Information is one of the important assets in today's society. Information and communication technologies (ICT) may be particularly important for students as one of the tools shaping global citizens. The objective of this study was to investigate the use of ICT by high school students (n=122) from a developing country, like Ukraine. The Global Citizenship Survey was used and modified for the purpose of this study (Lima, 2006). Initial analyses indicated that the majority of the students use computers at school at least once per week. However, most of the students do not use the Intemet at school on a weekly basis. At the same time, the majority of students from Ukraine have computers at home and more than half of students have the Internet access at home. A chi-square analysis revealed statistically significant gender differences in the use of computers and the lnternet.  相似文献

胡锦涛的和谐世界理论是指导中国参与国际能源合作的指导思想。根据胡锦涛和谐世界的理念,笔者提出建立国际石油输入国大国联盟,变竞争为合作,变被动应对为主动出击,通过卓有成效的对外能源合作解决中国的能源安全问题。建立国际石油输入国大国联盟可以分两个步骤,首先建立区域能源联盟,在此基础上同美国、欧盟建立石油输入国大国联盟。具体可通过成立超级大型石油股份公司,由不同国家的石油公司共同投资入股,共同开发、分配、购买、运输石油,从而平抑石油价格,保障能源安全。具体制度设计包括:成立能源部,下设对外能源合作司;建立国际石油输入国大国联盟公司化运营模式;建立国际石油区域联盟制度,进而建立国际石油输入国大国联盟制度;建立能源合作的信息公开制度。通过以上制度,中国、美国、印度、日本、欧盟等形成一个巨大的战略利益集团,有利于世界经济长期平稳发展及世界和平。  相似文献

The aim of this pilot study is to analyse the discourse of fathers of toddlers concerning fatherhood and the link between some particularities in the discourse and family alliance. The sample consists of 13 Swiss first time fathers (5 fathers of girls and 8 of boys). In order to evaluate the paternal discourse, the fathers were given a semistructured interview, which was later analysed using the research package Alceste. The family alliance, i.e., the degree of coordination among the partners when executing a task together, was assessed through the Lausanne Trilogue Play (Fivaz-Depeursinge & Corboz-Warnery, 1999). The main results indicated an interesting link between classes of paternal discourse grouped around the following themes “affective relationship”, “daily routine” and “educational goals”, and the family alliance (defined in two major categories; functional and problematic alliances). Finally, clinical perspectives on links between paternal representations and family functioning at an interactive level are discussed.  相似文献

The present study investigated the relationships between supervisee and supervisor trait emotional intelligence (EI) levels and their perception of the supervisory working alliance. Data were collected from 64 supervisor-supervisee dyads among masters-level community counseling internship students and their site supervisors. Findings indicated that supervisees and supervisors with higher levels of trait EI tended to perceive the supervisory working alliance more positively. However, findings did not support the presence of an interaction effect between supervisee and supervisor trait EI on either supervisees’ or supervisors’ perceptions of the working alliance. Implications of the findings and directions for future research are discussed.  相似文献

This study tested the proposition that national similarity between counselor and client results in improved counseling outcome. Using a repeated-measures, quasi-experimental design, eight female counselors (four Turkish, four American) saw 16 volunteer, expatriate female American clients for single, individual counseling sessions. Results indicated no differences on (a) clients’ and counselors’ ratings of working alliance and of progress on goals, or (b) clients’ ratings of utilization intent as a function of counselor nationality. Irrespective of nationality, clients’ ratings of working alliance were higher than their counselors. These results echo a trend suggesting that clients’ preferences for cultural/ethnic similarity dissipate as the research methodology approximates actual counseling sessions. Additionally, local mental health service providers may be a viable resource for expatriate Americans.  相似文献

“一带一路”高校战略联盟是高等教育国际化背景下传统高校战略联盟的新发展。基于对丝绸之路大学联盟和“一带一路”职教联盟两个典型案例的深度考察发现,近年来“一带一路”高校战略联盟呈现出稳步推进、有序发展的态势,行动情境不断拓展,中国高校作为自主行动者和规则制定者的角色不断凸显,但在实践中也面临着联盟合作范围相对狭窄、联盟参与主体后劲不足、联盟发展缺乏学理支撑等困境。未来应以建构主义理论为导向,坚持优化提升治理效能的行动取向,在现有制度框架下继续强化联盟建设宏观指导,在平等互信基础上进一步增进联盟主体间共识,在价值目标共识中有效营造同舟共济的行动氛围,创新探索“一带一路”高校战略联盟发展的新路径。  相似文献

In this paper, an approach to clinical supervision, entitled the Contextual-Functional Meta-Framework (CFM), is developed and articulated, based on a consideration of current literature and the author??s extensive practice experience. First, the context for the development of the CFM, and its formative influences, are examined, followed by a review of its six main components: the administrative context in which supervision takes place; the culture infused supervisory working alliance; nine supervisory functions; the supervisor??s and supervisee??s theory of change; the service delivery system; and the phase of counsellor development. Finally, future avenues for the model??s ongoing development and evaluation are discussed. As a meta-framework for the development of one??s personal approach to supervision, rather than a model of supervision, the CFM provides a transtheoretical heuristic for clinical supervisors to develop their personal approach the supervision.  相似文献
