法律翻译工作者在法律文本翻译中遇到最大的难题就是如何在目标语中找到能表达源语本意的、恰当的法律术语。在翻译的过程中,译者要遵循语义对等的原则,而不是简单地去寻找与法律术语匹配的对等词。笔者将分析在法律文本的翻译过程中,译者如何使用上下文线索、文本外语境和文本内语境、语法及语义、词义扩大及补偿翻译、借词及造词等一些策略,处理常遇到的法律含义与普通含义不同、一词多义、对等词缺位等几种翻译难题,达到法律文本翻译中法律术语的语义对等,以期为法律翻译工作者今后的翻译工作提供一定的启示。 相似文献

本文基于有声思维法分析了32名英语专业三年级学生英译汉过程中翻译单位的运用。实验证明受试运用最多的翻译单位是小旬和词,分别为45％和40％,而句子为7％,只有四名受试运用到了句以上的翻译单位且比重近乎为0。基于此研究结果,指出在教学中应引导学生在翻译时把握篇章整体性,利用整体性来指导低一级翻译单位的翻译;其次,要求学生在不同语境中识记短语含义而不是单一词的含义。 相似文献
