以黑皮鸡枞菌深层液体发酵菌丝体生物量为指标,首先通过单因素试验确定了最佳的培养温度、摇床转速、pH值、发酵周期,然后经过响应面试验的优化,得出最佳发酵条件:培养温度为26℃,摇床转速为175 r/min,pH值为7.6,发酵周期为25 d.通过验证培养后,黑皮鸡枞菌丝体干重达6.91 mg/mL. 相似文献

研究了羊肚菌深层发酵培养基中玉米粉和黄豆粉配比和发酵条件,确定了羊肚菌深层发酵最佳配比的培养基以及最佳的发酵温度、起始pH和摇床转速.通过单因素确定培养基中玉米粉和黄豆粉的最佳配比,在单因素试验的基础上采用三因素三水平的响应面分析法确定羊肚菌液体发酵的培养条件.结果以羊肚菌菌丝体生物量和胞外多糖浓度为响应面和等高线,在分析各个因素的显著性和交互作用后,得出羊肚菌液体发酵的最佳温度25.33℃、起始pH 6.13、摇床转速154.33r/min.在最佳发酵条件下,发酵144h,羊肚菌的菌丝体生物量和胞外多糖浓度达到最高,分别为7.78g/L和130.97mg/L. 相似文献

采用液体摇床发酵和固体平板培养技术,以甘蔗渣为唯一碳源,研究灵芝、大球盖菇、金针菇、柱状田头菇四种食用真菌对甘蔗渣的利用情况.测定在四种不同甘蔗渣含量的培养基中各食用真菌所产羧甲基纤维素酶活力和菌丝干重,同时测定了四种茵在平板上的菌丝生长速度.结果表明,灵芝在35g/L液体培养基中所产羧甲基纤维素酶活力最高达831U,所生长茵丝最重达1.162g.固体培养时,金针菇在30g/L生长速度最快达15mm/d. 相似文献

金针菇菌丝在不同配比的葡萄糖,蛋白胨液体培养基中有不同的生长速率,在２４℃下以１１０￣１２０ｒ／ｍｉｎ的摇床转速进行的培养试验表明,金针菇菌丝合适的液体培养条件为：葡萄糖３％、蛋白胨０．３％,ＭｇＳＯ４ ０．０５％,ＫＨ２ＰＯ４ ０．１％,ＶＢ１ １０ｍｇ／Ｌ,ＰＨ６,培养时间７天,菌丝体最终浓度达到０．４５ｇ／１００ｍｌ（菌丝干重）。 相似文献
