纯化了黑曲霉Aspergillus niger FJL0801糖化酶,并对其酶学性质进行研究.粗酶液经纯化后,较粗酶液纯化了38.42倍,酶活回收率达到17.45%.酶最适作用温度为60℃;最适反应pH值为4.5;在60℃下,保温2 h后,相对酶活42%±2.8%.在pH4.5,60℃下,作用时间在60 min以内,其酶活保存89%±2.56%;其酶学性质符合淀粉糖化工业化过程中对酶的要求,该酶比较适合应用于淀粉糖化工业. 相似文献

从土壤中分离筛选到一株降解生淀粉能力较强的菌株,通过固体发酵其生淀粉糖化酶活为2237U/g（按U/g麦麸计）,RDA值为15.25%。根据形态学特性初步鉴定该菌属于拟青霉属（Paecilomyces sp.）。其最适生长温度为30℃,最适生长起始pH5。其粗酶液24h水解生玉米淀粉的水解率为86.88%;对不同来源的生淀粉的水解能力不同,为玉米粉〉面粉〉米粉〉木薯粉〉甘薯淀粉;其最适作用pH为4,最适作用温度为70℃。 相似文献

优化纤维素降解菌株CY10产酶条件,为该菌株在纤维素的生物降解方面提供实验依据.通过单因素试验对CY10菌株产酶条件进行优化,依据纤维素酶(CMCase)和滤纸糖化酶(FPase)活力大小确定最适培养时间、初始p H、碳源、氮源、温度、接种量及装液量等.结果表明:菌株CY10产酶的最适初始p H为6.5,碳源为麦麸(2.0%),氮源为酵母粉(0.5%),在30℃培养42 h;该菌株所产CMC酶和滤纸酶的酶活性最适温度为45℃,最适p H为6.5.在此条件下,CY10菌株的CMCase和FPase活力分别达到21.26 U/m L和23.57 U/m L.为此,菌株CY10在纤维素的生物降解方面具有较好的应用前景. 相似文献

本文研究了青霉菌（Penicilliumsp．）P1固态发酵培养的产酶过程,发酵4天产木聚精酶活力最高,固体曲最适浸提比为1：7（w／v）,通过65％饱和度的硫酸按盐析,获得的木聚糖酶效果较好。40℃烘干酶粉活力为1305．6IU／g,得率为69．5％。酶反应最适pH4．6,最适温度50℃。酶与底物半纤维素作用的亲合性大小顺序为：麸皮＞稻草＞蔗粉＞玉米芯。 相似文献

本文对一株分离自黄海深海海底的产纤维素酶海洋适冷茵进行了产酶条件研究。结果显示。在接近自然海水盐度、温度20℃，自然pH条件下，茵体生长和产酶较好。所产纤维素酶为诱导酶，主要作用底物为CMC-Na和微晶纤维素。以1％球磨Avicel 1％蔗糖构成的复合碳源产酶活力最高；最适氮源为1％蛋白胨 1％酵母膏。 相似文献

以金鱼肠及肝胰脏为材料,匀浆抽提离心得粗酶液并对酶性质做初步研究．结果表明：肠淀粉酶与肝胰脏淀粉酶催化淀粉水解的最适pH值分别是6．8,6．2;最适底物浓度分别是0．02％,0．03%最适温度分别是35℃,30℃．并进一步研究一、二价金属离子和重金屑离子对该鱼淀粉酶活力的影响,结果显示。一价金属离子K^＋、Na^＋对酶活力没有影响;二价金属离子Mg^2＋、Ba^2＋对酶活力具有抑制作用,但Ca^2＋对酶活力具有促进作用l重金属离子Hg^2＋、Cd^2＋有明显的抑制作用． 相似文献

The problem on the geometrc inequalities involving an n-dimensional simplex and its inscribed simplex is studied. Aninequality is established, which reveals that the difference between the squared circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex andthe squared distance between its circumcenter and barycenter times the squared circumradius of its inscribed simplex is not lessthan the 2(n-1)th power of n times its squared inradius, and is equal to when the simplex is regular and its inscribed siplex is atangent point one. Deduction from this inequality reaches a generalization of n-dimensional Euler inequality indicating that thecircumradius of the simplex is not less than the n-fold inradius. Using virtual reality for interactive design gives a designer an intuitive vision of a design and allows the designer to achieve a viable, optimal solution in a timely manner. The article discusses the process of making the Virtual Reality System of the Humble Administrator＇s Garden. Translating building data to the Virtual Reality Modeling Language （VRML） is by far unsatisfactory. This creates a challenge for computer designers to do optimization to meet requirements. Five different approaches to optimize models have been presented in this paper. The other methods are to optimize VRML and to reduce the file size. This is done by keeping polygon counts to a minimum and by applying such techniques as object culling and level-ofdetail switching. 相似文献
