以70名浙江农林大学图书馆工作人员为被试,采用纽芬兰纪念大学幸福度量表(Memorial University of New found land scale of happiness,简称MUNSH)进行测试,获得有效问卷66份,经SPSS13.0统计软件进行分析,统计结果可得:本校图书馆工作人员的幸福感体验与其个人学历、年龄、月收入及其期望收入等都无显著性差异,表明以上因素对图书馆工作人员幸福感的影响不是很大。 相似文献
