This paper focus on the distributed fusion estimation problem for a multi-sensor nonlinear stochastic system by considering feedback fusion estimation with its variance. For any of the feedback channels, an event-triggered scheduling mechanism is developed to decide whether the fusion estimation is needed to broadcast to local sensors. Then event-triggered unscented Kalman filters are designed to provide local estimations for fusion. Further, a recursive distributed fusion estimation algorithm related with the trigger threshold is proposed, and sufficient conditions are builded for boundedness of the fusion estimation error covariance. Moreover, an ideal compromise between fusion center-to-sensors communication rate and estimation performance is achieved. Finally, validity of the proposed method is confirmed by a numerical simulation.  相似文献

针对后非线性盲源分离中非线性参数估计中存在的问题,提出一种基于改进的自适应遗传算法的后非线性盲源分离方法.该方法给出一种新的适应度函数,利用适应度函数值反馈调节交叉概率和变异概率的选取,并将优先进化策略和模拟退火机制引入遗传算法中,再通过线性分离算法得到分离矩阵.仿真验证表明,该方法较传统方法具有更快的收敛速度和较高的分离精度.  相似文献

This paper studies centralized fusion estimation over a wireless sensor-actuator network, where packet dropouts cannot be observed by the fusion estimator. For such a system, we obtain an optimal linear fused estimation of system states, also known as optimal linear estimator. Then, we establish a necessary and sufficient condition for the stability of the optimal linear estimator. Finally, we show that the estimation performance is monotonically decreasing with respect to the observation packet-arrival rate. By analyzing a sequence that converges to the covariance of the optimal linear estimator, an analytical relationship between the estimation performance and the control packet-arrival rate is obtained. Simulation examples are given to illustrate the main results.  相似文献

The problem of adaptive global finite-time stabilization control for a class of nonlinear switched systems in the presence of external perturbations and arbitrary switchings has been addressed in this research study. The proposed scheme has been designed based on a finite-time estimation technique in which during the control procedure, unknown imposed perturbations are accurately estimated by means of the designed finite-time disturbance observer (FTDO). Due to the exact estimation of the external disturbances within a given finite time, the encountered complications and adversities from loss of information in the Lyapunov parameter estimation (LPE) methods have been solved which are caused by the persistent switchings in the system. Furthermore, a new solution for the problem of chattering phenomenon in nonlinear switched systems has been presented by utilizing the designed FTDO, which can counteract the malfunctioning responses of the system caused by external disturbances and unmodeled dynamics. In this paper, an acknowledged class of nonlinear switched systems has been taken into account which is in the general form of canonical structure. In addition, the established design strategy is formulated for the control of perturbed nonlinear switched systems with one and only input and assures that the system states through the finite-time convergence characteristic, reach the equilibrium point of origin. Finally, numerical simulations are carried out on a mass-spring-damper (MSD) dynamical system to indicate advantages and superior efficiency of the suggested method.  相似文献

This study considers the main challenges of presenting an iterative observer under a data-driven framework for nonlinear nonaffine multi-agent systems (MASs) that can estimate nonrepetitive uncertainties of initial states and disturbances by using the information from previous iterations. Consequently, an observer-based iterative learning control is proposed for the accurate consensus tracking. First, the dynamic effect of nonrepetitive initial states is transformed as a total disturbance of the linear data model which is developed to describe I/O iteration-dynamic relationship of nonlinear nonaffine MASs. Second, the measurement noises are considered as the main uncertainty of system output. Then, we present an iterative disturbance observer to estimate the total uncertainty caused by the nonrepetitive initial shifts and measurement noises together. Next, we further propose an observer-based switching iterative learning control (OBSILC) using the iterative disturbance observer to compensate the total uncertainty and an iterative parameter estimator to estimate unknown gradient parameters. The proposed OBSILC consists of two learning control algorithms and the only difference between the two is that an iteration-decrement factor is introduced in one of them to further reduce the effect of the total uncertainty. These two algorithms are switched to each other according to a preset error threshold. Theoretical results are demonstrated by the simulation study. The proposed OBSILC can reduce the influence of nonrepetitive initial values and measurement noises in the iterative learning control for MASs by only using I/O data.  相似文献

Making appropriate decisions is indeed a key factor to help companies facing challenges from supply chains nowadays. In this paper, we propose two data-driven approaches that allow making better decisions in supply chain management. In particular, we suggest a Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) network-based method for forecasting multivariate time series data and an LSTM Autoencoder network-based method combined with a one-class support vector machine algorithm for detecting anomalies in sales. Unlike other approaches, we recommend combining external and internal company data sources for the purpose of enhancing the performance of forecasting algorithms using multivariate LSTM with the optimal hyperparameters. In addition, we also propose a method to optimize hyperparameters for hybrid algorithms for detecting anomalies in time series data. The proposed approaches will be applied to both benchmarking datasets and real data in fashion retail. The obtained results show that the LSTM Autoencoder based method leads to better performance for anomaly detection compared to the LSTM based method suggested in a previous study. The proposed forecasting method for multivariate time series data also performs better than some other methods based on a dataset provided by NASA.  相似文献

This paper investigates the distributed state estimation problem for a linear time-invariant system characterized by fading measurements and random link failures. We assume that the fading effect of the measurements occurs slowly. Additionally, communication failures between sensors can affect the state estimation performance. To this end, we propose a Kalman filtering algorithm composed of a structural data fusion stage and a signal date fusion stage. The number of communications can be decreased by executing signal data fusion when a global estimate is required. Then, we investigate the stability conditions for the proposed distributed approach. Furthermore, we analyze the mismatch between the estimation generated by the proposed distributed algorithm and that obtained by the centralized Kalman filter. Lastly, numerical results verify the feasibility of the proposed distributed method.  相似文献

Lately there has been intensive research into the possibilities of using additional information about documents (such as hyperlinks) to improve retrieval effectiveness. It is called data fusion, based on the intuitive principle that different document and query representations or different methods lead to a better estimation of the documents' relevance scores.In this paper we propose a new method of document re-ranking that enables us to improve document scores using inter-document relationships. These relationships are expressed by distances and can be obtained from the text, hyperlinks or other information. The method formalizes the intuition that strongly related documents should not be assigned very different weights.  相似文献

This paper considers the problem of the leader-following consensus of generally nonlinear discrete-time multi-agent systems with limited communication channel capacity over directed fixed communication networks. The leader agent and all follower agents are with multi-dimensional nonlinear dynamics. We propose a novel kind of consensus algorithm for each follower agent based on dynamic encoding and decoding algorithms and conduct a rigorous analysis for consensus convergence. It is proved that under the consensus algorithm designed, the leader-following consensus is achievable and the quantizers equipped for the multi-agent systems can never be saturated. Furthermore, we give the explicit forms of the data transmission rate for the connected communication channel. By properly designing the system parameters according to restriction conditions, we can ensure the consensus and communication efficiency with merely one bit information exchanging between each pair of adjacent agents per step. Finally, simulation example is presented to verify the validity of results obtained.  相似文献

This paper addresses a problem of optimal control design associated with the linear networked control systems (NCSs). We study a class of the conventional networked systems in the presence of time delays and propose a hybrid LQ-based theoretical and computational approach to the above NCSs. In particular, we develop an explicit theoretical representation of the networked control processes by an adequate auxiliary hybrid systems. For the constructive feedback control design procedure we derive the necessary hybrid Riccati-formalism and propose an implementable solution procedure.  相似文献

We deal with the cooperative pointing control problem of collinear double-integrators with unknown rotational inertia in this paper. In particular, we consider the case that the rotational angular velocity information is not available for this coordination task. First, we propose a cooperative pointing control protocol without using the rotational angular velocity measurements. By means of the passivity tool, a distributed estimation scheme is devised to access the relative rotational angular velocity information at each agent via the relative rotational angle information of the agent and its left and respectively right neighbors. Subsequently, we redesign the cooperative pointing control protocol as well as the distributed estimation scheme in the presence of saturated relative rotational angle information. It turns out that, here the unknown rotational inertia does not prevent the coordination task because of the bidirectional interactions. Meanwhile, two local estimation schemes are also presented respectively for the above two control protocols. Besides the rigorous convergence analysis, the effectiveness of our obtained theoretical results is illustrated through numerical simulations.  相似文献

This paper focuses on the observer-based fault-tolerant control problem for the discrete-time nonlinear systems with the perturbation and the fault signals. First, the nonlinear term with perturbation is put into the local nonlinear part so that the nonlinear system with perturbation can be described as an interval type-1 (IT1) T-S fuzzy system. Then, based on the unknown input observer technology, the IT1 T-S fuzzy fault estimation (FE) observer scheme is presented to obtain the real-time FE information and decouple the local nonlinear part from the estimation error system, where the design complexity and the computational burden are reduced simultaneously. Second, based on the real-time FE information, an FE-based interval type-2 (IT2) T-S fuzzy fault-tolerant control scheme is presented to achieve the compensation for the influence of the fault signal and the stabilization for the system. Different from the traditional methods, a mixed design scheme, which is based on the IT1 T-S fuzzy fault estimation observer method and the IT2 T-S fuzzy fault-tolerant controller method, is proposed in this paper. This strategy can not only reduce the computational burden, but also obtain a less conservative result. Finally, the effectiveness of the mixed design approach is illustrated by an example.  相似文献

In this work, we present a new approach for loss probability estimation in a single server link. We show how to get the estimates analytically once we assume multifractal input traffic. In order to make the estimation procedure numerically tractable without losing the accuracy, we propose the use of a Gaussian mixture model to represent the heavy tail distribution of modern network traffic trace. The adopted evaluation procedure is based on two performance measures: empirical traffic arrival load distribution and loss probability at connection. Extensive experimental tests validate the efficiency and accuracy of the proposed loss probability estimation approach against the results obtained by simulations with real traffic and by comparing with other multifractal approaches suggested in the literature.  相似文献

Considering the colored noises from the process environments, the parameter estimation problems for the feedback nonlinear equation-error systems interfered by moving average noises are addressed in this paper. Due to small computational burden, the gradient search principle is adopted to the feedback nonlinear systems and an overall extended stochastic gradient algorithm is derived for parameter estimation. Introducing the innovation length, the scalar innovation is expanded into the innovation vector and a multi-innovation extended stochastic gradient algorithm is further developed to reach the high estimation accuracy by utilizing more dynamical observed data. Furthermore, to assure the convergence of the proposed algorithms, their convergence properties are analyzed through the stochastic process theory. Finally, the experimental results indicate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithms.  相似文献

Measuring effectiveness of information retrieval (IR) systems is essential for research and development and for monitoring search quality in dynamic environments. In this study, we employ new methods for automatic ranking of retrieval systems. In these methods, we merge the retrieval results of multiple systems using various data fusion algorithms, use the top-ranked documents in the merged result as the “(pseudo) relevant documents,” and employ these documents to evaluate and rank the systems. Experiments using Text REtrieval Conference (TREC) data provide statistically significant strong correlations with human-based assessments of the same systems. We hypothesize that the selection of systems that would return documents different from the majority could eliminate the ordinary systems from data fusion and provide better discrimination among the documents and systems. This could improve the effectiveness of automatic ranking. Based on this intuition, we introduce a new method for the selection of systems to be used for data fusion. For this purpose, we use the bias concept that measures the deviation of a system from the norm or majority and employ the systems with higher bias in the data fusion process. This approach provides even higher correlations with the human-based results. We demonstrate that our approach outperforms the previously proposed automatic ranking methods.  相似文献

The conjugate gradient (CG) method exhibits fast convergence speed than the steepest descent, which has received considerable attention. In this work, we propose two CG-based methods for nonlinear active noise control (NLANC). The proposed filtered-s Bessel CG (FsBCG)-I algorithm implements the functional link artificial neural network (FLANN) as a controller, and it is derived from the Matérn kernel to achieve enhanced performance in various environments. On the basis of the FsBCG-I algorithm, we further develop the FsBCG-II algorithm, which utilizes the Bessel function of the first kind to constrain outliers. As an alternative, the FsBCG-II algorithm has reduced computational complexity and similar performance as compared to the FsBCG-I algorithm. Moreover, the convergence property of the algorithms is analyzed. The proposed algorithms are compared with some highly cited previous works. Extensive simulation results demonstrate that the proposed algorithms can achieve robust performance when the noise source is impulsive, Gaussian, logistic, and time-varying.  相似文献

In this work, we developed a novel active fault-tolerant control (FTC) design scheme for a class of nonlinear dynamic systems subjected simultaneously to modelling imperfections, parametric uncertainties and sensor faults. Modelling imperfections and parametric uncertainties are dealt with using an adaptive radial basis function neural network (RBFNN) that estimates the uncertain part of the system dynamics. For sensor fault estimation (FE), a nonlinear observer based on the estimated dynamics is designed. A scheme to estimate sensor faults in real-time using the nonlinear observer and an additional RBFNN is developed. The convergence properties of the RBFNN, used in the fault FE part, are improved by using a sliding surface function. For FTC design, a sliding surface is designed that incorporates the real-time sensor FE. The resulting sliding mode control (SMC) technique-based FTC law uses the estimated dynamics and real-time sensor FE. A double power-reaching law is adopted to design the switching part of the control law to improve the convergence and mitigate the chattering associated with the SMC. The FTC works well in the presence and absence of sensor faults without the requirement for controller reconfiguration. The stability of the proposed active FTC law is proved using the Lyapunov method. The developed scheme is implemented on a nonlinear simulation of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). The results show good performance of the proposed unified FE and the FTC framework.  相似文献
