This paper studies the adaptive fuzzy fault-tolerant control design problem for a class of stochastic multi-input and multi-output (MIMO) nonlinear systems in pure-feedback form. The nonlinear systems under study contain unknown functions, unmeasured states and actuator faults, which are described by the loss of effectiveness and lock-in-place modes. With the help of fuzzy logic systems identifying uncertain stochastic nonlinear systems, a fuzzy state observer is established for estimating the unmeasured states. Based on the backstepping design technique with the nonlinear tolerant-fault control theory, an adaptive fuzzy output feedback faults-tolerant control approach is developed. It is proved that the proposed fault-tolerant control approach can guarantee that all the signals of the resulting closed-loop system are bounded in probability. Moreover, the observer errors and tracking errors can be regulated to a small neighborhood of the origin by choosing design parameters appropriately. A simulation example is provided to show the effectiveness of the proposed approach.  相似文献

In this paper, a command filter-based adaptive fuzzy controller is constructed for a class of nonlinear systems with uncertain disturbance. By using the error compensation signals and fuzzy logic system, a command filter-based control strategy is presented to make that the tracking error converge to an any small neighborhood of zero and all closed-loop signals are bounded. In the design procedure, fuzzy logic system is employed to estimate unknown package nonlinear functions, which avoids excessive and burdensome computations. The control scheme not only resolves the explosion of complexity problem but also eliminates the filtering error in finite-time. An example has evaluated the validity of the control method.  相似文献

This paper investigates the problem of asymptotic tracking control of nonlinear robotic systems with prescribed performance. The control strategy is developed based on a modified prescribed performance function (PPF) to guarantee the transient behavior, while the requirements on the accurate initial tracking error in the classical PPF can be remedied. The fuzzy logic system (FLS) is used to approximate the unknown dynamics. In the existing PPF based adaptive control schemes with FLSs, the tracking error does not achieve asymptotic convergence. To address this issue, a robust integral of the sign of the error (RISE) term is incorporated into the control design to reject the FLS approximation errors and external disturbances, such that the asymptotic convergence is achieved. Finally, numerical simulation and experimental results validate the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.  相似文献

This paper concentrates on proposing a novel finite-time tracking control algorithm for a kind of nonlinear systems with input quantization and unknown control directions. The nonlinear functions in the system are approximated by the means of strong approximation capability of the fuzzy logic systems. Firstly, the nonlinear system with unknown control directions is transformed into an equivalent system with known control gains by coordinate transformation. Secondly, the unknown system states are estimated by a designed fuzzy state observer, and the disturbance observer is constructed to track the external disturbances. The command filtering method is proposed to approach the problem of “explosion of complexity” existed in the conventional backstepping design process. In this system, the difficulties caused by unknown control directions are solved via the Nussbaum gain approach. Finally, based on the fuzzy state observer, the controller of the original system is obtained via using the transformed system by the backstepping method. The boundedness of all signals and the convergence of tracking and observer errors at the origin are ensured for the closed-loop system, and demonstrated by the simulation result in this paper.  相似文献

This paper focuses on the distributed fuzzy learning sliding mode cooperative control issue for non-affine nonlinear multi-missile guidance systems. The dynamics of each follower is non-affine form with unknown lumped factor. To estimate the unknown lumped factor, a generalized fuzzy hyperbolic model (GFHM) based prescribed performance observer (PPO) is proposed. Different from the traditional disturbance observers, a residual set of error transient behavior is incorporated additionally so that the peak phenomenon can be avoided. Meanwhile, an auxiliary system is employed to convert the system of each follower to augmented affine form. Then, a distributed fuzzy learning sliding mode cooperative control approach is designed which consists of two parts. The adaptive sliding mode control (SMC) part is designed to force the states to move along the predefined integral sliding surface. For the equivalent sliding dynamics, the distributed optimal control part with GFHM is developed to minimize the cooperative performance function. Thus, the stability and the optimality of the closed-loop system are guaranteed synchronously. Finally, all signals of closed-loop system are rigorously proved bounded and the multi-missile cooperative guidance scenario is applied to verify the effectiveness of proposed method.  相似文献

In this paper, an adaptive fuzzy fixed time control scheme is developed for stochastic pure-feedback nonlinear systems with full state constraints. The mean value theorem is exploited to deal with the problem of nonaffine appearance in the systems and transform the structure of pure-feedback to the structure of strict-feedback. The barrier Lyapunov functions are constructed to guarantee that all states in the systems maintain within the prescribed constraints and the fuzzy logic systems are employed to approximate unknown nonlinear functions at each step. Then, an adaptive fuzzy fixed time controller is constructed by utilizing backstepping technique, which guarantees that all the signals in the considered systems are semiglobally uniform ultimately bounded in a fixed time. Finally, the validity of the proposed fixed time control scheme is verified via a simulation example.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with event-triggered adaptive fuzzy tracking control for high-order stochastic nonlinear systems. The approach of fuzzy logic systems (FLSs) approximation is extended to high-order stochastic nonlinear systems to deal with the unknown nonlinear uncertainties. A novel high-order adaptive fuzzy tracking controller is firstly presented via a backstepping approach and event-triggering mechanism which can mitigate the unnecessary waste of computation and communication resources. Based on the above techniques, frequently-used growth assumptions imposed on unknown system nonlinearities are removed and the influence for the high order is handled. The proposed high-order adaptive fuzzy tracking control method not only deals with the influence of high order, but also ensures that the tracking error converges to a small neighborhood of the origin in probability. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed control method is illustrated by a numerical example.  相似文献

In this paper, an adaptive fuzzy decentralized control method is proposed for accommodating actuator faults for a class of uncertain nonlinear large-scale systems. The considered faults are modeled as both loss of effectiveness and lock-in-place. With the help of fuzzy logic systems to approximate the unknown nonlinear functions, the novel adaptive fuzzy faults-tolerant decentralized controllers are constructed by combining the backstepping technique and the dynamic surface control (DSC) approach. It is proved that the proposed control approach can guarantee that all the signals of the resulting closed-loop systems are bounded and the tracking errors converge to a small neighborhood of zero. Simulation results are provided to show the effectiveness of the control approach.  相似文献

This paper develops a novel adaptive state tracking control scheme based on Takagi–Sugeno (T–S) fuzzy models with unknown parameters. The proposed method can deal with T–S models in a non-canonical form and allows the number of inputs to be less than state variables, which is more practical and has wider applications. The needed matching conditions for state tracking are relaxed by using a T–S fuzzy reference model to generate desired state reference signals. A new fuzzy estimator model is constructed whose states are compared with those of the T–S fuzzy model to generate the estimator state error which is used for the parameter adaptive law. Based on the Lyapunov stability theory, it has been proven that all the signals in the closed-loop system are bounded and the asymptotic state tracking can be achieved. The effectiveness of the proposed scheme is demonstrated through a magnetic suspension system and a transport airplane model.  相似文献

This paper considers the distributed adaptive fault-tolerant control problem for linear multi-agent systems with matched unknown nonlinear functions and actuator bias faults. By using fuzzy logic systems to approximate the unknown nonlinear function and constructing a local observer to estimate the states, an effective distributed adaptive fault-tolerant controller is developed. Furthermore, different from the traditional method to estimate the weight matrix, only the weight vector needs to be estimated by exchanging the order of weight vectors and fuzzy basis functions in the fuzzy logic systems. In contrast to the existing results, the assumption that the dimensions of input vector and output vector are equal is removed. In addition, it is proved that the proposed control protocol guarantees all signals in the closed-loop systems are bounded and all agents converge to the leader with bounded residual errors. Finally, simulation examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

The existing studies on prescribed-time control cannot directly deal with nonlinear functions which don’t satisfy Lipschitz growth conditions. No results are available for prescribed-time containment control of pure-feedback UNMASs with prescribed performance. Therefore, completely unknown nonlinear function, prescribed-time tracking of system states and prescribed performance of containment errors are simultaneously considered in this paper. Fuzzy logic systems are utilized to approximate completely unknown nonlinear function. Prescribed-performance function is introduced and further incorporated into a novel speed function. Combining the proposed speed function and barrier Lyapunov function, this article presents a novel adaptive fuzzy prescribed-time containment control method which can guarantee, under prescribed performance, all followers converge to a convex formed by dynamic leaders in a prescribed time. Moreover, all tracking errors converge to predefined regions in a prescribed time. The effectiveness of the proposed prescribed-time containment control method are confirmed by strict proof and simulation.  相似文献

A discrete-time adaptive fuzzy control method is introduced to achieve the speed regulation for induction motors (IMs) with input saturation via command filtering in this paper. First, the continuous model of IMs drive system is transformed into discrete-time form by using Euler formula. Then, the fuzzy logic systems are used to approximate the unknown nonlinear functions in the discrete-time drive system. In addition, the command filtering control method is introduced to overcome the “explosion of complexity” problem in the design process of traditional backstepping method. It is verified that all the closed-loop signals are bounded and the outputs can track the given reference signals well. Finally, simulation results illustrate the validity of the discrete-time control method.  相似文献

In this paper, the problem of adaptive fuzzy fault-tolerant control is investigated for a class of switched uncertain pure-feedback nonlinear systems under arbitrary switching. The considered actuator failures are modeled as both lock-in-place and loss of effectiveness. By utilizing mean value theorem, the considered pure-feedback systems are transformed into a class of switched nonlinear strict-feedback systems. Under the framework of backstepping design technique and common Lyapunov function (CLF), an adaptive fuzzy fault-tolerant control (FTC) method with predefined performance bounds is developed. It is proved that under the proposed controller, all the signals of the close-loop systems are bounded and the state tracking error for each step remains within the prescribed performance bound (PPB) regardless of actuator faults and the system switchings. In addition, the tracking errors and magnitudes of control inputs can be reduced by adjusting the PPB parameters of errors in the first and last steps. The simulation results are provided to show the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.  相似文献

This paper considers a class of nonlinear fractional-order multi-agent systems (FOMASs) with time-varying delay and unknown dynamics, and a new robust adaptive control technique is proposed for cooperative control. The unknown nonlinearities of the systems are online approximated by the introduced recurrent general type-2 fuzzy neural network (RGT2FNN). The unknown nonlinear functions are estimated, simultaneously with the control process. In other words, at each sample time the parameters of the proposed RGT2FNNs are updated and then the control signals are generated. In addition to the unknown dynamics, the orders of the fractional systems are also supposed to be unknown. The biogeography-based optimization algorithm (BBO) is extended to estimate the unknown parameters of RGT2FNN and fractional-orders. A LMI based compensator is introduced to guarantee the robustness of the proposed control system. The excellent performance and effectiveness of the suggested method is verified by several simulation examples and it is compared with the other methods. It is confirmed that the introduced cooperative controller results in a desirable performance in the presence of time-varying delay, unknown dynamics, and unknown fractional-orders.  相似文献

This paper investigates the adaptive fuzzy output feedback fault-tolerant tracking control problem for a class of switched uncertain nonlinear systems with unknown sensor faults. In this paper, since the sensor may suffer from an unknown constant loss scaling failure, only actual output can be used for feedback design. A failure factor is employed to represent the loss of effectiveness faults. Then, an adaptive estimation coefficient is introduced to estimate the failure factor, and a state observer based on the actual output is constructed to estimate the system states. Fuzzy logic systems are used to approximate the unknown nonlinear functions. Based on the Lyapunov function method and the backstepping technique, the proposed control scheme with average dwell time constraints can guarantee that all states of the closed-loop system are bounded and the tracking error can converge to a small neighborhood of zero. Finally, two simulation examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.  相似文献

This paper develops a robust adaptive neural network (NN) tracking control scheme for a class of strict-feedback nonlinear systems with unknown nonlinearities and unknown external disturbances under input saturation. The radial basis function NNs with minimal learning parameter (MLP) are employed to online approximate the uncertain system dynamics. The adaptive laws are designed to online update the upper bound of the norm of ideal NN weight vectors, and the sum of the bounds of NN approximation errors and external disturbances, respectively. An auxiliary dynamic system is constructed to generate the augmented error signals which are used to modify the adaptive laws for preventing the destructive action due to the input saturation. Moreover, the command filtering backstepping control method is utilized to overcome the shortcoming of dynamic surface control method, the tracking-differentiator-based control method, etc. Our proposed scheme is qualified for simultaneously dealing with the input saturation effect, the heavy computational burden and the “explosion of complexity” problems. Theoretical analysis illuminates that our scheme ensures the boundedness of all signals in the closed-loop systems. Simulation results on two examples verify the effectiveness of our developed control scheme.  相似文献

This paper presents an improved composite fuzzy learning control for uncertain electrically-driven robot manipulators with input delay and the external disturbances. In the framework of the backstepping algorithm, fuzzy systems are employed to approximate the unknown terms where the accuracy of fuzzy learning is also considered by defining prediction errors. With the aid of integral technique and the dynamic surface control, a variable is engendered for the system in such a way that the input-delayed robotic system is converted to the non-delayed robotic system. Besides, the command-filtered control is used to cope with the complexity explosion of the backstepping-based design. In order to improve the robust behavior of the control system, the proposed control scheme is equipped with disturbance observers (DOBs). Different from the previous works, the information of the input-delayed, the compensated error surfaces (obtained from the command-filtered approach), the prediction errors and the disturbance estimations (derived from DOBs) are unified to construct the proposed control framework. The stability of the overall system is verified by the Lyapunov theorem. The efficiency of the proposed concept is illustrated using various simulations for an electrically-driven robot manipulator in the presence of uncertainties.  相似文献

The current paper addresses the fuzzy adaptive tracking control via output feedback for single-input single-output (SISO) nonlinear systems in strict-feedback form. Under the situation of system states being unavailable, the system output is used to set up the state observer to estimate the real system states. Furthermore, the estimation states are employed to design controller. During the control design process, fuzzy logic systems (FLSs) are used to model the unknown nonlinearities. A novel observer-based finite-time tracking control scheme is proposed via fuzzy adaptive backstepping and barrier Lyapunov function approach. The suggested fuzzy adaptive output feedback controller can force the output tracking error to meet the pre-specified accuracy in a fixed time. Meanwhile, all the closed-loop variables are bounded. Compared to some existing finite-time output feedback control schemes, the developed control strategy guarantees that the settling time and the error accuracy are independent of the uncertainties and can be specified by the designer. At last, the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed control scheme are demonstrated by two simulation examples.  相似文献

In this article, an adaptive fuzzy control method is proposed for induction motors (IMs) drive systems with unknown backlash-like hysteresis. First, the stochastic nonlinear functions existed in the IMs drive systems are resolved by invoking fuzzy logic systems. Then, a finite-time command filter technique is exploited to overcome the obstacle of “explosion of complexity” emerged in the classical backstepping procedure during the controller design process. Meanwhile, the effect of the filter errors generated by command filters is decreased by utilizing corresponding error compensating mechanism. To cope with the influence of backlash-like hysteresis input, an auxiliary system is constructed, in which the output signal is applied to compensate the effect of the hysteresis. The finite-time control technology is adopted to accelerate the response speed of the system and reduce the tracking error, and the stochastic disturbance and backlash-like hysteresis are considered to improve control accuracy. It’s shown that the tracking error can converge to a small neighborhood around the origin in finite-time under the constructed controller. Finally, the availability of the presented approach is validated through simulation results.  相似文献

A control scheme based on dynamic gains is proposed for the time-varying nonlinear time-delay systems with unknown control coefficients. A class of Nussbaum functions are introduced to deal with the problem of unknown control directions. Dynamic gains technique and Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional are developed to handle the time delays in nonlinear system. It is shown that the system state is regulated to origin asymptotically, and the boundedness of all closed-loop signals is guaranteed. Simulation results are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed methodology.  相似文献
