An approach was presented to intensify the mixing process. Firstly, a novel concept, the dissipation of mass transfer ability(DMA) associated with convective mass transfer, was defined via an analogy to the heat-work conversion. Accordingly, the focus on mass transfer enhancement can be shifted to seek the extremum of the DMA of the system. To this end, an optimization principle was proposed. A mathematical model was then developed to formulate the optimization into a variational problem. Subsequently, the intensification of the mixing process for a gas mixture in a micro-tube was provided to demonstrate the proposed principle. In the demonstration example, an optimized velocity field was obtained in which the mixing ability was improved, i.e., the mixing process should be intensified by adjusting the velocity field in related equipment. Therefore, a specific procedure was provided to produce a mixer with geometric irregularities associated with an ideal velocity. 相似文献

Epoxy resin laminate onto which a pair of copper foil was printed was employed as test samples.The samples were placed in an artificial atmospheric chamber, which was vacuumed by a rotary pump from 100 kPa to 5 kPa.The magnetic field was produced by permanent magnets that were assembled to make E×B drift away from, into and parallel to the sample surface, respectively.Magnetic flux density was adjusted at 120 mT, 180 mT and 240 mT respectively.By applying a negative bias voltage between the electrodes, the time to surface breakdown was recorded.Obtained results show that when E×B is into the surface, the time to the breakdown is shortened;when E×B is away from the surface, the time to the breakdown is delayed;when E×B is parallel to the surface, the time to the breakdown remains approximately the same as the case without magnetic field.With the decrease of pressure, the time to the breakdown increases and the effect of magnetic field on breakdown appears to be strengthened. 相似文献

An economic and effective method of preparing enriched 10 B boric acid was established by chemical reaction of enriched 10BF3 and CaCO3. A process of boron trifluoride reacting with water was investigated under certain conditions. Calcium carbonate was selected to counteract hydrofluoric acid followed on. Some key operation factors were investigated, such as temperature, reaction time and the ratio of CaCO3 to 10BF3. The results showed that the yield of enriched 10 B boric acid could reach 97. 2% and the purity was up to 94. 1% under the following conditions: the temperature was 50—60,℃, the reaction time was 28 h and the ratio of CaCO3 to 10BF3 was 4. In addition, after recrystallization and titration analysis, the purity of the product could reach over 99. 2% from 94.1%. 相似文献

Based on microscope and image processing, a new method of auto tool setting for micro milling was presented. Firstly, a realtime image of tool setting area was obtained by microscope and CCD camera, then image processing was carried out on this image and the gap between the tool and workpiece was calculated. The gap measurement was sent to motion controlling card to make the tool approach to the surface of workpiece. These steps were repeated until the gap is zero, which means that tool setting was finished. Moreover, a reliability verification test was conducted. Multi-dimensional nonlinear knapsack problems are often encountered in resource allocation, industrial planning and computer networks. In this paper, a surrogate dual method was proposed for solving this class of problems. Multiply constrained problem was relaxed to a singly constrained problem by using the surrogate technique. To compute tighter bounds of the primal problem, the cutting plane method was used to solve the surrogate dual problem, where the surrogate relaxation problem was solved by the 0-1 linearization method. The domain cut technique was employed to eliminate the duality gap and thus to guarantee the convergence of tile algorithm. Magnetic flux density around the weld area was used to reconstruct the current density distribution during resistance spot welding(RSW) of aluminum alloy according to inverse problem theory. A current-magnetic field model was established and the conjugate gradient method was used to solve this model. The results showed that the current density was low at the center of nugget while high on the edge of nugget. Moreover, the welding time of 30ms—60 ms is a key period for nucleation. The current density distribution can reflect whether the weld nugget is formed or splashed, therefore it has the potential to monitor the weld quality of RSW. 相似文献
