加强教师队伍建设,特别是农村教师素质的提高,是党和国家关注基础教育的首要问题.如何在中小学教师继续教育中,加大农村教师继续教育工作力度,尽快提高农村教师的整体素质,促进教育均衡发展,实现教育公平,是新时期摆在我们培训单位和培训者面前的一项重要课题.我们在实践中探索构建了以提高中小学教师,尤其是农村中小学教师整体素质为目标,以农村骨干教师培养和支教送教为重点,以县级教师学习与资源中心为支撑,以教师校本研修为主要形式,教研、科研、培训一体化的农村教师培训新格局,有效地保障了农村中小学教师培训的全面展开. 相似文献

中小学教师培训是提升教育质量、促进教育均衡发展的重要途径,具有国家战略地位.对青岛市148名小学及初中数学教师的培训状况及培训需求分析,发现后义务教育均衡时代教育及经济状况相对发达的地区:(1)城乡数学教师在培训次数、培训内容、培训需求上仍存在显著差异,农村数学教师显著低于城市数学教师;(2)数学教师对学生心理健康教育、学生认知发展特点及学习规律内容的培训内容需求强烈;(3)45岁左右的中小学数学教师参加次数少、培训需求低、参与动机弱;(4)教师培训的有效性,尤其是网络培训的有效性需要加强.数学教师培训要充分考虑教师的年龄特点和培训需求,增加农村数学教师参与高层次培训的机会,更要激发教师培训的内在动机,多种途径提高教师培训的有效性. 相似文献

教师培训是加强农村教师队伍建设的关键。调查农村教师培训意愿影响因素为提升教师培训效果提供重要参考。对四川省广元市833名农村义务教育阶段教师进行调研,采用有序多类Logistic回归模型,实证分析个体因素、培训因素和学校因素对该群体培训意愿的影响。结果发现,农村义务教育阶段教师培训意愿水平处于中等偏上,受年龄、教龄、职称、职务、工作胜任能力、培训态度、培训机会、既往培训师资符合程度、培训内容、培训师资、培训形式和学校类型的影响,建议强化教师内部参培动机、构建分层分类分岗培训体系、优化教师培训需求要素和加大农村教师培训政策倾斜,从而提升农村教师培训效果,提高农村教师培训积极性,助力乡村教育振兴。 相似文献

Deduction from this inequality reaches a generalization of n-dimensional Euler inequality indicating that thecircumradius of the simplex is not less than the n-fold inradius. Using virtual reality for interactive design gives a designer an intuitive vision of a design and allows the designer to achieve a viable, optimal solution in a timely manner. The article discusses the process of making the Virtual Reality System of the Humble Administrator＇s Garden. Translating building data to the Virtual Reality Modeling Language （VRML） is by far unsatisfactory. This creates a challenge for computer designers to do optimization to meet requirements. Five different approaches to optimize models have been presented in this paper. The other methods are to optimize VRML and to reduce the file size. This is done by keeping polygon counts to a minimum and by applying such techniques as object culling and level-ofdetail switching. 相似文献
