研究比较不同离子注入对杉木生长差异,为离子注人技术在杉木育种上的研究提供参考依据．以能量50keV,不同剂量Fe^＋及Ti^＋注入杉木种子,观察注入后其对杉木幼苗苗高及相对电导率影响．Fe^＋及Ti^＋注入对苗高长生均呈波动上升趋势,Fe^＋D4剂量对苗高促进作用较强,Ti^＋D3剂量对苗高促进作用较好,随着幼苗的生长,苗高增幅之差表现出下降的趋势．Fe^＋及Ti^＋注入处理组的电导率均表现出先上升后下降的趋势,电导率在D3剂量时都上升达到最高点,分别上升了9．5％和4．8％;同剂量下Fe^＋的上升幅度均大于Ti^＋,对电导率的影响更娩著．Fe^＋及Ti^＋对幼苗的苗高具有促进作用,并随注入剂量升高促进作用有越强的趋势;Ti^＋注入相比Fe^＋注入,对细胞膜造成损伤程度低． 相似文献

用热重分析(TGA)研究了Co-40Cr合金及其离子注钇样品在1 000℃空气中的恒温氧化动力学规律.用扫描电镜(SEM)对不同样品表面Cr2O3氧化膜的形貌进行了观测.用声发射(AE)方法对合金表面氧化膜在恒温生长阶段和空冷阶段的开裂与剥落进行了实时监测,根据相应的氧化膜开裂模型,对声发射信号在时域和数域上的分布情况进行了分析.结果表明离子注钇降低了Co-40Cr合金的恒温氧化速率,并提高了合金表面Cr2O3氧化膜的抗开裂和抗剥落性能.离子注钇提高合金抗氧化性能的主要原因在于钇细化了合金表面Cr2O3氧化膜的晶粒,提高了氧化膜的高温塑性和蠕变能力,并且显著降低了Cr2O3/Co-40Cr界面缺陷的数量和大小. 相似文献

利用离子注入技术掺杂制作光电子器件时,需要了解离子注入材料的射程分布、射程离散和横向离散．介绍了用400keV能量的Nd离子分别垂直和倾斜60°角注入两块相同的Si晶体样品中,利用卢瑟福背散射技术研究了400keV,5×10^15ions／cm^2Nd离子注入Si晶体的横向射程离散．测出的实验值和TRIM’98得到的理论模拟值进行了比较,发现实验值跟TRIM’98模拟计算的理论值能较好地符合． 相似文献

以钛酸四丁酯为钛源,硝酸银为银源,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了掺银的纳米Ti02。用X射线衍射和透射电子显微镜对材料进行了表征,以掺银TiO2为催化剂对甲基橙进行了光催化降解实验。考查了催化剂掺银量、催化剂总用量、甲基橙溶液浓度及降解时间对甲基橙降解率的影响。结果表明,制得的样品颗粒细小均匀,3％掺银Ti02样品比表面积高达132．2m^2／g。掺银Ti02中的银钛原子摩尔比以及催化剂用量均影响光催化活性,银的掺杂量为3％时,纳米TiO2光催化活性最高,3％掺银TiO2催化剂最佳用量为0．3g/L。降解率随甲基橙初始浓度的增加而降低,随光照降解时间的增加而提高,光照20-30min之间．降解速度最快。 相似文献

研究了银离子注入医用热解碳的抗菌性,计算了不同注入剂量下样品的抗菌率,初步讨论了样品中银离子的抗菌机理。通过实验发现,该样品对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有明显的抗菌效果,且注入量接近饱和注入量时,样品具有最佳的抗菌性能。 相似文献

在钛基合金Ti-6AI-4V上分别注入3×10~(17)、6×10~(17)、9×10~(17)和2×10~(18)N~+/cm~2四种剂量的氮离了后,进行显微硬度的测定及通过划痕试验测定其耐磨性,结果表明:经离子注入后的钛合金,其显微硬度及耐磨性均有不同程度的提高,但其提高的程度与注入剂量的大小有关,其中,以6×10~(17)和9×10~(17)N~+/cm~2为佳,表明在离子注入技术用于材料改性时,注入剂量与材料表面性能的提高有着密不可分的关系。 相似文献

基于FIB直写及辐照技术加工制备了金膜的三维立体结构,并测量了薄膜结构形变量随辐照时间的变化,分析了其动态变化过程及机理。结果表明,金膜在离子束辐照下,金原子和镓离子相互作用,在金膜内部产生空位及位错,从而引起薄膜应力,经过一定的弛豫时间,应力发生释放,随后三维结构的形变量随着镓离子辐照剂量的增加缓慢变化。 相似文献

为开发高性能沥青路面热反射涂层,研究了功能填料配比对隔热性能的影响、粘结材料配比对粘结强度的影响以及功能填料掺量对隔热性能和粘结强度的影响,并在此基础上制备热反射涂层,对其耐久性能进行评价。结果表明：不同TiO2和SiO2质量比例下,随着TiO2质量的增加,热反射涂层的隔热性能升高。相同固化剂掺量下,在增韧剂掺量为20%～30%时,粘结强度最大;相同增韧剂掺量下,当固化剂掺量为30%～40%时,粘结强度最大。随着功能填料掺量的增加,热反射涂层隔热性能升高,粘结强度先缓慢降低,后加速降低。根据各组分最佳配比制备热反射涂层,涂层磨耗率随磨耗次数的增加而升高,前期升高速率快;隔热性能随磨耗率的增大而线性减小;抗滑性能随磨耗次数的增加先迅速上升后缓慢下降。 相似文献
