我国上市公司债务重组过程中存在企业债务重组涉及的相关会计准则的制定主体错位、在重组交易中换入资产的公允价值高估现象较为严重、财务困难界定模糊、债务重组信息披露不完整等问题.上述问题的产生归因干债务重组会计准则内客不完善、准则制定程序缺乏公开性、公司治理结构不完善等几个方面.我们应从完善<债务重组会计准则>规范中不确定性、完善法人治理结构、调整公司债务重组治理结构等方面入手,以期较好地解决上述问题. 相似文献
