超甜玉米乳熟期主营养成分动态分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的:分析不同超甜玉米乳熟期主营养成分的变化。方法:以云甜玉9号和秦隆98两个超甜玉米为材料,动态分析了乳熟期玉米籽粒水分含量、百粒重、蔗糖、果糖、维生素C、维生素E、蛋白质、淀粉等营养成分含量变化趋势。结果:在授粉后7~35 d,不同超甜玉米品种百粒重增重速率不同,呈先上升后下降的趋势,其中云甜玉9号在授粉后28d达到最大值,秦隆98在授粉后21d达到最大值。随着灌浆时间的推进,不同超甜玉米品种籽粒营养成分在授粉后14~35 d存在较大差异,超甜玉米籽粒水分和蔗糖含量逐渐下降,而淀粉和蛋白质含量不断增加,果糖、维生素C、维生素E含量均呈"抛物线"变化。结论:该研究可为超甜玉米的目标育种、遗传改良提供理论依据。  相似文献

目的:测定不同产地、不同采收期红景天总多糖含量变化,以确定其最佳采收期.方法:采用蒽酮-硫酸比色法,以葡萄糖作为对照品,在620nm波长下测定吸光度,对不同产地、不同采收期红景天多糖含量进行测定.结论:不同产地红景天的总多糖含量不同,西藏大花红景天的含量最高,然后依次是青海大花红景天,西藏圣地红景天,四川大花红景天,临江高山红景天.临江不同采收期的高山红景天的总多糖含量有差异,建议采收高山红景天的适宜时间为7-9月,尤以9月左右为宜.从回收率和精密度可看出,蒽酮-硫酸比色法是一种常用的测定方法,该方法简便、可靠、易行.  相似文献

以甜玉米种子为试验材料,研究了人工老化时间对种子活力及抗氧化指标的影响。结果表明,随着老化时间的延长,不同甜玉米种子的发芽势、发芽率都逐渐降低,在种子老化6d后,种子发芽率降低了46%~50%;而种子发芽指数、活力指数变化趋势则因品种而异;在甜玉米种子成熟老化过程中,VE含量先升高再降低,甜玉米种子中的SOD、POD、CAT酶活性均逐渐升高,并且随着老化程度的加剧,不同甜玉米种子中的SOD、CAT酶活性差异不明显,而POD酶活性则和种子发芽率呈负相关。  相似文献

试验以3个代表性的超甜玉米品种为试材,设计了7种种子处理方法,采用随机区组设计,研究在早播气温较低的条件下,种子处理对提高超甜玉米种子的田间出苗率、成苗率的影响。结果表明,在温度较低的早春播种,种子处理方法对提高甜玉米种子的田间出苗率、成苗率效果显著,最高可提高田间出苗35.2%;以噻酮、丙酮、氮酮的处理效果最好。本研究中的种子处理方法,与以往的方法比较,具有安全无毒、操作简便的优点,可以更好地指导甜玉米生产。  相似文献

以不同采收期连翘叶乙醇提取物作为保鲜剂处理肉样,通过考察经保鲜剂处理后肉样的颜色值、挥发性基氮值、p H、感官评价、菌落总数的变化,确定对冷藏猪肉保鲜作用最佳的连翘叶采收期。结果表明:对照组在6 d左右出现了腐败变质,与对照组相比,各实验组均能明显降低肉样的pH值、菌落总数和挥发性基氮值,其中8月份连翘叶提取物的保鲜作用最为明显,可相对延长肉样货架期3~4 d。  相似文献

The changes of kernel nutritive components and seed vigor in F1 seeds of sh2 sweet corn during seed development stage were investigated and the relationships between them were analyzed by time series regression (TSR) analysis. The results show that total soluble sugar and reducing sugar contents gradually declined, while starch and soluble protein contents increased throughout the seed development stages. Germination percentage, energy of germination, germination index and vigor index gradually increased along with seed development and reached the highest levels at 38 d aider pollination (DAP). The TSR showed that, during 14 to 42 DAP, total soluble sugar content was independent of the vigor parameters determined in present experiment, while the reducing sugar content had a significant effect on seed vigor. TSR equations between seed reducing sugar and seed vigor were also developed. There were negative correlations between the seed reducing sugar content and the germination percentage, energy of germination, germination index and vigor index, respectively. It is suggested that the seed germination, energy of germination, germination index and vigor index could be predicted by the content of reducing sugar in sweet corn seeds during seed development stages.  相似文献

以白骨壤果实(即榄钱果)为主要原料,加工成甜酥榄钱果和五香榄钱果.结合感观评定指标,从配料、油炸温度、油炸时间等方面进行正交试验,确定甜酥榄和五香榄钱果二种最佳工艺方案,同时进行理化指标检测.结果表明,加工后的甜酥榄和五香榄二种钱果的粗脂肪质量分数分别为0.725%和136%、可溶性总糖质量分数分别为65.27%和51.40%、过氧化值分别为0.072%和0.051%,加工后的甜酥榄钱果和五香榄钱果食品粗脂肪含量、可溶性总糖含量都增加,过氧化值均未超过标准值0.25 g/100 g.  相似文献

探讨提取青砖茶茶汤的最佳温度、时间、料水比等工业化生产技术参数。研究以青砖茶、鲜奶为材料生产甜味和成味奶茶的配方。结果表明:青砖茶料水比为1:80(g·mL^-1),温度90℃,时间110min;茶汤与奶的比例为6:4,添加4%的糖,0.5%的盐,制得的产品具有独特风味。  相似文献

Ethanol-water near-azeotropic mixture dehydration was investigated by formulated compound starchbased adsorbent(CSA), which consists of corn, sweet potato and foaming agent. The net retention time and separation factor of water over ethanol were measured by inverse gas chromatography(IGC). Results indicated that water has a longer net retention time than ethanol and that low temperature is beneficial to this dehydration process. Orthogonal test was conducted under different vapor feed flow rates, bed temperatures and bed heights, to obtain optimal fixed-bed dehydration condition. Dynamic saturated adsorbance was also studied. It was found that CSA has the same water adsorption capacity(0.15 g/g)as some commercial molecular sieves. Besides, this biosorptive dehydration process was found to be the most energy-efficient compared with other ethanol purification processes.  相似文献

本实验利用从超市购得的原味的酸牛奶作为接种菌种,与打浆、糊化、糖化后的红薯浆混合,经过发酵及后发酵,得到特有具有红薯芳香的新型酸牛奶.通过实验研究,得出红薯酸牛奶发酵的最佳工艺条件为:原料乳、蔗糖量、接种量、红薯浆量所占体积分别为50%、8%、15%、27%;发酵时间为4小时,发酵温度为40℃.  相似文献
