People have controversial ideas about the influence of our native language during the process of second language acquisition.The popular belief is that native language(NL) interferes the second language(L2) learning,which is known as negative transfer,while positive transfer is seldom mentioned,or even is neglected in the study of second language acquisition.We found that in teaching when the L2 learners experienced difficulties in understanding another language,they may resort to their NL to get help.So we can’t only think about its negative aspect.In fact that NL plays a positive role in SLA,so we should make full use of the common features to lead to the positive transfer,then to strengthen the confidence of the second language learners. 相似文献

Language transfer is one of the areas that have received special attention in the research of third language(L3).This paper focus es on the transfer of syntax from first language(L1) and second language(L2) in the early stage of third language acquisition(TLA).It aims at finding out whether L1 or L2 is the main source of transfer and trying to account for this phenomenon in light of typology and psy chotypology theories.A story telling task is used among 8 university students who have Chinese,English and French as L1,L2 and L3.The findings indicate that although both L1 Chinese and L2 English exert influence on L3 French production in the form of transfer,more L2 transfer occurs due to the typological and psychotypological similarity between L2 English and L3 French.The results confirm previous studies on the important roles of typological and psychotypological similarity in determining the source of transfer in a multilin gual’s language production.Some pedagogical implications of the findings are also discussed. 相似文献

为了提高学生的外语(或二语)水平,很多国家降低了学生学习外语的年龄。这种做法和神经科学关于双语者二语习得起始年龄的研究结果相一致。相关的研究表明,早期的二语习得者其二语大脑加工模式类似于第一语言和母语单语者,而晚二语者的二语加工有激活脑区扩大、激活水平提高的倾向。早二语者更有可能获得接近母语者的二语水平。让学习者在较小的年龄接触外语是一个有效的方法。汉语是外语教育低龄化的受益语言,覆盖低龄学习者,帮助国外解决低龄学习者汉语教学师资问题应该成为汉语国际推广的重要内容。国内的对外汉语教学界要加强针对低龄儿童的教学研究,建立低龄儿童汉语教学师资培训机制,以顺应国外外语教育的发展趋势,促进汉语国际推广。 相似文献

This paper analyzes the accuracy and appropriacy of the recorded data from a group of Chinese-speaking English learners who has finished three communicative tasks set in different contexts.It also tries to find out how the participants’ learning history and the present Chinese EFL context influence their performance.The results suggest that the participants rely on a limited set of request,apology,and refusal strategies.And it is evident that low-level learners often refer to their L1 for sentence constructions and lexical items.Although the evidence is still fragmentary,enough exists to indicate that transfer involving discourse can often occur in foreign language acquisition. 相似文献

Implications of second language reading learning are often aroused by the insights of reading experience in first language.Chi nese learners’ performance concerning English reading comprehension may influenced by Chinese language or English language.This pa per attempts to explore the influence of first language(Chinese) knowledge on second language(English) reading comprehension for Chi nese students in middle school.This investigation concerns over three aspects of L1 knowledge:genre knowledge,reading skills,and cultur al knowledge.It firstly demonstrates the research question.Then,based on schema theory,it introduces the research method and partici pants in this study.Furthermore,this paper presents the data of the investigation along with the data analysis.It finally concludes that the positive effects of L1 knowledge on L2 reading comprehension overweigh its negative effects. 相似文献

本研究在生成语法理论框架下,采用语法判断的方法,考察了母语为英语的留学生能否依据反身代词的形态句法规则指称汉语简单反身代词“自己”及复合反身代词“他自己”。研究结果显示,留学生的中介语语法没有遵循反身代词的形态句法规则,其母语（英语）对汉语反身代词的影响较大。母语促使他们成功习得构词形态上与母语反身代词相似的“他自己”,但阻碍了他们习得构词形态上与其母语反身代词相异的“自己”。文章最后还探讨了研究结果对汉语二语教学的启示。 相似文献
