纯化伤寒杆菌HSP70,观察其对小鼠S180肿瘤细胞的抑制作用,对荷瘤小鼠连续皮下注射伤寒杆菌HSP70,每只小鼠每天注射100μ／mL,的伤寒杆菌HSP70．5mL,每天一次．9天后处死小鼠,剥离肿瘤,分别称量实验组与对照组小鼠肿瘤的重量．结果表明,伤寒杆菌HSP70能明显抑制小鼠S180肿瘤细胞在小鼠体内的生长． 相似文献

<正> 热休克蛋白(heat shock protein,HSP)是所有原核细胞和真核细胞在高温或应激情况下所产生的一组具有高度保守性的蛋白质,又称应激蛋白(stress protein).应激刺激包括环境方面的刺激(紫外线、热休克、重金属和氨基酸等)、病理方面的刺激(病毒感染、细菌感染、寄生虫感染、发热、炎症、肿瘤或自身免疫等)和生理方面的刺激(生长因子、细胞分化、激素刺激或组织发育等)均可诱导细胞内HSP合成增加.根据HSP分子量不同,HSP分为HSP90、HSP70、HSP60和小分子量HSP等四个家族,此外还有分子量100～110KD而性质不同与上述家族的大分子HSP.HSP70在正常细胞中水平较低,在应激状态下显著升高[1].HSP70不仅参与许多正常生理活动(如分子伴侣作用),而且与一些疾病密切相关(如肿瘤). 相似文献

目的:探讨热休克蛋白70(HSP70)在人乳腺癌和胃癌中的表达及其意义.方法:应用免疫组织化学的方法对64例乳腺癌和55例胃癌组织中的HSP70进行检测.结果:(1)HSP70在乳腺癌和胃癌组织中的表达分别为78.13%,61.82%.(2)乳腺癌中HSP70的表达与乳腺癌的病理类型,淋巴结转移情况及年龄未发现显著差异(P＞0.05).(3)胃癌中HSP70的表达与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移有密切关系(P＜0.05).结论: HSP70在乳腺癌和胃癌中均呈较高水平表达,其中在胃癌中的表达与肿瘤浸润深度、恶性程度有密切关系,HSP70在乳腺癌和胃癌的发生发展中起重要作用.HSP70可能成为乳腺癌,胃癌的诊断指标之一. 相似文献

目的:研究HSP27和HSP70在膀胱癌中的表达和意义.方法:应用免疫组化SP法,检测73例膀胱癌组织中的HSP27和HSP70的表达.结果:HSP27和HSP70在膀胱癌中的阳性表达率分别为45.21%(33/73)和34.25%(25/73).HSP27的表达随分级和分期呈降低趋势,但组间无明显性差异(P＞0.05);HSP70的表达与膀胱癌的分级和分期呈正相关(P＜0.05).结论:HSP27和HSP70的表达可作为判断膀胱癌恶性程度的指标,并为肿瘤化学治疗提供依据. 相似文献

目的:探讨乳腺肿瘤组织中热休克蛋白HSP70和DNA修复酶O6-甲基鸟嘌呤-DNA甲基转移酶(O6-methyguanine-DNA methytransferase,MGMT)的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学SABC法检测65例乳腺肿瘤组织中HSP70和MGMT的表达情况。结果:乳腺肿瘤中HSP70的阳性率为80.00%(52/65),MGMT的阳性率为60.00%(39/65),二者呈中度相关性(r=0.46)。其中,有淋巴结转移组的阳性率高于无转移组(P<0.05)。结论:HSP70和MGMT的表达率与淋巴结转移情况有关。检测HSP70与MGMT对乳腺肿瘤预后和化疗方案的选择有指导意义。 相似文献

目的:检测CD44v6mRNA和HSP70mRNA在胃癌组织中的表达,探讨CD44v6mRNA和HSP70mRNA在胃癌发生发展中的作用.方法:利用核酸原位杂交技术对39例胃癌组织进行检测.结果:CD44v6mRNA和HSP70mRNA在胃癌组织表达的阳性率都为61.54%(24/39),CD44v6mRNA和HSP70mRNA在高分化管状腺癌与低分化管状腺癌中的表达都有显著性差异(P＜0.05),但HSP70mRNA在胃癌组织的表达与性别、年龄、浸润深度及淋巴结有无转移都无关(P＞0.05),而CD44v6mRNA与淋巴结有无转移有关(P＜0.05).结论:CD44v6mRNA和HSP70mRNA在胃癌组织都有较高的表达,两者均可作为评估胃癌预后的指标. 相似文献

以拟南芥为材料,对热激蛋白HSP70基因片段进行了克隆研究,获得了最佳的分子克隆实验体系．首先提取拟南芥总DNA,接着在热激蛋白HSP70编码区设计引物,扩增出HSP70编码区的片断,再将HSP70编码区的片断加上具有EcoRⅠ酶切位点双链的人工接头,通过EcoRⅠ对其进行酶切．再与经过EcoRⅠ酶切并已经去磷酸化的PUC19载体通过T4连接酶进行连接,然后将连接产物置人到感受态大肠杆菌细胞中（即转化）,并让这种细胞在含有Amp＋／IPTG／X—Gal的LB培养基上生长．挑取培养基上蓝白斑中的白斑,进行质粒DNA提取,通过酶切质粒DNA,从而初步判断目的片段已被克隆． 相似文献

目的：探讨冠心病猝死心肌组织Fn、HSP70染色改变，为法医学鉴定冠心病猝死提供客观依据。方法：选择35例冠心病猝死案例、30例冠心病死亡案例以及32例非冠心病死亡案例．用免疫组化方法对比检测纤维连接蛋白（Fibronectin Fn）和热休克蛋白70（heat shock protein70 HSP70）的表达。结果：纤维连接蛋白在35例冠心病猝死案例、冠心病死亡案例以及非冠心病死亡案例中均有不同程度的阳性表达．且冠心病组的表达水平明显高于冠心病猝死组和非冠心病死亡组（P〈0．05）；冠心病猝死组的表达水平明显高于非冠心病死亡组（P〈0．05）；HSP70在冠心病猝死案例、冠心病死亡案例组呈阳性表达．冠心病组表达水平明显高于冠心病猝死组（P〈0．05）．非冠心病死亡组均呈阴性表达；Fn在冠心病猝死组中的表达与HSP70呈明显正相关（P〈0．05）。结论：纤维连接蛋白和HSP70的阳性表达是心肌缺血和损伤的灵敏指标，对推断冠心病猝死具有一定的实际应用价值。 相似文献

During interview with English majors, it was found that a majority of students expressed disappointment with their experience of English literature classes. Students' dislike of learning English literature appears to be the major problem of teaching English literature in China. Reader response approach is a good way to solve this problem. In this paper, I explain the rationale behind the reader response approach, such as its origin, definition, features, assumptions, and strategies. Then I illustrate how reader response approach works as a teaching strategy by presenting several teaching models.
