Ferrous chelate absorption is deemed a promising method for NO removal from flue gas, but the key problem is the difficulty to regenerate the absorption solution, i.e. the complexes of FeⅡ(EDTA)NO and FeⅢ(EDTA) in the solution. Two bacterial strains isolated recently from the sludge of the denitrification step of a municipal wastewater treatment plant could be applied effectively to regenerate the absorbent were Pseudomonas sp. and klebsiella trevisan sp. Pseudomonas sp. exhibited high reduction ability on FeⅡ(EDTA)NO and the klebsiella trevisan sp. was more suitable for FeⅢ(EDTA) reduction.  相似文献

Scrubbing of NO x from the gas phase with Fe(II)EDTA has been shown to be highly effective. A new biological method can be used to convert NO to N2 and regenerate the chelating agent Fe(II)EDTA for continuous NO absorption. The core of this biological regeneration is how to effectively simultaneous reduce Fe(III)EDTA and Fe(II)EDTA-NO, two mainly products in the ferrous chelate absorption solution. The biological reduction rate of Fe(III)EDTA plays a main role for the NO x removal efficiency. In this paper, a bacterial strain identified asKlebsiella Trevisan sp. was used to demonstrate an inhibition of Fe(III)EDTA reduction in the presence of Fe(II)EDTA-NO. The competitive inhibition experiments indicted that Fe(II)EDTA-NO inhibited not only the growth rate of the iron-reduction bacterial strain but also the Fe(III)EDTA reduction rate. Cell growth rate and Fe(III)EDTA reduction rate decreased with increasing Fe(II)EDTA-NO concentration in the solution. 利用甲基纤维素(MC)水凝胶将肌红蛋白(Mb)、血红蛋白(Hb)、辣根过氧化物酶(HRP,)和过氧化氢酶(Cat)四种血红素蛋白质固定在裂解石墨电极表面,形成稳定的血红素蛋白质-MC膜修饰电极,在MC膜中,Mb、Hb、HRP和Cat直接与电极之间传递电子,四种血红素蛋白质的式电势都随溶液pH的增加而负移且呈线性关系,表明电子传递过程伴随着质子转移,这种氧化还原玻尔效应反应了蛋白质结构与功能的关系。  相似文献

Phytoremediation is emerging as a potential cost-effective solution for remediation of contaminated soils, and bioavailability of metal in the soil for plant uptake is an important factor for successful phytoremediation. This study aimed at investigating the ability of EDTA and citric acid for enhancing soil bioavailability of Cu and phytoremediation by Elsholtzia splendens in two types of soils contaminated with heavy metals [i.e. mined soil from copper mining area (MS), and paddy soil (PS) polluted by copper refining]. The results showed that addition of 2.5 mmol/kg EDTA significantly increased the H2O extractable Cu concentration from 1.20 to 15.78 mg/kg in MS and from 0.26 to 15.72 mg/kg in PS, and that shoot Cu concentration increased 4-fold and 8-fold as compared to the control. There was no significant difference between the treatment with 5.0 mmol/kg EDTA and that with 2.5 mmol/kg EDTA, probably because that 2.5 mmol/kg EDTA was enough for elevating Cu bioavailability to the maximum level. As compared with the control, citric acid had no marked effect on both soil extractable Cu and shoot Cu concentration or accumulation. The results indicated that EDTA addition can increase the potential and efficiency of Cu phytoextraction by E. splendens in polluted soils.  相似文献

研究UV254光照下,Fe(Ⅲ)-EDTA/H2O2对苯酚的催化光降解效能。首先考察反应时间、溶液初始pH值、Fe(Ⅲ)与EDTA的浓度比值对UV/Fe(Ⅲ)-EDTA催化光降解苯酚的影响,进而考察UV/Fe(Ⅲ)-EDTA/H2O2体系对苯酚的降解效能。结果表明:当溶液pH为7,Fe(Ⅲ)/EDTA浓度比值为1:1时,经过1h反应,UV/Fe(Ⅲ)-EDTA体系对苯酚的催化光降解效率达61.13%。在溶液初始pH为37时,UV/Fe(Ⅲ)-EDTA对苯酚的降解率均可达60%以上。在中性条件下,UV/Fe(Ⅲ)-EDTA体系添加H2O2后可把苯酚的降解率从61.13%提高到91.30%。反应前后溶液的紫外扫描光谱表明光降解过程中苯酚的苯环共轭结构被破坏。最后对UV/Fe(Ⅲ)-EDTA/H2O2体系催化光降解机理进行了初步探讨。  相似文献

The aim of this study is to evaluate the influence of Tooth Mousse (TM) application, smear layer removal, and storage time on resin-dentin microtensile bond strength (μTBS). Dentin specimens were divided into two groups: (1) smear layer covered; (2) smear layer removed using 15% EDTA for 90 s. In each group, half the specimens were treated once with TM for 60 min. After bonding procedures using a two-step self-etching adhesive (Clearfil SE Bond (CSE); Kuraray Medical, Tokyo, Japan), an all-in-one adhesive (G-Bond (GB); GC Corp, Tokyo, Japan), and a total-etch adhesive (Adper Single Bond 2 (SB); 3M ESPE, St. Paul, MN, USA), the specimens were stored for 3 d or 6 months in deionized water at 37 °C, and μTBS was tested and analyzed. With the exception of SB (no TM application) and GB, the μTBS was significantly increased for CSE and SB using EDTA pre-conditioning and 3 d of storage (P≤0.001). Bond strength of GB decreased significantly when using EDTA (3 d storage, P<0.05). TM application only increased the μTBS of GB (no EDTA) and SB (with EDTA) after 3 d (P≤0.02). Comparing the adhesives after 3 d of storage, CSE exhibited the greatest μTBS values followed by GB and SB (P≤0.02). The factors of adhesive, EDTA, and TM did not show any significant impact on μTBS when specimens were stored for 6 months (P>0.05). The additional application of TM and EDTA for cavity preparation seems only to have a short-term effect, and no influence on μTBS of dentin bonds after a period of 6 months.  相似文献

目的:探讨土茯苓中药复方制剂和大蒜油的排铅效果,为铅中毒的防治提供一定的理论依据。方法:以40mg/L的醋酸铅溶液,按0.01mug体重剂量连续15d灌胃造模,造模成功后将48只雄性成年小鼠随机分成4组,即土茯苓中药复方制剂组、大蒜油组、乙二胺四乙酸组和中毒不治疗组,连续15d驱铅治疗。在造模前、第16天、第31天分别测定各组小鼠的体重及抽取小鼠尾部全血并用石墨炉原子吸收法直接测定小鼠的血铅含量,对实验结果进行统计学分析。结果:①血铅含量:统计学意义驱铅治疗后,土茯苓中药复方制剂组、大蒜油组、乙二胺四乙酸组分别与中毒不治疗组的血铅含量比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01);土茯苓中药复方制剂组、大蒜油组、乙二胺四乙酸组的血铅含量两两比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。驱铅治疗后各组的血铅含量为:土茯苓中药复方制剂组〈EDTA组〈大蒜油组〈中毒不治疗组。(参体重:土茯苓中药复方制剂组、大蒜油组分别与中毒不治疗组的体重比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);土茯苓中药复方制剂组与大蒜油组的体重比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。土茯苓中药复方制剂组的体重〉大蒜油组的体重。③存活率:土茯苓中药复方制剂组、大蒜油组分别与中毒不治疗组的存活率比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);土茯苓中药复方制剂组与大蒜油组的存活率比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉O.05)。结论:土茯苓中药复方制剂、大蒜油对血铅均有促排作用;驱铅功效为:土茯苓中药复方制剂〉大蒜油。  相似文献

本文探讨了石墨炉原子吸收法测定补钙剂中痕量的铅和镉,研究了石墨炉升温程序及基体改进剂对测定的影响.测定结果表明,采用塞曼扣背景的方法,以硝酸和磷酸铵为基体改进剂,使样品基体干扰大大减少,回收率达到97%以上,可获得满意的测定结果.  相似文献

研究了新试剂2-(1,3,4-三氮唑偶氮)-5-二乙氨基苯胺(TZAN)作为络合滴定铜的指示剂的分析性能。结果表明,在pH值为4.0-7.5范围内,加入6滴指示剂TZAN,用EDTA标准溶液进行滴定,滴定终点由红色变为亮绿色,变色敏锐,准确度高,具有一定的实用价值。方法用于实际样品分析,结果满意。  相似文献

Elsholtzia argyi and Elsholtzia splendens, which are Chinese endemic Pb/Zn mined and Cu mined ecotype respectively, were investigated on the aspect of their response to Pb toxicity in the presence or absence of EDTA addition. After 8 d's Pb treatment, root length, root surface area and root volume of E. splendens decreased much more than those ofE. argyi, and reduced considerably with increase of Pb, while no marked change was noted for root average diameter. Compared to E. argyi, length of root with diameter (D)<0.2 mm was significantly reduced for E. splendens as Pb increased. D<0.1 mm E. splendens root had cross-sectional surface area at Pb≥10 mg/L, while for E. argyi, it was at Pb>25 mg/L. With increase ofPb, DW ofE. splendens decreased much more than that of E. argyi. E. argyi exhibited much more tolerance to Pb toxicity than E. splendens. Treatment with 100 mg/L Pb plus 50 mmol/L EDTA significantly decreased the length and surface area of D≤0.2 mm root, increased the length and surface area of 0.2≤D≤0.8 mm root for the case ofE. argyi, while for E. splendens, length and surface area of D<0.6 mm root reduced, as compared to 100 mg/L Pb treatment, alone. At 100 mg/L Pb, shoot Pb accumulation in E. splendens and E. argyi were 27.9 and 89.0 μg/plant DW respectively, and much more Pb was uptaken by the root and translocated to the stem ofE. argyi as compared to E. splendens. Treatment of the plant with 100 mg/L Pb plus 50 mmol/L EDTA increased leaf Pb accumulation from 16.8 to 84.9 g/plant for E. splendens and from 18.8 to 52.5 g/plant for E. argyi, while both root and stem Pb pronouncedly reduced for both Elsholtzia species. The increased translocation of Pb to the leaf ofE. splendens being than that ofE. argyi after treatment with 100 mg/L Pb plus 50 mmol/L EDTA should be further investigated.  相似文献

Cultivated barley is known to have a complex population structure and extensive linkage disequilibrium (LD). To conduct robust association mapping (AM) studies of economically important traits in US barley breeding germplasm, population structure and LD decay were examined in a complete panel of US barley breeding germplasm (3 840 lines) genotyped with 3 072 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs). Nine subpopulations (sp1‒sp9) were identified by the program STRUCTURE and subsequently confirmed by principle component analysis (PCA). Out of the nine subpopulations, seven were very similar to the respective subpopulations identified by Hamblin et al. (2010) which were based on half of the germplasm and half of the SNP markers, but two subpopulations were found to be new. One subpopulation was dominated by six-rowed spring lines from Utah State University (UT) and the other was composed of six-rowed spring lines from multiple breeding programs (USDA-ARS Aberdeen (AB), Busch Agricultural Resources Inc. (BA), UT, and Washington State University (WA)). LD was found to decay across a range from 4.0 to 19.8 cM. This result indicates that the germplasm genotyped with 3 072 SNPs would be robust for mapping and possibly identifying the causal polymorphisms contributing to disease resistance and perhaps other traits.  相似文献

从河南扶沟、江苏南京和淮阴等地的辣椒、番茄和黄瓜植物根围土壤中分离到100个细菌菌株.采用抑菌圈-定殖力双重测定法,筛选出5株终定植密度大于104cfu/g根、抑菌能力较强的细菌菌株;并对5个生物防治菌进行了生理生化测定.结果表明,5个生物防治菌分别属芽孢杆菌属、沙雷氏菌属、假单孢菌属和肠杆菌属.  相似文献
