研究了在NH3-NH4Cl(pH=9.0)缓冲介质中,铜(Ⅱ)对H2O2氧化偶氮胂Ⅰ的褪色反应具有催化作用、加入活化剂α,α′-联呲啶形成稳定的三元配合物,催化作用显著增强,据此建立了催化动力学光度法测定痕量铜(Ⅱ)的新方法。体系在500nm处,吸光度差值与铜(Ⅱ)质量浓度在0.012-0.150μg.mL-1范围内具有良好的线性关系,检测限为2.318×10-9g.mL-1,样品回收率在98.8~103.6%之间。表观速率常数k为5.22×10-3S-1,表观活化能为81.10 kJ.mol-1。该方法可用于自来水或工厂排放废水中痕量铜(Ⅱ)的测定。  相似文献

采用ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C8(4.6mmi.d.×150mm,5μm)色谱柱,乙腈流动相,流速0.70mL.min-1,检测波长406nm,建立了测定1-(对偶氮苯)-3-(5-溴-2-吡啶)-三氮烯的反相高效液相色谱法。该方法线性范围是0.5~8.0μg.mL-1,相对标准偏差为2.5%(C=5.0μg.mL-1,n=5),回收率在98.4%~101.8%之间。  相似文献

苯甲酸具有很弱的荧光,在Co2 的催化下,过氧化氢能氧化苯甲酸发出强的荧光.基于此现象,建立了测定酱油中痕量苯甲酸的催化动力学荧光新方法.该方法的灵敏度高,检出限可达8.0×10-8 g·mL-1,线性范围为2.0×10-7-8.0×10-6 g·mL-1.对8.0×10-7 g·mL-1的苯甲酸进行9次连续测定,相对标准偏差为2.4%.该方法已成功地应用于酱油中痕量苯甲酸的测定.  相似文献

基于维生素B1将Fe(Ⅲ)还原生成Fe(Ⅱ),Fe(Ⅱ)与邻菲啰啉形成桔红色络合物,建立络合反应分光光度法测定VB1的新方法.线性回归方程A=0.012 9C 0.022 7,相关系数r=0.9988,维生素B1的含量在0~60.0μg.mL-1范围内服从比尔定律,检测限为0.36μg.mL-1,回收率在94.5%~99.5%之间.用该法对VB1片剂和针剂进行测定,并与药典标准方法测得值比较,结果满意.  相似文献

在碱性介质中,水胺硫磷对鲁米诺-H2O2体系的化学发光有增敏作用,据此建立了测定水胺硫磷的流动注射化学发光(FIA-CL)法.最佳条件为:70 r·min-1副泵转速;pH 10.4 NaH2PO4-NaOH缓冲溶液;9.0 × 10-3 mol·L-1 H2O2;7.5×10-6 mol·L-1鲁米诺.水胺硫磷浓度在2.5 ×10-7~1.0×10-5 g·mL-1范围内与体系化学发光增强值呈良好的线性关系,检出限为1.0×10-8 g· mL-1.加标测定大米样品中残留的水胺硫磷,回收率为94.5~98.0%,相对标准偏差RSD为1.9%~3.2%.  相似文献

本文应用Fe(Ⅲ)在硫酸介质中催化过氧化氢氧化甲基红褪色的反应,测定了人发中痕量Fe(Ⅲ)的含量。Fe(Ⅲ)含量在0.1~0.5μg/25ml范围内符合Beer定律。RSD为3.37%,检测限3.23×10~(-10)g/ml,平均回收率为95.0~(-10)5.8%。  相似文献

研究了Ga(Ⅲ)-n-propanol(丙醇)-(NH4)2SO4-Zincon(锌试剂)体系的萃取光度法并应用于测定镓.在pH为4.50~5.75的NaAc-Hac缓冲溶液中,金属配合物Ga(Ⅲ)-Zincon可被丙醇液相富集,其最大吸收位于640nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.39×10-4L·mol-1·cm-1,Ga(Ⅲ)的浓度在0~15μg/10ml范围内服从比尔定律.方法检出限为0.029μg·mL-1.Ga(Ⅲ)与锌试剂组成比为1:3.该法用于纯铝中Ga的测定,获得满意的结果.  相似文献

提出了浊点萃取分光光度法测定痕量镉的新方法,该方法以非离子表面活性剂TritonX-114为萃取剂,以2-(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基苯酚(5-Br-PADAP)为显色剂对环境水样中痕量镉(Ⅱ)进行了测定。在pH=9.50的NH3-NH4Cl缓冲溶液中,在TritonX-114存在的条件下,镉与5-Br-PADAP形成红色络合物,其最大吸收波长为λ=560nm,摩尔吸光系数为ε560=6.186×105 L.mol-1.cm-1,检测限为0.0271μg.mL-1,镉含量在0~0.45μg.mL-1范围内服从比尔定律。该法用于环境水样中痕量镉的测定,结果较好。  相似文献
