This paper presents an integrated and practical control strategy to solve the leader–follower quadcopter formation flight control problem. To be specific, this control strategy is designed for the follower quadcopter to keep the specified formation shape and avoid the obstacles during flight. The proposed control scheme uses a hierarchical approach consisting of model predictive controller (MPC) in the upper layer with a robust feedback linearization controller in the bottom layer. The MPC controller generates the optimized collision-free state reference trajectory which satisfies all relevant constraints and robust to the input disturbances, while the robust feedback linearization controller tracks the optimal state reference and suppresses any tracking errors during the MPC update interval. In the top-layer MPC, two modifications, i.e. the control input hold and variable prediction horizon, are made and combined to allow for the practical online formation flight implementation. Furthermore, the existing MPC obstacle avoidance scheme has been extended to account for small non-apriorily known obstacles. The whole system is proved to be stable, computationally feasible and able to reach the desired formation configuration in finite time. Formation flight experiments are set up in Vicon motion-capture environment and the flight results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed formation flight architecture.  相似文献

In this paper, a self-triggered model predictive controller (MPC) strategy for nonholonomic vehicle with coupled input constraint and bounded disturbances is presented. First, a self-triggered mechanism is designed to reduce the computation load of MPC based on a Lyapunov function. Second, by designing a robust terminal region and proper parameters, recursive feasibility of the optimization problem is guaranteed and stability of the the closed-loop system is ensured. Simulation results show the effectiveness of proposed algorithm.  相似文献

This paper studies the problem of observer based fast nonsingular terminal sliding mode control schemes for nonlinear non-affine systems with actuator faults, unknown states, and external disturbances. A hyperbolic tangent function based extended state observer is considered to estimate unknown states, which enhances robustness by estimating external disturbance. Then, Taylor series expansion is employed for the non-affine nonlinear system with actuator faults, which transforms it to an affine form system to simplify disturbance observer and controller design. A finite time disturbance observer is designed to address unknown compound disturbances, which includes external disturbances and system uncertainties. A fast nonsingular terminal sliding mode with exponential function sliding mode is proposed to address output tracking. Simulation results show the proposed scheme is effective.  相似文献

In the existing efficient robust model predictive control (ERMPC) algorithms (see e.g. [14,31,32]), through offline optimization and online lookup table calculation, a fixed state feedback control law or a linear interpolated control law is applied to a system when the system state lies between two adjacent polyhedrons, which undoubtedly will result in conservativeness of the controller. Faced with this issue, an improved ERMPC algorithm is proposed in this paper, which considers the nonlinearity between the state feedback control laws with respect to polyhedrons and the norm distance from system state to origin, and can provide continuously variable state feedback control law varying with the state. First, a set of polyhedral parameters and their corresponding state feedback control law sequences are obtained offline by solving a set of LMIs optimization problems. Next, for each state feedback control law sequence, a nonlinear fitting function is established offline between the state feedback control law and its serial number. Then a simplified lookup table is constructed offline to save memory space and shorten online computation time of the controller. According to the simplified lookup table and information of the norm distance from system state to origin, we online establish the coordinate of current state in the nonlinear fitting curve for getting current feedback control law, which changes continuously with the state. The proposed ERMPC algorithm is successfully applied to an actual fast-responding linear one stage inverted pendulum (LOSIP) system to verify its effectiveness.  相似文献

The robust control problem of a class of uncertain systems subject to intermittent measurement as well as external disturbances is considered. The disturbances are supposed to be generated by an exogenous system, while the state information is assumed to be available only on some nonoverlapping time intervals. A composite design consisting of an intermittent state feedback controller augmented by a disturbance compensation term derived from a disturbance observer is formulated. Unlike the conventional disturbance observers, the proposed disturbance observer is modelled by a switched impulsive system, which makes use of the intermittent state data to estimate the disturbances. Stability analysis of the resulting closed-loop system is performed by applying a piecewise time-dependent Lyapunov function. Then a sufficient condition for the existence of the proposed composite controllers is derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). The controller and observer gains can be achieved by solving a set of LMIs. Further, a procedure to limit the norms of the controller and observer gains is given. Finally, an illustrative example is presented to demonstrate the validity of the results.  相似文献

This paper proposes a novel MPC approach called conditional scenario-based model predictive control (CSB-MPC), developed for discrete-time linear systems affected by parametric uncertainties and/or additive disturbances, which are correlated and with bounded support. At each control period, a primary set of equiprobable scenarios is generated and subsequently approximated to a new reduced set of conditional scenarios in which each has its respective probabilities of occurrence. This new set is considered for solving an optimal control problem in whose cost function the predicted states and inputs are penalised according to the probabilities associated with the uncertainties on which they depend in order to give more importance to predictions that involve realisations with a higher probability of occurrence. The performances of this new approach and those of a standard scenario-based MPC are compared through two numerical examples, and the results show greater probabilities of not transgressing the state constraints by the former, even when considering a smaller number of scenarios than the scenario-based MPC.  相似文献

A continuous multivariable uniform finite-time output feedback reentry attitude control scheme is developed for Reusable Launch Vehicle (RLV) with both matched and mismatched disturbances. A novel finite-time controller is derived using the bi-limit homogeneous technique, which ensures that the attitude tracking can be achieved in a uniformly bounded convergence time from any initial states. A multivariable uniform finite-time observer is designed based on an arbitrary order robust sliding mode differentiator to estimate the unknown states and the external disturbances, simultaneously. Then, an output feedback control scheme is established through the combination of the developed controller and the observer. A rigorous proof of the uniform finite-time stability of the closed-loop system is presented using Lyapunov and homogeneous techniques. Finally, numerical simulation is provided to demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed scheme.  相似文献

This paper mainly studies the design of iterative learning constrained model predictive fault–tolerant control for batch processes accompanied by multi–delays, interference and actuator failures. Firstly, an equivalent 2D–Roesser model with multi–delays is established. The definition of invariant set is proposed. The sufficient conditions with invariant set characteristics are established. After that the predictive fault-tolerant controller is designed with terminal constraints against external disturbances. In this paper, Lyapunov–Razumikhin Function (LRF) is used to form Lyapunov–Krasovskii Function (LKF) to construct the sufficient condition for the predictive control system that satisfies the terminal constraint condition. Moreover, the system state still remains invariant set characteristics. This method has certain advantages in controller design and calculation. In addition, it has the characteristics of simple design and small computation, and is especially suitable for small delay systems. Finally, a simulation experiment in the nonlinear batch reactor is carried out. Compared with the traditional one-dimensional (1D) method, the presented strategy has better performance through simulation experiment.  相似文献

This paper addresses the output feedback model predictive control (OFMPC) of the constrained polytopic uncertain system in the presence of bounded state and output disturbances. The controller is designed in such a way that the unmeasurable state of the real system is bounded by the tube whose center is the estimated state of the disturbance-free (reference) model. The infinite-horizon reference control sequence is parameterized as a free control move followed by an output feedback law based on the reference state observer. By applying the OFMPC approach, the reference model is asymptotically stable so that robust stability of the real disturbed system is guaranteed. A numerical example is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed technique.  相似文献

In this paper, the problem of output feedback robust H control for spacecraft rendezvous system with parameter uncertainties, disturbances and input saturation is investigated. Firstly, a full-order state observer is designed to reconstruct the full state information, whose gain matrix can be obtained by solving the linear matrix inequality (LMI). Subsequently, by combining the parametric Riccati equation approach and gain scheduled technique, an observer-based robust output feedback gain scheduled control scheme is proposed, which can make full use of the limited control capacity and improve the control performance by scheduling the control gain parameter increasingly. Rigorous stability analyses are shown that the designed discrete gain scheduled controller has faster convergence performance and better robustness than static gain controller. Finally, the performance and advantage of the proposed gain scheduled control scheme are demonstrated by numerical simulation.  相似文献

In this work, finite time position and heading control based on backstepping based fast terminal sliding mode control is proposed for coaxial octorotor subjected to external wind disturbances. First, mathematical model of the coaxial octorotor is developed and then a new learning-based technique, an extended inverse multi-quadratic radial basis function network (EIMRBFN) is proposed to estimate the unmodeled dynamics of the octorotor. The external disturbance observer is also designed to encompass the realistic disturbance effect in the dynamical model and to allow the controller handle external disturbances, effectively. Backstepping controller based on fast terminal sliding model control is then proposed and also applied on the resultant dynamical model that provides finite time convergence of system's states. The stability of the proposed controller and complete system is analyzed using Lyapunov stability theory. Finite time convergence analysis of the desired trajectory is also provided. Simulations are carried out to validate the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme. Comparison with traditional PID and LQR controllers also verifies that the proposed controller achieves improved performance.  相似文献

This paper investigates the fixed-time neural network adaptive (FNNA) tracking control of a quadrotor unmanned aerial vehicle (QUAV) to achieve flight safety and high efficiency. By combining radial basis function neural network (RBFNN) with fixed time adaptive sliding mode algorithm, a novel radial basis function neural network adaptive law is proposed. In addition, an extended state/disturbance observer (ESDO) is proposed to solve the problem of unmeasurable state and external interference, which can obtain reliable state feedback and interference input. Unlike most other ESO applications, this paper does not set the uncertainty model and external disturbances as total disturbances. Instead, the external disturbances are observed by extending the states and the observed states are fed back to the controller to cancel the disturbances. In view of the time-varying resistance coefficient and inertia torque in the QUAV model, the neural network is introduced so that the controller does not need to consider these nonlinear uncertainties. Finally, a numerical example is given to verify the effectiveness of the coupled non-simplified QUAV model.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the issue of finite-time boundedness of discrete-time uncertain interval type-2 fuzzy systems with time-varying delay and external disturbances via an observer-based reliable control strategy. According to the system output variable, a full-state observer that shares the same membership functions of the plant is constructed to estimate the unknown system states. In addition, a reliable controller subject to observer states and actuator faults is designed to formulate the closed-loop feedback control system, which does not share the same membership functions of the plant. Then, by constructing an appropriate Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional and using the finite-time stability theory, a new set of delay-dependent sufficient conditions guaranteeing the finite-time boundedness of the addressed system is established in the framework of linear matrix inequalities. Furthermore, the explicit expressions of gain matrices of the state observer and the reliable controller are given in terms of the established sufficient conditions. Finally, simulation results are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the obtained theoretical results.  相似文献

This paper presents a robust gain-scheduled output feedback yaw stability H controller design to improve vehicle yaw stability and handling performance for in-wheel-motor-driven electric vehicles. The main control objective is to track the desired yaw references by managing the external yaw moment. Since vehicle lateral states are difficult to obtain, the state feedback controller normally requires vehicle full-state feedback is a critical challenge for vehicle lateral dynamics control. To deal with the challenge, the robust gain-scheduled output feedback controller design only uses measurements from standard sensors in modern cars as feedback signals. Meanwhile, parameter uncertainties in vehicle lateral dynamics such as tire cornering stiffness and vehicle inertial parameters are considered and handled via the norm-bounded uncertainty, and linear parameter-varying polytope vehicle model with finite vertices is established through reducing conservative. The resulting robust gain-scheduled output feedback yaw stability controller is finally designed, and solved in term of a set of linear matrix inequalities. Simulations for single lane and double lane change maneuvers are implemented to verify the effectiveness of developed approach with a high-fidelity, CarSim®, full-vehicle model. It is confirmed from the results that the proposed controller can effectively preserve vehicle yaw stability and lateral handling performance.  相似文献

In this paper, we develop two new model reference adaptive control (MRAC) schemes for a class of nonlinear dynamic systems that is robust with respect to an uncertain state (output) dependent nonlinear perturbations and/or external disturbances with unknown bounds. The design is based on a controller parametrization with an adaptive integral action. Two types of adaptive controllers are considered—the state feedback controller with a plant parameter identifier, and the output feedback controller with a linear observer.  相似文献

In this paper, a fast fixed-time vertical plane motion controller is proposed for autonomous underwater gliders (AUGs) gliding in shallow water. The influence of speed-sensorless conditions, model uncertainties, unknown time-varying external disturbances, input saturations, and state delay are taken into account. To improve control performance, a fast fixed-time stable system is first presented. Based on the system, an adaptive extended state observer (ESO) is developed for estimating speed, model uncertainties, and external disturbances. A fast fixed-time controller is designed for improving the gliding efficiency and reducing the risk of hitting the ocean floor. Moreover, an input saturation auxiliary system and an advance compensation method are presented to cope with input saturations and state delay. According to Lyapunov theory, it is proved that the AUG states can converge into a small neighborhood within a fixed time. Finally, simulation results demonstrate the rapidity and effectiveness of the designed control method.  相似文献

A discrete-time output feedback quasi-sliding mode control scheme is proposed to realize the problem of robust tracking and model following for a class of uncertain linear systems in which states are unavailable and estimated states are not required. The proposed scheme guarantees the stability of the closed-loop system and achieves a very small ultimate boundedness of the tracking error in the presence of matched uncertain parameters and external slow disturbances. This scheme ensures the robustness to matched parametric uncertainties and disturbances. Since the proposed controller is designed without any switching element, the chattering phenomenon is eliminated. Furthermore, the knowledge of upper bound of uncertainties is not required. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.  相似文献

In this paper, a novel composite controller is proposed to achieve the prescribed performance of completely tracking errors for a class of uncertain nonlinear systems. The proposed controller contains a feedforward controller and a feedback controller. The feedforward controller is constructed by incorporating the prescribed performance function (PPF) and a state predictor into the neural dynamic surface approach to guarantee the transient and steady-state responses of completely tracking errors within prescribed boundaries. Different from the traditional adaptive laws which are commonly updated by the system tracking error, the state predictor uses the prediction error to update the neural network (NN) weights such that a smooth and fast approximation for the unknown nonlinearity can be obtained without incurring high-frequency oscillations. Since the uncertainties existing in the system may influence the prescribed performance of tracking error and the estimation accuracy of NN, an optimal robust guaranteed cost control (ORGCC) is designed as the feedback controller to make the closed-loop system robustly stable and further guarantee that the system cost function is not more than a specified upper bound. The stabilities of the whole closed-loop control system is certified by the Lyapunov theory. Simulation and experimental results based on a servomechanism are conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

The current paper addresses the fuzzy adaptive tracking control via output feedback for single-input single-output (SISO) nonlinear systems in strict-feedback form. Under the situation of system states being unavailable, the system output is used to set up the state observer to estimate the real system states. Furthermore, the estimation states are employed to design controller. During the control design process, fuzzy logic systems (FLSs) are used to model the unknown nonlinearities. A novel observer-based finite-time tracking control scheme is proposed via fuzzy adaptive backstepping and barrier Lyapunov function approach. The suggested fuzzy adaptive output feedback controller can force the output tracking error to meet the pre-specified accuracy in a fixed time. Meanwhile, all the closed-loop variables are bounded. Compared to some existing finite-time output feedback control schemes, the developed control strategy guarantees that the settling time and the error accuracy are independent of the uncertainties and can be specified by the designer. At last, the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed control scheme are demonstrated by two simulation examples.  相似文献

A robust fault-tolerant control scheme for distributed actuated electric vehicles is proposed to maintain vehicle stability suffering actuator faults while considering the driver personality differences. The proposed scheme integrates the cooperative game and terminal sliding mode control into the framework of the feedback linearization method (FLM). Firstly, the nonlinearities of the driver-vehicle system are treated by the knowledge of Lie derivative, and then a set of controllable virtual subsystems is obtained through diffeomorphism. To achieve multi-objective cooperation, the interaction framework of virtual subsystems is modeled based on cooperative game theory, which provides a basic feedback control scheme (BFCS). Finally, a terminal sliding mode technology-based active compensation control scheme is integrated into BFCS to handle the systemic disturbances caused by actuator faults. An implementation of hardware-in-the-loop verifies that the stability of the vehicle under the control of the developed approach can be guaranteed for different drivers and different fault types.  相似文献
