研究了Span80-煤油-NaOH乳状液膜体系分离富集陶瓷厂废水中酚类的实验方法,探讨了液膜中总表面活性用量、内水相浓度、乳水比、油内比以及外水相PH值参数之间的最佳组合方案,表面活性剂含量占液膜3%,内水相浓度为2%,油内比2:1,乳水比1:3,外水相PH值为3-4。实验结果表明,采用本实验室制备乳状液膜分离富集废水中的酚类,效果很好,高达97%以上。  相似文献

采用乳状液膜法分离富集药厂未处理废水中的邻硝基酚(OPN),探讨了液膜中表面活性剂用量、膜增强剂用量、内水相浓度、乳水比、油内比以及乳水混合转速和时间参数之间的最佳组合方案:煤油95mL,Span80为5mL,内水相浓度为2.5%.油内比2∶1,乳水比1∶3,乳水混合速度100r/min,混合时间25min.实验结果表明:采用本实验室制备的乳状液膜分离富集废水中的邻硝基酚,n=6时,邻硝基酚的平均富集率为98.58%,RSD为0.22%.  相似文献

液膜分离是一种高效低成本的金属离子预富集手段,本文采用组成为载体P-204(8%),表面活性剂Span-80(3%),膜稳定剂液体石蜡(0.5%),膜溶剂煤油(88.5%),内相HC1的浓度2.0mol/L的液膜萃取体系,考察了萃取时间、外水相酸度、转速、乳水比的分离条件对镉萃取率的影响。,实验优化后的萃取条件为萃取时间10min、外水相pH=4.50、乳水比1:4、搅拌速度200r/min;将液膜分离与火焰原子吸收相结合检测镉、铜离子,结果表明,此法灵敏度高、检测限低、检测范围宽。  相似文献

考察了Tween-80 Span-40,Tween-80 Span-80,Tween-60 Span-40,或Tween-60 Span-80与异戊醇、环己烷形成的微乳体系加溶水的能力.结果表明,Tween-60/Span-80/异戊醇/环己烷体系加溶水的能力最好,其最优组成为:ψ(环己烷/异戊醇)=5、Tween-60/(Tween-60 Span-80)=0.88、表面活性剂总含量为33.9%.  相似文献

以市售0#柴油为分散相,自来水为连续相,采用机械搅拌的方法制备乳状液,研究了乳化过程中乳化剂、助乳剂和稳定剂的种类及用量对乳液稳定性的影响.结果表明,以质量比为20:13:7的Span80、Tween80和十二烷基硫酸钠为复配乳化剂,HLB=14,用量1.5%;以正丁醇为助乳剂,用量5%;以聚乙二醇为稳定剂,用量0.5%时,所得乳液的稳定性最好.实验条件下所得乳状液内相粒径分布均匀,约为5 ~6μm;自然放置条件下,稳定时间超过20 d;且具有很好的热稳定性.同时,以所制乳液为捕收剂进行了煤泥浮选实验.结果表明,浮选结束时,精煤产率与0#柴油相同,节油率达到70%以上,精煤灰分比柴油低0.74%.  相似文献

采用反相乳液聚合法,以液体石蜡为连续相、丙烯酰胺水溶液为分散相、N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂、过硫酸铵为引发剂、Span-80和OP-10为复合乳化剂,制备了丙烯酰胺均聚物(PAM);考察了溶剂、交联剂及其用量、氮气、单体浓度、乳化剂种类、油水比、引发剂用量对PAM均聚物性能的影响.较佳的聚合条件为:交联剂的用量为单体质量的2.5%,单体AM的含量为40%,油/水质量比接近1.0,引发剂过硫酸铵为单体含量的0.9%,使用复合乳化剂Span-80/OP-10,HLB=5.35.在此聚合条件下,制得的PAM均聚物的粘度较大,稳定性较好.  相似文献

研究了苯胺水溶液的乳化液膜处理过程,对溶剂和表面活性剂的选择及用量、膜增强剂用量、搅拌速度、乳水比(Rew)、油内比(Roi)、外相pH值及处理时间的影响进行一系列的研究.结果表明,在适宜的操作条件下,当水中苯胺浓度为510.8 mg/L时,经过一级液膜处理,水中苯胺的含量可降到1.405 mg/L,苯胺去除率可达99%以上,达到国家二级排放标准.  相似文献

以柴油为原料,采用非离子表面活性剂聚乙二醇辛基醚(OP—15)作为主乳化剂,以脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺和山梨糖醇酐单油酸脂(Span—80)为辅乳化剂,对掺水柴油乳状液的配制条件进行实验,确定了不同用量的乳化剂形成W/O型乳液时的最大掺水量,同时考察了不同的燃烧条件下掺水柴油乳液的燃烧性能。  相似文献

根据表面活性剂特殊分子结构,以顺磁性材料为磁核,在其表面先后覆盖内层、外层两层表面活性剂的单分子膜。由于外层表面活性剂亲水基因的吸附而使磁化剂与椰壳活性炭键合在一起,因此活性炭被赋予磁性。对磁化剂用量、pH、活化剂等因素对椰壳磁性活性炭磁化率影响也进行了研究。最后确定椰壳磁性活性炭的最佳合成条件为 MR-20为最佳磁化剂、活化剂浓度为0.02M,pH为2~3,椰壳磁性活性炭的物理性质随磁化剂的用量以及具体的磁化条件不同而不同。  相似文献

目的:探讨硫酸铵主动载药脂质体液膜萃取技术筛选和富集中药水提液中生物碱类成分的可行性。方法:以硫酸铵脂质体为分离介质,构建中药脂质体液膜萃取新技术,对中药黄连水提液中的生物碱进行筛选和富集,最后对所建立的硫酸铵脂质体液膜萃取率的影响因素进行了研究。结果:利用硫酸铵梯度法制备主动载药脂质体,构建了脂质体液膜萃取技术,可以实现对黄连水提液中生物碱类成分的筛选和富集;发现磷脂与胆固醇的用量比、水提液上样量、药材浓度、萃取时间、萃取温度对脂质体液膜萃取率均有影响,其中水提液上样量、药材浓度、萃取温度影响较大。结论:硫酸铵主动载药脂质体可以实现对中药水提液中生物碱类成分的筛选和富集,磷脂和胆固醇的用量比、药液浓度和水提液上样量对液膜萃取率影响较大。  相似文献

采用反相乳液聚合法,以液体石蜡为连续相、丙烯酰胺和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵水溶液为分散相、N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂、过硫酸铵为引发剂、Span-80和OP-10为复合乳化剂,制备了丙烯酰胺(AM)-二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)阳离子共聚物;考察了引发剂含量、单体AM与DMDAAC的摩尔配比、复合乳化剂Span-80与OP-10的质量配比及含量、聚合温度、聚合体系pH等对AM-DMDAAC阳离子共聚物性能的影响.较佳的聚合条件为:过硫酸铵占单体总质量的1.0%,n(AM):n(DMDAAC)=1.6,m(Span-80):m(OP-10)=96:4(Span-80和OP-10复合乳化剂的亲水亲油平衡值约为4.7),Span-80和OP-10占油相质量的6%,聚合温度40℃,聚合体系pH约为5.0.在此聚合条件下,制得的AM-DMDAAC阳离子共聚物的粘度较大,稳定性较好.  相似文献

用乙醇为提取剂,在乙醇浓度80%、温度70℃、料液比1:20、提取时间90 m in条件下回流提取石参根中的总黄酮。以芦丁为标样,NaNO2-A l(NO3)3-NaOH显色体系进行显色,选择波长510 nm,分光光度法测定石参中总黄酮的含量。实验结果表明:石参根中总黄酮含量为1.10 mg/g,加标回收率为99.3%,RSD为2.0%。方法简便、重现性好,准确。  相似文献

在牛顿环干涉实验中,若在平凸透镜的凸面与平玻璃板间加入少许液体,可将液体膜局域等效于液体劈尖,则液体膜可看成是沿平凸透镜的凸面与平玻璃板接触点向外的径向线性增加的液体劈尖,利用液体劈尖的等厚干涉理论可推导出平凸透镜的曲率半径与光波波长间的关系式,进而得到液体折射率与空气膜及液体膜产生的干涉圆环直径间的关系式。利用此关系式可知,只要不改变实验装置,在未知凸透镜曲率半径和光波波长的情况下,分别测出在同一牛顿环装置下液体膜和空气膜的任意相邻干涉圆环的直径,即可方便地测出液体的折射率。  相似文献

研究了以甲苯作稀释剂时,磷酸三丁酯(TBP)和三烷基胺(N235)从硝酸和硝酸钠介质中萃取铀(Ⅵ)的机理.考察了硝酸浓度、温度对分配比的影响,求得萃取反应的热力学函数值.研究了萃取剂浓度对协萃系数的影响,发现N235和TBP具有协萃效应.在其摩尔浓度比为2:1时具有最大协萃系数.  相似文献

通过对前处理和滴定过程的考察,建立了快速检测阻燃剂六溴环十二烷中溴含量的方法。以NaOH和过氧化氢为吸收液,将有机物在氧瓶中燃烧,再用AgNO3标准溶液滴定,可实现溴含量的检测。该方法设备简单,操作方便、准确。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The Thesis by Publication (TBP) is an approach to doctoral education that offers the advantage of achievement of a doctoral degree while at the same time facilitating development of transferable knowledge and skills necessary to enter and sustain a career in contemporary academia. There is a need to build deeper understanding of the demands of the TBP, and the characteristics of those who select it over the more common traditional approach to enable universities to provide doctoral education programmes and policies that are responsive to doctoral students’ needs. Such knowledge can also facilitate timely completion, and improve understanding of the extent of TBP candidates’ contribution to institutions’ research outputs. This study draws on survey data from 246 doctoral graduates from universities in Australia, where the TBP is comparatively new but increasing in popularity. The article identifies the characteristics of candidates who complete a TBP in Australia, before exploring the typical scope of time commitment, through making visible their length of candidature. Finally, volume, type, authorship and publication status of research outputs are detailed, enabling prospective candidates and their supporting institutions to gauge the possible scope of time commitment and research outputs to inform support services and policies, and to guide supervisory and student choices between traditional and TBP models.  相似文献

The acidities of different SiO2/Al2O3 ratio ZSM-5 zeolites, CBV3024E, CBV5524G and CBV8014 were investigated with temperature-programmed desorption of ammonia and diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy, and their catalytic performances were evaluated to screen the optimal CBV8014 catalyst for ethylene oligomerization. The mesoporosity development in CBV8014 zeolite was conducted by desilication in alkaline medium. The porous characteristics, structural properties and acidic properties of parent and alkali-treated CBV8014 zeolites were studied, and their catalytic performances were evaluated, indicating that CBV8014 treated by 0.2 mol/L NaOH solution has an appropriate mesoporosity development, well preservation of catalyst acidity and crystallinity, good catalytic activity and stability, and high liquid fuel yield for ethylene oligomerization. The effect of reaction pressure on ethylene oligomerization over 0.2HZ catalyst was also investigated, and JP-8 likely hydrocarbon jet fuel was obtained by using 0.2HZ catalyst at 0.344 75 MPa with a high catalyst stability and high liquid yield.  相似文献

A mathematic model of two-phase flow and a physical model of two-dimensional (2D) vertical section for the plate-type structured packing Mellapak 250.Y were set up and verified. The models were used to study the influence of packing’s surface microstructure on the continuity of liquid film and the amount of liquid holdup. Simulation results show that the round corner shape and micro wavy structure are favorable in remaining the continuity of liquid film and increasing the amount of liquid holdup. The appropriate liquid flow rate was determined by investigating different liquid loadings to obtain an unbroken liquid film on the packing surface. The pressure difference between inlet and outlet for gas phase allowed gas and liquid to flow countercurrently in a 2D computational domain. The direction change of gas flow occurred near the phase interface area.  相似文献
