Road transportation as an important requirement of modern society is presently faced with restrictions in mainly two respects, namely the ever tightening emission legislation as well as the availability of petroleum fuels, and as a consequence the fuel cost. But in any review of power sources for future road transport vehicles, the performance of the existing internal combustion engine is likely to be the yardstick against which other power sources will be compared. The power sources most likely to provide favourable comparison are those, which can display comparable range and speed, long and reliable life and manufactured at a cost comparable to petrol engine. A vehicle which fails in any of these requirements is unlikely to achieve anything but a niche market share. This article is an appraisal of a variety of proposed electrochemical systems, viz. rechargeable batteries, fuel cells and supercapacitors, for an electric car. It is surmised that a viable electric car could be powered with a fuel cell to provide power for cruising and climbing coupled in parallel with a supercapacitor/battery bank to deliver additional short-term burst-power during acceleration. 针对目前国内传统双发动机洗扫车在作业工况下带来的高排放、高油耗、高噪音问题,以现有的洗扫车为原型,采用增程式混合动力系统结构,实现驱动系统与上装作业系统完全解耦,对动力系统主要部件的参数进行选型。通过AVL-Cruise软件对增程式混合动力洗扫车与传统双发动机洗扫车进行参照对比,在Matlab/Simulink平台搭建功率跟随控制策略进行联合仿真。仿真结果表明:APU能在电池SOC下降到设定的最低值开启,APU在设定的SOC上限值关闭,保证车辆的续航,使电池SOC维持在一定区间内,防止电池过充过放,延长电池寿命。在能耗方面,通过与传统双发动机洗扫车对比,增程式混合动力洗扫车在市区转场工况下节油51.5%,作业工况下节油22.2%,验证了混合动力洗扫车的燃油经济性。  相似文献

讨论以发动机最佳燃油经济性或电动机最佳效率为控制目标的动力转换控制策略,以油门踏板位置及蓄电池SOC状态为输入变量,设计了混合动力汽车动力转换模糊控制器,建立了整车控制仿真模型。文中阐述了由电机切换到发动机工作时发动机的起动、调速控制,以及离合器快速平稳地结合的过程。仿真结果表明:对转换车速的门限值控制模糊化能够使转换车速更加符合驾驶员对动力性的要求。  相似文献

商用车发动机起动功率及电气产品功能的增加,带来整车耗电量急剧增大。迫使一些车辆改用双组电瓶并联或轮流供电,由于两组电瓶并联放电使用时电瓶的性能差别会造成过多的自放电损耗,直接影响到电瓶使用寿命,双组电瓶并联充电时会导致车辆充电系统过载故障甚至损坏充电电路部件。设计该电路,能够根据电瓶电量情况自动切换给双组电瓶分别充电及控制放电,使车辆充电系统及电瓶工作在最佳状态,能够长期保持两电瓶电量充足,克服目前部分车辆采用的手动切换方式,影响电瓶使用寿命的弊端。  相似文献

Aiming to reduce fuel consumption and emissions of a dual-clutch hybrid electric vehicle during cold start, multi- objective optimization for fuel consumption and HC/CO emission from a TWC (three-way catalytic converter) outlet is presented in this paper. DP (dynamic programming) considering dual-state variables is proposed based on the Belhnan optimality principle. Both the battery SOC (state of charge) and the temperature of TWC monolith are considered in the algorithm simultaneously. In this way the global optimal control strategy and the Pareto optimal solution of multi-objective function are derived. Simulation results show that the proposed method is able to promote the TWC light-off significantly by decreasing the engine's load and improving exhaust temperature from the outlet of the engine, in comparison with original DP considering the single battery SOC. Compared to the results achieved by rule-based control strategy, fuel economy and emission of TWC outlet for cold start are optimized comprehensively. Each indicator of Pareto solution set shows the significant improvement.  相似文献

For a single-motor parallel hybrid electric vehicle, during mode transitions (especially the transition from electric drive mode to engine/parallel drive mode, which requires the clutch engagement), the drivability of the vehicle will be signifi- cantly affected by a clutch torque induced disturbance, driveline oscillations and jerks which can occur without adequate controls. To improve vehicle drivability during mode transitions for a single-motor parallel hybrid electric vehicle, two controllers are proposed. The first controller is the engine-side controller for engine cranking/starting and speed synchronization. The second controller is the motor-side controller for achieving a smooth mode transition with reduced driveline oscillations and jerks under the clutch torque induced disturbance and system uncertainties. The controllers are all composed of a feed-forward control and a robust feedback control. The robust controllers are designed by using the mu synthesis method. In the design process, control- oriented system models that take account of various parameter uncertainties and un-modeled dynamics are used. The results of the simulation demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control algorithms.  相似文献

The primary focus of this study is to investigate the control strategies of a hybrid system used in hydraulic excavators. First, the structure and evaluation target of hybrid hydraulic excavators are analyzed. Then the dynamic system model including batteries, motor and engine is built as the simulation environment to obtain control results. A so-called multi-work-point dynamic control strategy, which has both closed-loop speed PI (proportion integral) control and direct torque control, is proposed and studied in the simulation model. Simulation results indicate that the hybrid system with this strategy can meet the power demand and achieve better system stability and higher fuel efficiency.  相似文献

混合动力客车的控制策略决定整车的性能。分析某混联式混合动力客车的组成结构和基于逻辑控制的控制策略,建立相应的混联式混合动力客车仿真模型及其控制器,通过AVL/CRUISE和MATLAB/Simulink联合仿真分析,获得该车在中国典型城市公交工况下的动力性和百公里油耗。仿真结果表明,各主要部件能按照控制规则实现状态的合理切换,基于逻辑控制的控制策略能满足整车性能指标要求。  相似文献

为了研究汽车能耗和汽车质量之间的关系,本文首先建立了仿真的目标,即以内燃机驱动、混合动力驱动和氢燃料驱动的车辆为研究对象,对这3种不同的研究对象又分别选取了3种类型的车辆。根据仿真目标建立了汽车仿真模型,并在MATLAB/SIMULINK环境下实现。仿真结果表明,汽车能耗随着质量减少而减少,驱动方式、车型、传动等因素对油耗也有很大的影响。  相似文献

目前较先进的电动车充电站大都采用变电流间歇充电法,该法可以实现蓄电池的快速充电,但无法避免极化现象的产生,并且只能对几种固定电压和容量的蓄电池进行充电.为此,介绍了一种新型电动车充电站智能充电器的设计.系统采用波浪式变电压变电流正负零脉冲充电法;主电路主要由半桥逆变电路、放电电路和辅助电源电路组成;控制系统采用了PIC单片机,借助SG3525和霍尔传感器来实现充电控制. 该系统不仅避免了极板极化现象的产生,而且能对不同电压和容量的电池进行充电选择,还可以显示实时电量,从而更好地保护了蓄电池,提高了电动车充电站的交互性与智能性.  相似文献

荷电状态(SOC)是电动汽车动力电池的核心性能指标。为了进一步提高锂离子电池组单体电池荷电状态预测精度,提出一种基于改进PNGV模型的电池内阻辨识与SOC预测。根据锂离子动力电池的特性分析,建立改进型PNGV模型。利用实验采集的数据和最小二乘算法实现内阻的在线识别。通过该内阻辨识算法,更加准确地反映电池的当前电压。根据预测更加准确的电压,从而提出基于数据融合PHM法预测电池的SOC,该方法基于实验数据和灰色预测模型来估算电池的荷电状态。仿真和实验结果表明,基于内阻辨识的SOC预测更准确,具有较强的工程实用性。  相似文献

基于电动汽车仿真软件ADVISOR,开发了双电机分散驱动轮式电动汽车ELVEC.ELVEC由车身、电动机、能量管理和能量存储(电池组)等模块组成.进行了ELVEC电动汽车的加速性能、爬坡能力、行驶车速和燃料经济性的分析.结果表明,该车具有良好的动力学性能和燃料经济性,适合在低速、频繁启动的市区内行驶.同时,对电动机特性和能量存储(电池组)及能量管理特性进行了仿真分析,得出ELVEC电动汽车的电动机、电池和驱动系统等均具有较高的效率,能源管理系统和模糊逻辑控制在能量的分配、管理上十分有效.  相似文献

To fully take advantage of external charging conditions and reduce fuel consumption for extended-range electric vehicles, a charging management-based intelligent control strategy is proposed. The intelligent control strategy is applied to different driving patterns based on the various characteristics of urban roads. When the vehicle is driving on arterial roads, a constant power control strategy is applied. When the driver decides to go to a charging station, the extender-off time can be determined based on the current state of the vehicle and the distance to the charging station. When the vehicle is driving on an expressway, a power follower control strategy is applied. The range-extender engine is controlled to work over a wide variety of regions to obtain optimum fuel economy. The simulation results indicate that as the vehicle arrives at the charging station, the proposed charging management-based intelligent control strategy has made the state of charge reach the lowest permissible level after the driver made the decision to charge at the charging station. Therefore, the driver can charge the vehicle with as much clean electric energy as possible from the charging station.  相似文献
