Experimental study on homogeneous charge compression ignition (HCCI) combustion process was carried out on a single-cylinder direct injection diesel engine fueled with dimethyl ether(DME). The influence of inert gas CO2 on the ignition and combustion process was investigated. The research results indicate that because of the high cetanc number of DME, the stable HCCI operating range is quite narrow while the engine has a high compression ratio. The HCCI operating range can be largely extended when the inert gas is inducted into the charging air. HCCI combustion of DME presents remarkable characteristic of two-stage combustion process. As the concentration of inert gas increases, the ignition timing of the first combustion stage delays,the peak heat release rate decreases, and the combustion duration extends. Inducting inert gas into charging air cannot make the combustion and heat release of DME occur at a perfect crank angle position. Therefore, to obtain HCCI operation for the fuel with high cetane number,other methods such as reducing engine compression ratio should be adopted. Emission results show that under HCCI operation, a nearly zero NOx emission can be obtained with no smoke emissions. But the HC and CO emissions are high, and beth rise with the increase of the concentration of inert gases.  相似文献

采用家用LPG;燃气炉系统进行LPG+DME混合燃料的燃烧有效热量测试。其结果表明,DME掺混比例受气候条件影响,综合技术、经济性考虑,DME掺混的适宜比例为20%;含20%DME的LPG+DiME混合燃料在环境温度为20~25℃、30~35℃的有效热值分别是纯LPG燃料的91.05%、92.12%;DME的汽化可增强c5组分的汽化。  相似文献

A Model S195 (8.8 kW) single cylinder was used in this study to determine the effect of four operational parameters, i. e. intake valve close angle, exhaust valve open angle, fuel delivery angle and fuel injection pressure on noise. Single factor and multi-factor quadratic regressive orthogonal methods were adopted in the experiments to find the relationship between the four parameters and noise. By means of optimization technique, the optimum operational parameters for two working conditions of the engine were selected and the test results showed that optimum adjustment could reduce noise by 2–4 dB. Methane (CH4) is an important greenhouse gas and a major environmental pollutant, second only to carbon dioxide (CO2) in its contribution to potential global warming. In many cases, methane emission from landfills otherwise emitted to the atmosphere can be removed and utilized, or significantly reduced in quantity by using cost-effective management methods. The gas can also be used as a residential, commercial, or industrial fuel. Therefore, emission reduction strategies have the potential to become low cost, or even profitable. The annual growth rate of Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) output in China is 6.24%, with the highest levels found in South China, Southwest China and East China. Cities and towns are developing quickly in these regions. MSW output was only 76.36 Mt in 1991 and increased to 109.82 Mt in 1997, registering an average increase of 43.8%. In China, methane emission from landfills also increased from 5.88 Mt in 1991 to 8.46 Mt in 1997; so the recovery of methane from landfills is a profitable project.  相似文献

利用泛函密度理论方法在B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p)//CCSD(T)/6-311++G(d,p)水平上对CH3+O(3P)反应进行了理论研究.在B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p)水平上优化了反应途径上反应物、中间体、过渡态和产物的几何结构.通过谐振频率和内禀反应坐标(IRC)计算,验证了反应物、中间体、过渡态和产物之间的相关性,并在CCSD(T)/6-311++G(d,p)水平上进行了单点能计算.结构表明,该反应有多个通道,产物分别是H2CO+H,HCO+H2,CO+H+H2和OH+CH2,主要反应通道为c5.这与实验观察到的结果相一致.  相似文献

利用密度泛函理论(DFT)中的B3LYP方法,在6-31+G(d,p)理论水平上对丙烯与氧原子的反应机理进行了研究.对反应物、产物、中间体及过渡态进行了优化,并通过内禀反应坐标(IRC)计算和振动分析对反应过渡态进行了确认.计算结果表明,氧原子与丙烯可以快速复合形成多种中间体,然后经历异构化、解离反应生成各种产物如CH3CH2CHO、CH3COCH3、不饱和烃以及H2O、OH、H.丙烯与氧原子反应通道主要有异构化、置氢和脱水反应3个过程.  相似文献

在Al2O3衬底上采用微波等离子体增强化学气相沉积(MPCVD)系统中沉积薄膜,反应气体为CH4、H2。从样品的Raman谱中可以分析出薄膜中含有非晶碳成分。XRD有明显的晶态Mo2C衍射峰,所制备的薄膜为非晶碳/Mo2C混合膜。在高真空室中测量了样品的场发射特性,其开启场强为0.55 V/μm,在1.8 V/μm电场下测得样品的场发射电流密度为6.8 mA/cm2。CCD图中可以看到样品有比较好的发光特性。研究了在一定反应条件下,沉积时间对样品场发射特性的影响,4 h制备的样品场发射性能最好。良好的场发射性能决定了所制备的样品是一种好的场致发射体。  相似文献

为了满足未来更为严格的含硫尾气的排放标准,燃料油的深度脱硫是当今国内外非常活跃的研究领域.由于过氧化氢氧化脱硫法具有较高的脱硫效率,同时,二次污染小,因此,有关H2O2选择性催化氧化与萃取相结合的方法成为倍受关注的方法之一.综述了国内外近几年关于H2O2氧化脱除燃料油中的含硫杂环化合物的研究进展.根据H2O2和催化反应体系的相态可分为两相催化体系和多相催化体系,详细介绍了这两种方法.最后提出目前过氧化氢氧化脱硫法存在的主要问题是过氧化氢使用效率较低和催化剂的回收及再利用.  相似文献

以无机盐SnCl2·2H2O为主体原料,以Zn(CH3COO)2·2H2O2为掺杂剂,无水乙醇为溶剂,采用溶胶-凝胶(Sol-Gel)工艺制备了ZnO-SnO2薄膜;采用DTA-TG及XRD等分析手段研究了ZnO-SnO2薄膜的热分解和晶化过程,对ZnO-SnO2薄膜的结构进行了表征。研究了ZnO-SnO2薄膜的电学、气敏性能及机理。实验证明,ZnO-SnO2薄膜在常温下对H2S气体具有很好的气敏性能。  相似文献

用阳极氧化法在Ti基片上制备出TiO2薄膜,然后通过电化学沉积法将Co-Pi和Cu2O沉积在TiO2薄膜表面.通过扫描电镜、X-射线衍射和光电化学性质测试,发现TiO2薄膜表面先沉积Co-Pi能够有效阻止Cu2O颗粒堆积,光电流显著提高.而先沉积Cu2O后沉积Co-Pi,则会使Cu2O还原为Cu,同时形貌发生改变.特别地,沉积300秒Co-Pi后再沉积Cu2O颗粒,能得到200 mA/cm2的最大光电流.  相似文献

本文在扩展的London–Eyring–Polanyi–Sato(LEPS)势能面上,运用准经典轨线法在碰撞能Ecol=12.75kcal mol下对比研究了O+CH4、O+CD4与O+CT4反应。在质心系下计算得到了广义极化微分反应截面、k-j′两矢量相关的p(θr)分布和k-k′-j′三矢量相关的p(φr)分布,结果与有关实验和理论符合得很好。同位素效应研究表明质量因子在此类反应中起着重要作用。  相似文献

用电导法测定了醋酸在不同温度时和不同浓度下在H2O和THF混合溶剂中的电导丰,应用Debye-Hucker和OsagerFalkenhangen公式计算了醋酸在混合溶剂中的活度系数。并讨论了温度和浓度对电解质活度系数的影响。结果表明。电解质溶液的活度系数随着温度的增加而增大,随着浓度的增加而减小。  相似文献
