 中国的电子商务企业在过去10余年间,通过建立自主的技术研发与市场结构,成功实现了对发达国家领先企业的快速追赶。在中国独特的技术与市场情境下它们究竟是如何实现快速追赶的?本文选取阿里巴巴集团作为研究案例,提出了二次商业模式创新与技术创新的共演模型,较好地展现了两者的共演机制与共演阶段。二次商业模式创新的演进始于后发企业对支撑技术的引进,通过“二次商业模式创新—市场结构—竞争战略—技术创新—二次商业模式创新”的循环路径形成与本地技术创新的共演机制,并经过“支撑技术引进—自主技术创新—新兴技术引领”三个共演阶段,推动本地技术的快速发展与追赶。这一共演模型从二次商业模式创新与技术创新的复合视角丰富了后发企业追赶理论,为后发企业创新实践提供了借鉴。  相似文献

In the information management literature, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) is recognized as a technology capable of providing operational and financial benefits to firms, and it is rising as the dominant IT service delivery model. Considered to be a promising solution it is garnering interest among researchers and professionals. However, SaaS can represent a vulnerability to firms due to its nature. The weighing of the pros and cons leads to firms’ uncertainty regarding SaaS adoption. Through the lenses of technology-organization-environment (TOE) framework we examine the contextual factors that influence the adoption of SaaS. Furthermore, this study explores the moderating effects of the environmental context in the adoption of SaaS and how it shapes the direct influences of technological and organizational contexts of the TOE framework. Data collected from 259 firms were used to test the proposed model. The study found the significance of the technology, organization, and environment context for SaaS adoption. Moreover, it was found the moderator influence of the environment context between the organization context and SaaS adoption. This study contributes to a deepest understanding of the determinants of SaaS adoption by providing a holistic theoretical lens, advancing newer paths of approaching the TOE framework.  相似文献

Social commerce is becoming an important hub for product sourcing, which helps companies to connect with customers and to gain competitive advantages. However, very little empirical research that focuses on small-and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) has been conducted to date. This study examines factors that affect social commerce adoption by SMEs. Using the Technology-Organisation-Environment (TOE) as the theoretical framework, the researchers tested the model and related hypotheses, employing structural equation modelling. The results from a survey of 181 SMEs in Saudi Arabia indicate that trading partner pressure in the environmental context, followed by top management support in the organisational context, and perceived usefulness in the technological context, have the most significant influence on behavioural intention to use social commerce. The research contributions and conclusion as well as limitations and future research directions are presented.  相似文献

任何一个企业都需要技术能力的提高来增加产品或工艺的先进性,同时企业也需要通过技术管理来提高技术的有效性和可竞争性。我们构建出技术战略、技术管理促进技术发展的基本模型,大致由四部分组成:技术战略、技术能力、技术管理和技术创新。本文通过对浙江省200家企业的调研,分析和验证这一模型。结果显示,技术能力和技术管理均对技术创新有重要的、积极的影响,而技术战略对技术创新竟然没有直接的影响,最后指出此结论对企业管理的借鉴意义及进一步研究的方向。  相似文献

This study predicts the impact of technological, organizational and environmental (TOE) determinants on e-maintenance technology readiness in manufacturing firms. Survey responses of 308 managers from a wide spectrum of manufacturing firms have been validated and analyzed by means of structural equation modelling. The findings indicate that dimensions of e-maintenance technology readiness in manufacturing firms are mainly influenced by technological and organizational determinants involving technological infrastructure and competence, expected benefits and challenges of e-maintenance, and firm size and ownership. Surprisingly, there is no significant effect of competitive pressures on e-maintenance readiness. This study offers managers and vendors a frame of reference to analyze firm's situation before initiating new innovations. In case of e-maintenance technology, adoption strategies should be built around fostering level of employees’ technological knowledge and skills, technology infrastructure as well as sustaining potential benefits and encountering potential challenges associated with e-maintenance technology. This paper is one of the early studies that predict dimensions of technology readiness index (TRI) through the determinants of technology–organization–environment (TOE) framework. Also, it is among the first attempts to link prominent technology adoption models to e-maintenance technology as a novel form of enterprise innovations.  相似文献

This paper examines the key drivers of mobile marketing adoption intention by South African SMEs using a multi-perspective framework that combines elements in the technological, organisational and environmental contexts of the enterprises. Data was collected from a random sample of 205 SMEs from Gauteng, South Africa. Structural equation modelling was used to analyse the data. The results identified perceived relative advantage, perceived cost, top management support, employees’ IT capability, and customer pressure as important drivers of mobile marketing adoption intention. Of these factors, top management support emerged as the strongest driver of adoption intention. The implications of these findings for mobile marketers and others interested in accelerating the adoption of mobile marketing among SMEs are highlighted.  相似文献

Big data analytics (BDA) adoption is a game-changer in the current industrial environment for precision decision-making and optimal performance. Nonetheless, the determinants or consequences of its adoption in small and medium enterprises remain unclear, hence the objective of this study. Data analysis of 171 Iranian small and medium manufacturing firms revealed that complexity, uncertainty and insecurity, trialability, observability, top management support, organizational readiness, and external support affect significantly on BDA adoption. The findings confirm the strong impact of BDA adoption in small to medium-sized enterprises, marketing and financial, performance enhancement. Understanding the drivers of BDA adoption helps managers to employ appropriate initiatives that are vital for effective implementation. The results enable BDA service providers to attract and diffuse BDA in small to medium-sized enterprises.  相似文献

local government authorities (LGAs) are organised around operational structures with business processes spanning within departments and across other government organisations. In such an organisational setting, the harmonisation of Information Technology (IT) operations, integration of cross-departmental processes and the underlying Information Systems (IS) signifies a challenge in delivering integrated services. This paper attempts to explore enterprise application integration (EAI) adoption in the UK local government authorities (LGAs). Despite the hype of EAI adoption in private domain, its application in LGAs is inadequate as there is a lack of adoption models/frameworks that can be used by the public sector. The context of the study is to consider the transformation of IT infrastructure management and operations with EAI technologies. The empirical findings, generated through a detailed case analysis, manifestly exemplify that EAI predominantly acts as a ‘back-office’ technology that facilitates operations by developing a flexible and maintainable integrated IT infrastructure. Our proposed framework is believed to be imperative and unique as it provides a more systematic way to examine the adoption of integration technologies, extends the established norms for EAI adoption by utilising a prioritisation technique to classify the importance of factors. The contribution of the research extends the literature on EAI and identifies theoretical and practical opportunities that facilitate LGAs in their decision-making process to produce more robust proposals for EAI adoption.  相似文献

探究地方政府投资对区域技术创新的影响效应,在阐述地方政府投资对区域技术创新作用机理的基础上,采用2005—2019年我国30个省份的面板数据构建固定效应模型进行有效性检验,同时构建面板门槛模型进行异质性分析。结果显示:(1)地方政府投资能够显著提升地区的技术创新水平;(2)地方政府投资对地区技术创新水平的影响存在双重门槛效应,其中,当地方政府投资作为门槛变量时,门槛值分别是0.010和0.109;当开放水平作为门槛变量时,门槛值分别是0.186和0.852。得到政策启示如下:政府应继续在基础设施领域以及创新性项目方面加大投资,但投资水平应保持在合理范围内,此外应适当引资充分发挥外资的示范效应。  相似文献

在文献阅读及前期访谈、案例研究的基础上,提出科技创新人才的创业胜任力结构及其培养机制的假设模型,通过对杭州、上海、宁波等8个全国跨境电商试点城市的183位创业的科技创新人才进行问卷调查研究来验证和修正模型。认为在跨境电子商务领域,科技创新人才的创业胜任力包含创业机会胜任力、国际文化胜任力、团队建设胜任力、商务创新胜任力、创业效能胜任力等5个维度;可从政府行政驱动、高校创业教育和产业协同培养等3个相互联系和共同作用的环节来构建创业胜任力培养机制,培养机制的各个要素对创业胜任力各维度有不同的影响。  相似文献

This paper presents a simple profitability-based decision model to show how synergistic gains generated by the joint adoption of complementary innovations may influence the firm's adoption decision. For this purpose a weighted index of intra-firm diffusion is built to investigate empirically the drivers of the intensity of joint use of a set of complementary innovations. The findings indicate that establishment size, ownership structure and product market concentration are important determinants of the intensity of use. Interestingly, the factors that affect the extent of use of technological innovations do also affect that of clusters of management practices. However, they can explain only part of the heterogeneity of the benefits from joint use.  相似文献

This paper provides an overview of the knowledge management systems (KMSs) adopted by small and medium enterprises (SMEs). KMSs are divided into two categories: knowledge management tools (KM-Tools) and knowledge management practices (KM-Practices). On the basis of the analysis of the literature, two research questions (RQs) were identified and addressed through semi-structured interviews carried out in a sample of 35 SMEs operating in high-tech industries. The first RQ concerns the degree of adoption of KMSs by SMEs. The second RQ regards the relationship between KM-Tools and KM-Practices. As far as the degree of adoption of KMSs, the paper highlights that SMEs are not a homogeneous world but there are a variety of approaches and behaviours. As far as the relationship between the degree of adoption of KM-Tools and KM-Practices, the paper identifies three groups of SMEs that seem to point out the stages of the process of adoption of KMSs: Introduction, SMEs that deal with the process of knowledge management exploiting practices and tools that are already known; Growth, SMEs that adopt specialist practices of knowledge management acquiring new organisational and managerial competence in the field of knowledge management; Maturity, SMEs that invest in new technology and that acquire new technological competence in the field of knowledge management. This categorisation paves the way for further theoretical and practical implications for both managers and policy makers.  相似文献

本文首先运用实物期权思想构建政府保障资助效率模型,分析政府保障资助效率的决定因素,讨论政府保障资助的期权价值与保障资助强度间的关系。然后建立政府和企业资助强度博弈模型,分别讨论技术创新两阶段下政府和企业的博弈行为,分析政府资助强度决策的重要考虑因素,并得出项目投资的平均利润等于边际利润是政府和企业投入的平衡点。最后从政府角度给出了关于政府资助强度的建议。  相似文献

    在国际技术掣肘加剧和国内创新人才供需失衡的现实背景下,优化创新人才培养政策成为实现经济高质量发展的基础。基于中国情境,运用文献计量分析法梳理了中国1996—2019年创新人才培养政策的现状、问题并提出政策方向。研究发现:我国创新人才培养的支持政策力度逐年加大,并经历了“统包统揽-高度集中-主导”三个阶段的政策演变,呈现出线性沉降、区域分化、融合推进、初形集成的形式特征,以及集中于创新价值链中后端、多元不饱和、统分联动却高度自由裁量、开放的形式化的内容特征,在前瞻性、协同性、引导性、规范性、功能性等方面存在不足,导致培养对象的识别不准与结构失衡、政策工具效率损失、组织保障逆向失配及考评结果二维异化等问题。对此,未来政策的优化,需转变重术轻学的观念,加大对基础研究的支持和供给型政策的供应,并辅之以规范和约束;强化知识产权保护,提供保护性或兜底性需求型政策;推动政府职能由主导向引导转变。本文补充了现有相关研究对全局定量分析、中国情境考察的不足。  相似文献

Recently, the model of adoption of technology in households (MATH) was developed and tested in the context of household personal computer (PC) adoption. In this study, we apply MATH to predict personal computer (PC) use. We conducted a nationwide survey including 370 households that owned at least one PC. Results indicate that attitudinal beliefs are extremely important in determining use of a PC in the household. In contrast to previous work examining adopters, normative and control beliefs were not significant in predicting use. Furthermore, several determinants of adoption that were important at different stages of the household life cycle were found nonsignificant in predicting use for the same stages of the household life cycle. Overall, the results demonstrate that the belief structure for household PC use is different from that of household PC adoption. Further, the results provide additional evidence regarding the importance of including household life cycle in studies of household technology adoption and use.  相似文献

Mobile payments are the future as we move towards a cashless society. In some markets, cash is already being replaced by digital transactions, but consumers of many developing countries are slower in transition towards digital payments. This study aims to identify major determinants of consumer mobile payment adoption in India the country with second largest mobile subscribers in the world. Existing mobile payments adoption studies have predominantly utilised Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), which was primarily developed in organisational context and criticised for having deterministic approach without much consideration for users’ individual characteristics. Therefore, this study adapted meta-UTAUT model with individual difference variable attitude as core construct and extended the model with consumer related constructs such as personal innovativeness, anxiety, trust, and grievance redressal. Empirical examination of the model among 491 Indian consumers revealed performance expectancy, intention to use, and grievance redressal as significant positive predictor of consumer use behaviour towards mobile payment. Moreover, intention to use was significantly influenced by attitude, social influence, and facilitating conditions. The major contribution of this study includes re-affirming the central role of attitude in consumer adoption studies and examining usage behaviour in contrast to most existing studies, which examine only behavioural intention.  相似文献

文章从TMT有限理性出发,构建TMT特征与企业技术创新关系分析模型,然后以2007、2008两年披露创新投入的350家中小企业板上市公司为样本,实证检验了TMT特征与企业技术创新的关系。研究结果表明TMT特征是影响企业技术创新的重要变量;但中小企业的研究结论与以往其他样本的研究结论有差异,表现为企业技术创新投入同TMT规模、教育水平、年龄、任期、持股显著相关,而与异质性、技术背景关系不显著;TMT特征对企业技术创新的影响受企业所有制性质和所属行业影响显著。  相似文献

Knowledge management (KM) has often been claimed to be an essential ingredient in building competitive advantage. Yet, KM adoption is relatively slow, especially in the Malaysian context. Most organizations are unsure if the promised performance improvement is just a passing fad. This study intends to provide empirical verifications to support the link between KM practices and performance outcomes for organizations. Responses from 180 knowledge-based organizations were analysed. The analysis indicated that knowledge acquisition and knowledge utilization positively influenced strategic and operational improvement in organizations, whereas the positive effect of knowledge dissemination was only evident in the case of strategic improvement. Organization size had some interesting moderating impact on the tested relationships.  相似文献
