目的探讨癫痫发病与弓形虫感染的关系。方法用ELISA法检测癫痫患者(患者组)28例和健康人(对照组)46例的血清弓形虫IgG、IgM抗体及循环抗原(CAg),阳性者为弓形虫感染。结果患者组弓形虫感染率为21.43%,其中1例儿童患者IgG和IgM抗体双阳性;对照组仅检出IgG抗体,感染率为26.09%,两组中CAg均未检出。两组感染率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论癫痫的发病与弓形虫感染的关系不大,但少数癫痫患者需排除弓形虫脑病。 相似文献

13C尿素呼气实验用于慢性幽门螺旋杆菌感染与脑梗死关系的研究 总被引：1，自引：0，他引：1
目的：用无创性检测慢性幽门螺旋杆菌（Helicobacter pylori，Hp）感染的方法（^13C尿素呼气实验），探讨慢性Hp感染与急性脑梗死的相关性及可能的作用机制。方法：用^13C尿素呼气实验检测82例急性脑梗死患者及78例对照患者的Hp感染情况。结果：急性脑梗死组有20例Hp阳性，Hp的感染率为23．8％；对照组有6例Hp阳性，Hp的感染率为7．7％。结论：①急性脑梗死患者的Hp感染率比对照组高（P〈O．01）；②与国内外诸多研究不同的是我们用”C尿素呼气实验检测慢性Hp感染，结果是其感染率明显低于用其它方法检测的结果（病例组与对照组均低），其原因可能是在大多数研究中，采用血清学方法检测Hp抗体Ig-G、Ig-A、Ig—M来诊断慢性Hp感染，假阳性率高；③慢性Hp感染可能通过多种机制导致急性脑梗死的发生。 相似文献

1050例非淋菌性尿道炎患者性病病原体检测及支原体药敏分析 总被引：3，自引：0，他引：3
目的：了解支原体的流行及药物敏感情况，方法：采用1050例患者的泌尿生殖道分泌物行支原体培养和药敏，沙眼衣原体采用抗原快速检测法，结果：支原体培养阳性者356例（33．9％），uu感染246例（23．4％），显著高于Mh感染30例（2．8％）和uu Mh混合感染80例（7．6％），P＜0．005。在356例支原体培养阳性患者合并CT感染者45例（12．6％），在测定10种抗生素中，对支原体敏感度较高的3种抗生素依次为交沙霉素、强力霉素、美满霉素，其敏感度分别为80．3％，70．2％，60．7％，而支原体耐药率较高的3种抗生素依次为氧氟沙星，四环素，红霉素，耐药率分别为70．2％、55％、43％，作者对上述病例不同性别，年龄的支原体感染，合并感染有对药敏效果进行了分析与讨论。 相似文献

目的：探讨荧光定量PCR检测HBV DNA与HBVm的关系。方法；采用荧光定量PCR法和酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）对159份HBVm8种不同阳性模式及67份HBVm全阴模式血清进行HBV DNA检测。结果；HBsAg、HBcAb、HBeAe阳性者HBV DNA阳性率为89．83％；HBsAg、HBcAb、HBeAb阳性者HBV DNA阳性率为28．81％；HBsAb、HBcAb、HBeAb阳性者HBV DNA阳性率为16．66％；HBVm全阴性者HBV DNA阳性率为17．91％。结论：荧光定量PCR法检测HBV DNA是乙型肝炎病毒复制最直接可信的指标．可反映HBV真实感染和复制状态．特别是低复制状态，明显优于ELISA法检测HBVm，具有重要临床意义。 相似文献

目的：评价国产新福菌素对老年非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）的疗效和不良反应。方法：选取老年NSCLC病例81例，随机分治疗组43例给予新福菌素6μg／kg（第1～4d）。卡铂（CBP）300mg／m^2（第1d），依托泊苷（VP-16）100mg（第1～4或5d）静脉滴注；对照组38例单纯使用CBP和VP—16，剂量和方法同治疗组。21～28d为一个疗程．2～3个疗程评价疗效，随访缓解期和生存期。结果：治疗组有效率为53．49％，对照组有效率为31.58％，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）；中位缓解期分别为6和4．5个月，中位生存期分别为9和7个月．一年生存率分别为39．53％（17／43）和26．32％（10／38）。结论：新福菌素联合CBP、VP—16治疗老年NSCLC有较好的临床疗效及应用价值。 相似文献

目的：了解非淋菌性尿道炎(NGU)患者的沙眼衣原体(Ct)、解脲支原体(Uu)、人型支原体(Mh)的感染情况；同时观察强力霉素治疗单独由Ct感染引起的NGU的疗效。方法：Ct采用抗原快速检测法，Uu与Mh的检查采用培养法；给Ct引起的NGU患者口服强力霉素200mg2次／日共14天进行治疗。结果：lll4例被检者，Ct抗原阳性者238例(21．36％)，Uu培养阳性者368例(33．03％)，Mh培养阳性者109例(9．78％)，其中有130例(11．67％)为混合感染；强力霉素治疗Ct引起的NGU有效率达97．25％。结论：对拟诊为NGU患者应作多种病原体的检测，阳性者及时进行规范化治疗，是防治NGU的有效措施。 相似文献

目的：对肺癌患者应用紫杉醇化疗后疗效及不良反应的观察。方法：选择152例肺癌患者，应用紫杉醇化疗，对其疗效和不良反应进行观察。结果：发生过敏反应4例（2．6％），骨髓抑制反应152例（100%），消化系统反应52例（34．2％），脱发152例（100％），神经毒性反应97例（63．8％）。心血管系统反应21例（13．8％）。结论：肺癌患者应用紫杉醇化疗时，尽早用药预防，及时进行护理干预和对症处理，能最大限度减少或减轻不良反应发生，使患者顺利完成化疗，提高5年生存率及带瘤生存质量。 相似文献

目的：测定冠心病患者肺炎衣原体（CPn）感染情况，并与健康对照组比较．探讨CPn感染和冠心病的关系。方法：采集100例冠心病（CHD）患者空腹静脉血，健康对照者60例，采用ELISA法对血浆中CPn IgG进行检测。结果：100例冠心病人血浆CPn IgG阳性51例，占51．00％；60例健康对照组血浆CPnIgG阳性20例．占33．33％。冠心病组CPn IgG阳性率高于健康对照组，经X^2检验，X^2=4．472，P=0．029，两组肺炎衣原体感染比较有统计学意义。结论：冠心病组血浆CPn IgG阳性率高于健康对照组，肺炎衣原体在冠心病的发病过程中起到一定的作用。 相似文献
