本文选取经济发展、社会和谐、环境友好三个方面26个子指标,综合利用了层次分析、构建相对偏差模糊矩阵,模糊综合评价模型构建了生态文明建设评价模型,得出经济发展对生态文明建设体系的影响程度.获取十个省26个子评价指标的相关数据,对不同省市生态文明建设程度进行评价,通过定量比较十个省份的生态文明建设综合评价指标值.同时预测经济指标增长率情况,结合实际情况为相关决策部门提供意见与建议. 相似文献

文章基于层次分析法,从经济发展、产业结构、人口、地域景观、生活方式、文明程度6个方面构建城镇化水平评价体系.利用变异系数法测算指标权重,模糊隶属度函数构造模糊矩阵,从而测算出河南省18个主要城市的城镇化水平综合测度值和城镇化水平一级指标的分项测度值.结论是:河南省城镇化水平总体来说处于较低发展阶段;经济发展水平和产业结构合理度处于较低水平;人口城镇化、地域景观和生活方式城镇化水平总体来说处于中等水平;文明程度处于较高水平. 相似文献
