.811,P=0.000),CIF与SQJ的相关度除了9年累积影响因子(9CIF)和10CIF低于影响因子外,其他时间窗口的CIF与SQJ的相关度均高于AIF,4CIF、3CIF与SQJ的相关度最高(r=0.930和0.916,P=0.000)。【结论】 在期刊评价中CIF优于AIF。对眼科学期刊来讲,4CIF和3CIF是最佳的评价指标。  相似文献

【目的】 比较国内外眼科学、数学和环境科学期刊被引半衰期的差异,为期刊编辑今后制定工作策略提供参考。【方法】 选择国内外眼科学、数学和环境科学期刊各10种,收集期刊的被引半衰期以及其他期刊评价指标,比较国内外相同学科期刊被引半衰期的差异;采用Spearman 相关分析法,对国内外眼科学、数学、环境科学期刊被引半衰期与其他文献计量学指标的相关性进行分析。【结果】 我国眼科学和环境科学期刊被引半衰期均短于国外相同学科期刊,我国大多数数学期刊被引半衰期长于国外数学类期刊。我国眼科学期刊被引半衰期与引用半衰期呈正相关,环境科学期刊被引半衰期与平均引文数呈正相关;国外3个学科期刊被引半衰期均与引用半衰期呈正相关(P均小于0.05)。【结论】 我国眼科学和环境科学期刊编辑今后首要任务是提升期刊国内显示度和持久影响力,数学期刊则需提升国际显示度和影响力。  相似文献

【目的】客观评估与分析我国中英文化学科技期刊在国内国际的影响力,并据此提出中国化学科技期刊现阶段发展的建议。【方法】以中国16种SCI收录的化学期刊为样本,采用文献计量学方法分析其2011—2020年在JCR、CJCR、CSCD-JCR 3个数据库的定量指标,包括影响因子(Impact Factor,IF)、总被引频次(Total Cites,TC)、自(被)引率或他引率等。【结果】JCR收录期刊的IF、TC与自引率等数据反映出近10年来我国英文化学科技期刊国际影响力明显提升,中文科技期刊国际影响力略有提升。CJCR与CSCD-JCR收录期刊的相应指标反映出近10年来中文科技期刊在国内具有高影响力的优势在减弱,2016—2020年英文化学科技期刊国内影响力明显提升。【结论】建议重视规划中文化学科技期刊的发展、优化现有英文化学科技期刊的结构以及新创办化学二级或交叉领域英文期刊以扩大该学科期刊方阵,促进我国中英文化学科技期刊全面深入的发展以及在国内国际的影响力大幅度提升。  相似文献

【目的】 分析新兴资源引文索引(ESCI)数据库收录我国期刊的学术影响力,为我国学者研究期刊国际影响力提升策略以及制定相关政策提供参考。【方法】 检索并分析ESCI数据库收录19种我国期刊的一般情况,模拟计算各刊影响因子(IF)和即年指标,分析各刊论文在WoS数据库中的被引频次,研究各刊的国际学术影响力偏向。【结果】 19种期刊语种主要为英语,出版地为北京的期刊15种,季刊15种。论文、综述和述评为主要文献类型。17种期刊2016年IF比2015年高。即年指标上升的期刊共12种。13种期刊2015年IF排名超过该学科领域最后一名,已经超过该学科领域部分期刊。2015年发表论文总被引频次为30~100的期刊共6种,人文社科类期刊总被引频次均低于10。学术期刊国际影响力偏向比较均衡的期刊共10种,国际偏向较强的期刊共4种。【结论】 初步揭示了ESCI数据库收录我国期刊中大部分期刊学术影响力有提升趋势,部分期刊已经达到国际领先水平。希望有关部门加大对ESCI期刊的支持力度,而已被ESCI收录的期刊应制定适合提升自身学术影响力的措施,争取早日进入WoS数据库,进一步提升国际影响力。  相似文献

【目的】分析H5指数评价中国材料类SCI期刊的适用性,从而为我国材料学期刊的健康发展,尤其是更好地提高其国内外影响力提供参考。【方法】 以Web of Science(WoS)数据库和Google Scholar Metrics(GSM)数据库收录的14种中国材料类SCI期刊为样本,对H5指数评价中国材料类SCI期刊的适用性进行研究。【结果】H5指数与总被引频次、影响因子(IF)、5年影响因子(IF5)具有很强的相关性,能够从期刊的论文数和总被引频次的角度来评价论文质量与学术影响力,并且兼顾了期刊生产力和影响力。H5指数主要是对期刊的持续影响力进行评估,IF是对期刊近两年影响力进行评估。【结论】合理采用H5指数和IF两种评价体系对我国材料类SCI期刊进行综合评估才相对全面和客观。  相似文献

现行的科技期刊评价指标如影响因子、总被引频次等均属被引指标,因而可通过提高自引人为操纵,致使其作为期刊评价指标的公正性受到质疑。为寻求更为客观的期刊评价方法,本文探讨了应用作者机构分布情况评价科技期刊学术影响力的可行性。根据国内4种眼科学核心期刊论文的机构分布情况,以发文量、论文被引量和下载量为评价指标,确定各机构学术影响力分值,并以此对各机构进行排序(总体机构排序)。然后对我国2010年11种眼科学期刊各机构发文量进行统计,并与确定的各机构学术影响力排序做等级相关检验,根据各期刊作者机构排序与总体机构排序的相关度最终确定各期刊影响力排序。将此期刊排序、影响因子排序和总被引频次排序分别与问卷调查的该11种眼科学期刊排序进行相关检验,结果表明,用作者机构分布情况评价科技期刊影响力优于影响因子及总被引频次,具有较强的科学性和合理性。  相似文献

【目的】分析F1000与传统文献计量学指标(总被引频次、期刊影响因子)评价文献的相关性。【方法】 以医学信息学和糖尿病为主题,检索2010年发表文献的F1000总分以及文章发表至今的总被引频次和所在期刊的影响因子(IF),采用Spearman检验分析新的检索方式和计算方式下文章F1000总分与总被引频次、F1000总分与期刊IF的相关性。【结果】 2010年发表并被F1000推荐的医学信息学主题的文献共259篇,糖尿病主题的文献共169篇。2个主题文献的F1000总分与总被引频次、F1000总分与期刊IF均呈显著低度正相关(P<0.01)。【结论】F1000与文献计量学指标具有一定的正相关性。F1000与文献计量学指标都有自身的局限性,应将两者相结合进行多维度的评价分析。  相似文献

Aresearch group led by Prof. ZHAI Qiwei from the Institute for Nutritional Sciences under the CAS Shanghai Institutes for Biological Sciences has discovered that even relatively low doses of resveratrol--a chemical found in the skins of red grapes and in red wine--can improve the sensitivity of mice to the hormone insulin, according to a report in the October,2007 issue of Cell Metabolism. As insulin resistance is often characterized as the most critical factor contributing to the development of Type 2 diabetes, the findings“provide a potential new therapeutic approach for preventing or treating” both conditions, the researchers said.  相似文献

This study examined how students who had no prior experience with videoconferencing would react to the use of videoconferencing as an instructional medium. Students enrolled in seven different courses completed a questionnaire at the beginning of the semester and again at the end of the semester. Students at the origination and remote sites did not differ in their reactions toward videoconferencing but there was a significant difference for gender. Women reacted less favorably to videoconferencing. Compared to the beginning of the semester, students reported significantly less positive attitudes toward taking a course through videoconferencing at the end of the semester. There were no significant differences in students' attitudes toward videoconferencing across courses at the beginning of the semester but there were significant differences across the courses at the end of the semester. The results suggest the need for better preparation for both students and instructors.  相似文献

Ajoint study by Prof. ZHANG Zhibin from the CAS Institute of Zoology and his co-workers from Norway, US and Swiss have indicated that historical outbreaks of migratory locusts in China were associated with cold spells, suggesting that China's projected climate warming could decrease the pest's numbers. A computer-mediated group is a complex entity whose members exchange many types of information via multiple means of communication in pursuit of goals specific to their environment. Over time, they coordinate technical features of media with locally enacted use to achieve a viable working arrangement. To explore this complex interaction, a case study is presented of the social networks of interactions and media use among members of a class of computer-supported distance learners. Results show how group structures associated with project teams dominated who communicated with whom, about what, and via which media over the term, and how media came to occupy their own communication niches: Webboard for diffuse class-wide communication; Internet Relay Chat more to named others but still for general communication across the class; and e-mail primarily for intrateam communication. Face-to-face interaction, occurring only during a short on-campus session, appears to have had a catalytic effect on social and emotional exchanges. Results suggest the need to structure exchanges to balance class-wide sharing of ideas with subgroup interactions that facilitate project completion, and to provide media that support these two modes of interaction.  相似文献

Electronic data interchange (EDI) provides means for interorganizational communication, creates network externalities, requires an advanced information technology (IT) infrastructure, and relies on standards. In the diffusion of such innovations, institutional involvement is imperative. Such institutions contain governmental agencies, national and global standardization organizations, local government, and nonprofit private organizations like industry associations. The last type of organizations we call intermediating institutions. They intermediate or coordinate ("inscribe") the activities of a group of would-be adopters. Unfortunately, little is known of how these organizations shape the EDI diffusion trajectory. In this article we examine one specific type of intermediating organizations?industry associations?and how they advanced the EDI diffusion process in the grocery sectors of Hong Kong, Denmark and Finland. We identify six institutional measures, placed into a matrix formed by the mode of involvement (influence vs. regulation) and the type of diffusion force (supply push vs. demand pull), that can be mobilized to further the EDI diffusion. Industry associations were found to be active users of all these measures to varying degrees. Their role was critical especially in knowledge building, knowledge deployment, and standard setting. Furthermore, institutional involvement varied due to policy and cultural contingencies and power dependencies.  相似文献

This essay focuses on universal service and the Internet as means to support social and political participation. The emphasis on access to telecommunications systems in conventional approaches to universal service is contrasted with access to content. A model of the information environment is described that accounts for the roles of content and conduit, both of which are necessary conditions to achieve true access. The increasing prospects of digital piracy has prompted the perceived need by electronic publishers to adopt technical systems of protection, and governments to reform their copyright laws. This article is a preliminary study of the management of intellectual property by electronic publishers, defined as those involved in the production of online databases, and CD-ROMs. It focuses on three main issues: (1) how electronic publishers view the increasing threat of piracy; (2) the methods of protection employed to protect intellectual property in digital format; and (3) the importance of technological protection of intellectual property in electronic publications. The analysis is based on a sample of 23 UK electronic publishers. The interviews revealed an interesting assortment of protection methods and did not show that technological protection was a preferred way. Instead, the means of protection, in addition to copyright law, comprised niche markets, pricing, trust, bad publicity, and nontechnical and technical means.  相似文献
