This paper addresses the problem of cluster lag consensus for first-order multi-agent systems which can be formulated as moving agents in a capacity-limited network. A distributed control protocol is developed based on local information, and the robustness of the protocol is analyzed by using tools of Frobenius norm, Lyapunov functional and matrix theory. It is shown that when the root agents of the clusters are influenced by the active leader and the intra-coupling among agents is stronger enough, the multi-agent system will reach cluster lag consensus. Moreover, cluster lag consensus for multi-agent systems with a time-varying communication topology and heterogeneous multi-agent systems with a directed topology are studied. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed protocol is demonstrated by some numerical simulations.  相似文献

This paper investigates consensus problem for heterogeneous discrete linear time-invariant (LTI) multi-agent systems subjected to time-varying network communication delays and switching topology. A new two-stage consensus protocol is proposed based on stochastic, indecomposable and aperiodic (SIA) matrix and pseudo predictive scheme. With pseudo predictive scheme the network delay is compromised. Consensus analysis based on seminorm is provided. Results give conditions for such systems with periodic switching topology and time-varying delays to reach consensus. Highlights of the paper include: the protocol can be implemented in a distributed manner; the pseudo predictive approach requires less computation and communication; the verification of consensus convergence does not require the global information about the communication topology; the protocol allows delay to be time-varying, topology to dynamically and asymmetrically switch and system mode to be unstable. Numerical and practical examples demonstrate the effectiveness of the theoretical results.  相似文献

This paper investigates the leader-following consensus problem of time-invariant linear multi-agent systems with limited data rate. Based on the idea of assigning a priority level for each agent of the concerned multi-agent system, a novel distributed control law has been proposed. The proposed control law has two distinctive advantages. That is, it is fully distributed in the sense that it does not rely on the eigenvalues of the Laplace matrix associated with the topology. Moreover, the required data rate is independent of the number of agents and remains small even if the number of the agents in multi-agent systems is large. An example is finally given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed controller.  相似文献

In this paper, we mainly tend to consider distributed leader-following fixed-time quantized consensus problem of nonlinear multi-agent systems via impulsive control. An appropriate quantized criterion and some novel control protocols are proposed in order to solve the problem. The protocols proposed integrates the two control strategies from the point of view of reducing communication costs and constraints, which are quantized control and impulsive control. The fixed-time quantized consensus of multi-agent is analyzed in terms of algebraic graph theory, Lyapunov theory and comparison system theory, average impulsive interval. The results show that if some sufficient conditions are met, the fixed-time consensus of multi-agent systems can be guaranteed under impulsive control with quantized relative state measurements. In addition, compared with finite-time consensus, the settling-time of fixed-time quantized consensus does not depend on the initial conditions of each agent but on the parameters of the protocol. Finally, numerical simulations are exploited to illustrate the effectiveness and performance to support our theoretical analysis.  相似文献

This study investigates the consensus tracking problem for unknown multi-agent systems (MASs) with time-varying communication topology by using the methods of data-driven control and model predictive control. Under the proposed distributed iterative protocol, sufficient conditions for reducing tracking error are analyzed for both time invariable and time varying desired trajectories. The main feature of the proposed protocol is that the dynamics of the multi-agent systems are not required to be known and only local input-output data are utilized for each agent. Numerical simulations are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the derived consensus conditions.  相似文献

In this paper, a distributed control protocol is presented for discrete-time heterogeneous multi-agent systems in order to achieve formation consensus against link failures and actuator/sensor faults under fixed and switching topologies. A model equivalent method is proposed to deal with the heterogeneous system consists of arbitrary order systems with different parameters. Based on graph theory and Lyapunov theory, stability conditions to solve formation consensus problem are developed for the underlying heterogeneous systems with communication link failures. In order to tolerate actuator/sensor faults, a distributed adaptive controller is proposed based on fault compensation. The desired control is designed by linear matrix inequality approach together with cone complementarity linearisation algorithm. After applying the new control scheme to heterogeneous systems under the directed topologies with link failures and faults, the resulting closed-loop heterogeneous system is validated to be stable. The effectiveness of the new formation consensus control strategy and its robustness are verified by simulations.  相似文献

The problem of finite-time consensus of linear multi-agent systems subject to input saturation is investigated and two control protocols are presented for leaderless and leader-following cases, respectively. The leaderless multi-agent systems with proposed non-smooth protocol can achieve consensus in finite time. The consensus protocol designed for leader-following case with directed topology can solve the finite-time consensus problem, where a priori constraint is adopted to deal with input saturation. Furthermore, the settling time is explicitly derived using finite-time Lyapunov theory. Finally, the effectiveness of the theoretical results is illustrated with several numerical simulations.  相似文献

This paper studies the leader–follower consensus problem of second-order multi-agent dynamical systems with fixed and stochastic switching topologies in a sampled-data setting. A distributed linear consensus protocol is designed to track an active leader, where the current position information of neighbor agents and self-velocity data are utilized. A necessary and sufficient condition is established under fixed and directed topology for reaching consensus, which depends on the sampling period and control gain parameters. A sufficient condition is obtained under the Markov switching topology case. Finally, some numerical simulations are provided to verify the effectiveness of the theoretical results.  相似文献

This paper investigates the bipartite leader-following consensus of second-order multi-agent systems with signed digraph topology. To significantly reduce the communication burden, an event-triggered control algorithm is proposed to solve the bipartite leader-following consensus problem, where a novel event-triggered function is designed. Under some mild assumptions on the network topology and node dynamics, a sufficient condition is derived using Lyapunov stability method and matrix theory to guarantee the bipartite consensus. In particular, it is shown that the continuous communication can be avoided and the Zeno-behavior can be excluded for the designed event-triggered algorithm. Numerical simulations are presented to illustrate the correctness of the theoretical analysis.  相似文献

This paper considers the couple-group consensus problem for multi-agent networks with fixed and directed communication topology, where all agents are described by discrete-time second-order dynamics. Consensus protocol is designed such that some agents in a network reach a consistent value, while other agents reach another consistent value. The convergence of the system matrix is discussed based on the tools from matrix theory. An algebraic condition is established to guarantee couple-group consensus. Moreover, for a given communication topology, a theorem is derived on how to select proper control parameters and sampling period for couple-group consensus to be reached. Finally, simulation examples are presented to validate the effectiveness of the theoretical results.  相似文献

This paper researches the consensus issue for multi-agent systems on matrix-weighted directed fixed and undirected switching network topologies by sampled data control method which saves resources and is more practical. Using the sampled information, the distributed control laws are designed under two network topologies, respectively. Under directed fixed network topology, the consensus conditions based on the sampling period and the eigenvalues of Laplacian matrix are deduced by matrix theory and analysis theory. Under undirected switching network topology, by using Lyapunov stability theory, the consensus conditions based on the sampling period and switched network topologies are built. Lastly, two simulation examples are offered to verify the validity of the obtained results.  相似文献

The leader-following consensus problems for multi-agent systems with a linear and Lipschitz nonlinear dynamics are considered. Distributed adaptive protocols and Lipschitz distributed adaptive protocols are respectively designed for the linear and Lipschitz nonlinear cases, under which leader-following consensus is reached for jointly connected topology. Finally, a simulation example is provided to illustrate the theoretical results.  相似文献

This paper addresses the problem of bipartite output consensus of heterogeneous multi-agent systems over signed graphs. First, under the assumption that the sub-graph describing the communication topology among the agents is connected, a fully distributed protocol is provided to make the heterogeneous agents achieve bipartite output consensus. Then for the case that the topology graph has a directed spanning tree, a novel adaptive consensus protocol is designed, which also avoids using any global information. Each of these two protocols consists of a solution pair of the regulation equation and a homogeneous compensator. Numerical simulations show the effectiveness of the proposed approach.  相似文献

In this paper, we deal with the cooperative output regulation problem of linear multi-agent systems on a directed network topology subject to both stochastic packet dropout and time-varying communication delay. On the basis of introducing a queuing mechanism, a distributed state feedback control algorithm is proposed. Then the continuous-time multi-agent systems with piece-wise constant control are converted into discrete-time systems. Under some standard assumptions, the necessary and sufficient conditions under which the tracking errors of followers approach to the origin asymptotically are proposed for different exosystems. Finally, the proposed results are verified via two examples.  相似文献

This paper investigates the finite-time consensus problem of uncertain nonlinear multi-agent systems with asymmetric time-varying delays and directed communication topology. An auxiliary system is firstly designed to deal with the continuous or discontinuous time-varying communication delays. Based on the finite-time input-to-output framework, a novel consensus scheme relying on local delayed information exchange is proposed. Moreover, by utilizing an auxiliary integrated regressor matrix and vector method, the system uncertainties can be accurately estimated. Then the consensus of multi-agent systems can be achieved within finite time by selecting the control gains simply. Finally, numerical simulations are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control algorithms.  相似文献

In this paper, the leader-following consensus problem of general linear multi-agent systems without direct access to real-time state is investigated. A novel observer-based event-triggered tracking consensus control scheme is proposed. In the control scheme, a distributed observer is designed to estimate the relative full states, which are used in tracking consensus protocol to achieve overall consensus. And an event-triggered mechanism with estimated state-dependent event condition is adopted to update the control signals so as to reduce unnecessary data communication. Based on the Lyapunov theorem and graph theory, the proposed event-triggered control scheme is proved to implement the tracking consensus when real-time state cannot direct obtain. Moreover, such scheme can exclude Zeno-behavior. Finally, numerical simulations illustrate the effectiveness of the theoretical results.  相似文献

A solution is provided in this paper for the adaptive approximate consensus problem of nonlinear multi-agent systems with unknown and non-identical control directions assuming an underlying graph topology having a spanning tree. This is achieved with the introduction of a novel variable transformation called PI consensus error transformation. The new variables include the position error of each agent from some reference trajectory chosen by him, which represents the agent’s selection for the desired swarm trajectory, along with an integral term of the weighted total displacement of the agent’s position from all neighbor positions. It is proven that if these new variables are bounded and regulated to zero, then asymptotic approximate consensus among all agents is ensured. Using classical Nussbaum gain based techniques, distributed controllers are designed to regulate the PI consensus error variables to zero and ultimately solve the approximate agreement problem. The proposed approach also allows for a specific calculation of the final consensus trajectory based on the controller parameter selection and the associated graph topology. It is shown that all agent positions converge towards a neighborhood of the weighted average of all agents reference trajectories. Simulation results verify our theoretical derivations.  相似文献

This paper investigates the consensus problem of discrete-time networked multi-agent systems (DNMASs) with a directed topology and communication delay, where exact state and output of each agent are not measured, and yet output differences between agent and its neighboring ones (relative outputs for short) are available. Based on the networked predictive control scheme and relative output data, a novel protocol is proposed to overcome the effect of delay on the consensus actively. Moreover, for the DNMASs with a fixed topology and constant communication delay, delay-independent necessary and/or sufficient conditions of achieving consensus are obtained, which reveal that the essence of dominating the consensus is agents' dynamics and communication topology. Simulation results further demonstrate the effectiveness of theoretical results.  相似文献

In this paper, the finite-time exponential consensus problem is addressed for a class of multi-agent systems against some disturbed factors, which include system uncertainties, communication perturbations, and actuator faults. All disturbed factors are supposed to be influenced by internal and external effects of systems. The internal effects are described in terms of dependency on the system states, while the external actions are restricted by constant bounds. To obtain the information of the rate of dependency on the states and constant bounds, an adaptive mechanism is designed to estimate the rate and bounds. Based on these estimates, a distributed adaptive sliding mode controller is constructed to eliminate the effects of those disturbed factors. Then exponential consensus of the closed-loop adaptive multi-agent system is achieved within a finite time based on Lyapunov stability theory. The efficiency of the developed adaptive consensus control strategy is verified by a coupled system with four F-18 aircrafts of decoupled longitudinal model.  相似文献
