The security constrained distributed optimal power flow (DOPF) of interconnected power systems is presented. The centralized OPF problem of the multi-area power systems is decomposed into independent DOPF subproblems, one for each area. The dynamic security region (DSR) to guarantee the transient stability constraints and static voltage stability region (SVSR) constraints, and line current limits are included as constraints. The solutions to the DOPF subproblems of the different areas are coordinated through a pricing mechanism until they converge to the centralized OPF solution. The nonlinear DOPF subproblem is solved by predictor-corrector interior point method (PCIPM). The IEEE three-area RTS-96 system is worked out in order to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

利用标准的0.18μm6层金属混合信号/射频CMOS工艺设计了一种工作在2.4 GHz频段的全集成E类功率放大器.电路采用两级放大器级联结构,其中驱动级利用谐振技术生成高摆幅开关信号;输出级采用E类结构实现了信号的功率放大.在1.2 V电源电压下,设计的功率放大器最高输出功率为8.8 dBm,功率附加效率(PAE)达到44%.同时,提出了一种E类功率放大器功率控制方法.通过改变进入E类开关晶体管的信号幅度和占空比,在3位数字控制字的控制下,输出功率达到-3~8.8 dBm.所设计的功率放大器可以满足诸如无线传感网络(WSN)和生物遥测等低功率系统的应用.  相似文献

In a recent theoretical paper, Cheng (1997) presented a new causal model, power PC. She argued that power PC was able to account for data in the literature that raised problems for associative models—notably, the Rescorla-Wagner model (Rescorla & Wagner, 1972). The purpose of the present paper is threefold: (1) to show that, overall, the data in the literature, which Cheng relied on to make her case, do not in fact provide support for power PC, (2) to show that, overall, the experiments reported in the literature since the publication of Cheng, designed specifically to evaluate the predictions of power PC, also do not provide support for power PC, and (3) to suggest that Cheng’s assessment of associative models was too narrowly defined.  相似文献

The pressing need to alleviate our urban airquality has provided the impetus for electric vehicles. Over the years, a great deal of research and development work has been carried out, and is still underway, on all aspects of electric vehicles especially on improving the power sources, namely the re-chargeable batteries, fuel cells and electrochemical supercapacitors. 采用三维封装结构取代传统的平面封装结构可获得高性能集成电力电子模块.在实验室完成由2只芯片尺寸封装MOSFET和驱动、保护等电路构成的三维封装半桥IPEM.从互连焊点形状的优化和封装工艺过程参数的控制出发,进行IPEM的可靠性控制.采用阻抗分析仪Agilent 4395A测量IPEM的寄生参数,建立了半桥IPEM的寄生参数模型;采用半桥IPEM构成12V/3A输出的同步整流Buck变换器,2只MOSFET的漏源极尖峰电压小,说明HB-IPEM的三维封装结构有效减小了寄生电感.运用Flotherm软件对半桥IPEM进行了热分析,给出了温度分布仿真结果.焊料凸点传热使芯片的最高结温明显降低,三维封装结构实现了良好的热设计.  相似文献
